Seaport Village is a very nice place to call home . I moved in my place just about a week ago and have been having such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. My leasing agent, Sonia V. is always so kind and so quick to respond anytime I have any questions. She made the process of us qualifying to get into our new home so seamless and I appreciate her and her excellent customer service for that. I really have been enjoying our overall experience with Seaport Village. The building is nice and clean and the staff is wonderful. Thank you !

The staff at Seaport have been so kind and helpful throughout the whole move in process. Especially with the help of Monica in the front office we were able to receive updates about any requests in a timely manner! Francis also does a great job at helping in any way.

I have been a resident of Seaport Village for 10 years. Its a warm, quiet and friendly environment of Great people, such as neighbors and staff, and Pets too. They even provide US Tenants poop bags for OUR pets - to keep the environment clean and safe. The Staff, always greet you with a warm and pleasant smile and are Always Welcome you with their beautiful hearts. The Staff consist of: Marisol, Francis and Linda an Assistant. The maintained team are Awesome! Always working to keep Us happy and clean! Our security team are always friendly as well. Its an Environment of Convenience of Local stores and shopping malls etc. Its a Great Establishment to live among such Beautiful People. I never have to worry about the dog- if Im gone to long; because, They would check on him for me. I love living here and the Staff at Seaport Village. The Management is AWESOME!

I just moved out about a week ago and I already miss these apartments. I think the only negative thing I have to say about these apartments are parking (if you do not have a spot) which most do, but to be completely honest there is no parking anywhere in Long Beach. I have lived here for about a year and a half and it has been amazing. The rooms are a great size for any couple or if you want to have a bachelor room or pad. The neighbors all have each others backs and I have heard countless times about randoms walking in the back alleyways but there have been multiple cases where they have told me that THEY always keep an eye out on my car in case anyone ever tries to do something. These are some of the coolest people ever. The pools are great because if one starts to get full you could always walk to another one which more than likely is never full. The security guards are always on patrol making sure everything is safe. In my year and a half of living in these apartments never have I have an issue with anyone or anything. The staff is phenomenal. I have spoken to 20+ other staffing at other apartment complexes within the past week or so and no one compares to how kind the staff here is. If you own a dog they certainly have doggy bags around the complexes in case they go bathroom. You can now use your phone to pay for washes instead of coins which is amazing. My experience has been great here and anyone who says otherwise are crazy because I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. Gonna miss living here!!

Seaport Village is such a pleasant and nice place to live! A great place to call home! The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are always very helpful and empathetic to our needs. Francis in particular is so AMAZING, she really made the entire move in process so smooth and very pleasant. Overall a great experience, I will always recommend Seaport Village to others.

This is a very nice and comfortable environment to live in. The management staff is friendly and handle all of your requests in a timely manner. The maintenance people also keeps the apartment building looking clean and clutter free. Their is also security that patrols the building regularly. So you will always feel safe knowing that their is someone around to make you feel safe. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good home.

Ive lived here a year now and have had a great experience. The ladies in the office, Marisol and Francis, have handled any issues I may have had in a professional manner. The maintenance staff took care of any work orders in a timely manner. There are lots of shops and stores in close proximity. Overall my family and I enjoyed our time here. So much that weve decided to stay another year. Thank you Marisol, Francis and staff.

Seaport Village is a pretty chill place to live. The location is perfect, giving easy access to the 91 and the 405, as well as being close to many restaurants and other stores. I lived here for a year in a 2 bed and recently just moved into a bigger unit. I wanted to give a little shout out to Francis for all her help through this process. I had some roommate issues but Francis was always there to help me work through problems and find a quick solution. She offered guidance and could answer any question I had about the property. I also locked myself out twice after I moved in and she helped me get back in. She always let my roommates and I know that she has our back if we need her (which is important to us, as we are all college students away from home). I also spoke with Monica a couple times and she was always so kind!

Ive been a resident at Seaport Village for 6 years now. And like the staff and amenities offered for a great price. I take my fur babies for constant walks and love that there are pick up stations. From the beginning Francis has been the kindest to both myself and my family and is quick to answer any concern s or questions I may have.

Marisol, the leasing manager and the rest of the staff is extremely friendly, and they answer any questions that you may have. Whenever we have a maintenance concern, it is always taken care of the same day or the next day. The location of the apartments is great, due to the fact that there is restaurants, grocery stores, and the mall within a mile or two.If you are looking for a new place, I would recommend checking this place out!

The apartment complex is a pretty good size for its price. Its a pretty good deal since its 5-10 minutes away from the 91 and 710 freeway, and lots of good eateries. Its also within that distance of lakewood mall! The apartment complex representatives are especially helpful, so I just want to thank miss Marisol, miss Frances and Mr. Terrence. Thank you all! Youve been nothing but good to me here.

My family and i moved in seaport village in 2015 and I can say it was the best chose we could of made ..The luxury town home unit is spacious with more than enough room for my family.It has a pool in every other unitPerfect for the summer and the staff is amazing..Marisol is so nice and makes sure my concerns are taking care of and for that Im grateful ...THANKS SEAPORT FAMILY

I would not recommend this place is has bugs ants and roaches in the house and the kids around here are very disrespectful. And there was a kid that got hit by a car near my home and the car was going the wrong way on a one way street

I been living here for over 3 years now and I do feel safe living here. The maintenance team is very efficient whenever I need repairs in my apartment, the management team are very attentive and Very sharp with any problem solving in my building and neighbors. The area tends to stay clean and free of trash. And Im glad that Im near the Lakewood and Cerritos mall, also I usually can find just about any other store within the the neighborhood without driving so far. And take up classes at the LB city college that is very nearby also. Very pleased with living here.

I moved in about a month ago so far I have no complaints Ms Monica Perez made everything an easy process for me and my little one it’s very quiet over here which I love would recommend to anyone looking

If you looking for a nice neighborhood and affordable nice looking apartments with pool and front yard with a small grill and a bench to chill this is the perfect apartments for you, I been living here for 5 years never had any complaints, all the people here are friendly including the workers and the staff always help you with good attitude and manage to fix any maintenance issues you may have. The Community Manager is really nice and friendly always has a positive attitude when it comes to a fix request or any questions you may have she tries her best to help you right away if is possible and keep you updated with any changes or news about the apartments her name is Marisol Terrazas contact her directly shes friendly and understand your situation when it comes to any concerns about the units she has help me and my family to feel comfortable living here for many more years to come. The staff was very friendly and I really love the tour! Terrance was very detailed in showing us all the available units and amenities ! Im really excited about my application process and I pray that I get the apartment. Im looking forward to moving, and I sure to have a positive living experience ! God is good!!

I lived here for a year and it was decent enough. Minimal roaches inside, I only had to kill 6 the whole year I was there (a ton of them outside though) The one star review is because the front office staff is horrendous and disrespectful, all except for Monica Perez. Monica is amazing and always heard our concerns and questions and gave timely and appropriate responses where the other staff belittled and blamed. Also I would have given them at least 3 stars if it weren’t for the fact they are refusing to give us our security deposit back after THEY printed the check out wrong. It’s been 4 months now and we went in to see them and ask about it and they said they were “still waiting for a response”. For 4 months??? Not acceptable. SHADY. I don’t suggest living here unless you like being treated like trash as soon as they aren’t getting your money anymore. It should be illegal to refuse to give me my security deposit back and refuse any answers or updates about it when I ask.

I been a resident since 2008, its a very safe community to live in. the staff in the office always greet you with a smile and very professional . I wouldnt like to give a shot out to the maintenance team and the porter Maribel ) for keeping the community nice and clean...

Ive been a resident at Seaport Village Apartments for 5 years now and not only do I enjoy the community but also its commitment to a healthy comfortable living for residents.

This community has very bad customer service. If something brokes in your home they take more thn 5 days to repair it. Management dont even come out of the office and walk property to see or check whats wrong with it. All gates are broken and safety is not good. Parking sucks dont have enough spaces for this apartments. Security is a joke driving around and target people who are unloading groceries or boxes when moving but they dont said anything to people who park in the middle of the streets and leave their car unattended for a couple of hours. This Company obviously dont even care to who they rent all they care is about renting vacants and make money. They probably gets commissions if they maintain the occupancy in certain percentage. Be careful if you decide to rent here. They give you images of a happy place to live and that they respond fast to your work request but be aware they dont do anything to fix your broken stuff. My review -0 . Sucks!!!

I was going to rent a place here but when I almost got run over by one of their scumbag Platt security guard in his patrol car going the wrong way on a one way street. I was crossing the street to go to the management office when the scumbag guard came out of no where at a high rate of speed I jumped out of the way and he barley missed my feet. I called Platt security company and the idiot dispatcher that answers the phone refused to notify a supervisor and then hung up on me. I changed my mind about renting in this place because of the scumbag security that almost killed me. I did some research online which Seaport should of done before they hired these scumbags, and found out that Platt security has had many lawsuits in the past and that the owner Mark Platt is a perverted sex maniac who preys on young women that work for Platt security in fact after speaking to somebody who was a former employee there she informed me that the owner Mark impregnated a dispatcher a female I hope. I was also told that the only reason she had sex with him was under threat she would lose her job. She finally quit and settled out of court for an undisclosed amount so she would not press charges on the animal. I would suggest Seaport do their homework before they hire companies with such bad history, and putting their tenants at risk of getting run over or who knows what to expect from these maniacs.

Maintenance is unreliable and does not follow through on work orders. Neighbors in next door apartments are extremely loud. Parking is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello!. I lived in these apartments for about 20 months, the decision to leave was for other reasons because I didnt really want to leave. Everything improved upon arrival as manager Marisol and Fracis, I can say that it is a quiet place to live, always having a problem both they and the maintenance people did their best to fix it soon. It is a quiet place close to many stores, it is very well located, I just wanted to express my thanks to Marisol and Francis for their help .... I was very satisfied with the time I lived there.The deposit was returned to me 100% in full.The only thing I can say is about the garbage and maybe it is out of the administrations reach, is that anyone (people from other buildings) can throw garbage in the cans and they charge for the weight.U knew hay hoy World leave tve forest someday!!!!
