Every moment of this living experience has been completely seamless. The application and move in was very thoroughly explained and the transparency was excellent. The apartment is beautiful and the community is super friendly. Im sure we will live here for years to come.

The team has been terrific through the entire rental process. I rented over the phone and relocated from Chicago with a flawless transition during this process. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable, made me feel at home. The service staff has been A+ and having a strong service team is important as I noticed the common areas are always clean.

Overall my experience has been good. I think the service tech is superb. They keep the building spotless. One of the Service Tech, Fidel went above and beyond in cleaning, removing food, and making the dishwasher work. He even put the dirty dishes I left out in the dishwasher for me.

Amazing building and staff! Even during covid times, they were super responsive and the building put in place all the protocols to keep everyone safe. A big shout out to Adrian - new to the building but always ready to help! Love that the events are starting back up, especially the movie night that we just had.

Fidel is amazing! Always so kind and considerate when coming over to update or fix anything in the apartment. Extremely appreciative of his work!!

I am really enjoying living in this complex. It is in walking distance of many downtown hotspots and people are very friendly, both in the building and in the neighborhood. The amenities are well appointed and cared for. For a building of its size I am always amazed at how peaceful it is.

I never leave reviews, but I am so disappointed with their management. They are very unprofessional and there is no communication between their team. When you ask them questions, they will say “we can’t control that”, “I am only three months new here”, “I don’t know. Brittany knows it, but she is not here today”, “I am sorry, we are auditing our system”.I have been living here more than six months, but I still cannot get a parking spot for my second car. I was told there isn’t enough parking spot and was put on the waitlist. However, when I walk around the parking lot at midnight, there will always be a lot of spaces available. They put me at no.5 on the waitlist for parking spot in the beginning. Three months later after I moved in, I asked them if it was my turn. They checked the system and told me there were still 8 people in front of me. What the heck????? I still don’t have a parking spot now after six months, and street parking is extremely limited. I parked my car on the future residence spot, I know it’s only allowed to park there at night. I forgot to move my car one day, and my “luxury” apartment immediately towed my car. I never expected they move that fast, I remembered it took them three weeks to assign me a storage unit. What a surprise!!!

Fidel was AH-mazing!!! He fixed our bathtub quickly and efficiently. Additionally, he was very polite and showed us the finished product. :)

The maintenance crew at Amli is the best. So helpful and courteous! Fidel and Daisy are the greatest!

To describe AMLI Park Broadway residences as Amazing is a HUGE undersatement. This place is Nothing short of Remarkable, Ultra Modern, 1st. Class Building/Ammeneties, 1st. Class Staff. Everyone here on the AMLI Staff Are AWESOME !! Mgr. Adrienne, Asst. Mgr. Brittany, Maintenance Staff Fidel, Arturo Are Nothing short of Professional. Genesis, Marie, Daisy, Johnathon, and Bryan too.. I literally LOVE it here .. Living here is Money Well Spent !! I couldnt be happier. Im not one to often write reviews. I usually dont or could possibly care less. Amli Broadway is a reasonably priced amenity filled building with great staff support (like Brittany) and fantastic neighbors (e.g. pool, gym, ping pong, shuffle board, bbq’s, TV’s, tenant appreciation and food truck days). All walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend! :)

Fidel is very professional and friendly during the whole maintenance process. He also explained the issue to me, very nice.

I’ve only lived at the Amli Park Broadway for the last 2 months but it already feels like home. It has a super cool vibe and every amenity you could hope for! The energy of the property from the leasing team to the maintenance staff is amazing! They are all right on it for anything when needed. Brittany and Adrian are true professionals at what they do to keep the property at the level of expectations that the residents expect and are always coordinating great community activities. The property is kept immaculate by the maintenance staff who are also so friendly, helpful and kind. Geraldo and Daisy are constantly keeping the property impeccable . Fidel is very professional and thorough whenever anything in the units need addressed. I’m meetingsome of my new neighbors now and I am sure I made the right decision to move to the Amli park broadway in the heart of downtown Long Beach, CA! I moved into the building shortly after it opened and while it was still under construction. I now have to move away due to job changes, but I enjoyed my tenancy here. While I agree with much of the reviews below-street noise, neighbor noise, etc-- these are problems that every newly constructed building in LA suffers; its as if some of these people have never lived in a downtown district before.Sure the amenities are beautiful (the hot tub is wonderful on winter nights), location is perfectly close to the thick of Broadway, the units thoughtfully laid out, and the public spaces are kept clean--the fact is that megabuildings in Long Beach are a dime a dozen. Ive lived in a lot of apartments between NYC and LA, and what I think sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone down to the housekeeping staff is friendly and takes their jobs seriously. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and with minimal hassle. Leasing manager Brittany Seydel has always been my point person; she is exceedingly professional and reliable.I would recommend AMLI for anyone moving to downtown Long Beach.

A nice new building but minimum service from leasing office staff (lacking basic courtesy). A nice gym but with many outside visitors. Feels pretty unsafe in the evenings. Your perks will be mostly limited to pizza evenings when you can buy a pizza from a local vendor. No package concierge or newspaper delivery.

Amli has been so great. Before my husband and I signed our lease they showed us multiple apartments and catered to my large list of questions. Everyone in their office has been so incredibly welcoming. Genesis and Brittany both took time to ease our nerves about moving, after a not so great experience with another complex. We are looking forward to moving in the end of October. Our dog is going to love not having to go to the groomer to get a bath, since we can do it on location. The pool is beautiful. The amenities featured in each unit are gorgeous. The walkability of the complex will allow for my husband to walk to work, as well as easy access to so many great locations in the downtown area. We are so excited and I have never felt this at ease signing on a 24 month lease.

So amazed by the unit we rented, the eco conscious culture, and above everything else the amazing staff and management team here. Living here has made my life so much easier and convenient, everything is so close it makes it a simple task to live a greener life. Downtown Long Beach is a wonderful place to live in general, but our family is really thriving at Amli.If you are Looking for friendly, attentive staff who will go That extra mile for you, look no further. My family and I were in the midst of such a crisis, I was hospitalized the week we moved into our unit. The backward bending done by the staff and management team, to ensure our smooth transition, was beyond belief(they didn’t have to do all they did). We didn’t know how to thank them so we just baked them some cookies and I decided to let the Long Beach community know what they’re missing out on! Amli is such a wonderful addition to the neighborhood ❤️

After looking at several apts around LB, the moment I walked in, I knew this one was it. I was one of the first to move in Phase 2 so a lot was, and still is under construction, but the staff, especially Brittany, has helped minimize a construction zone experience as much as possible. I am so happy I moved in and highly recommend it to anyone thinking about this place. Ill talk about different components of living here in categories:Staff: AMAZING! They are so accommodating, patient, understanding and flexible with residents. They will bend over backwards where/when they can to help residents have an amazing experience here. Brittany is my go to staff member since day 1 and she is professional, smart and knows her stuff. Its because of her that Im so happy here. She also puts on great community events for us all to come together to get to know each other. The office is also open 7 days a week so someone is always around to help.Apts: lots of unique floor plans, high end, energy efficient appliances which helps w/ utilities. Full size W/D in every unit which is fantastic, gorgeous kitchens and bathrooms. Large closets and good sized patios!Amenities: state of the art gym and with a virtual trainer, pool, hot tub, showers and community room, Luxor system for packages, pet spa w/ animal tub and dryer for the furry children, nice storage units onsite and assigned parking in a secured garage.Couple things that can be improved: system to allow guests in. We use the ButterflyMX system which is awesome, but once guests are in the main door, theres no way for them to get up to our apt. We have to go down and get them. This seems like a simple fix to solve for so I hope there are improvements there. Coffee and tea accessible at all times. Currently its in the leasing office so if theyre closed, you cant access it. Elevator accessibility for move-ins. For safety reasons, they dedicate an elevator to people who are moving in so they have exclusive access to use it during their move which is great for the new resident. However, in the meantime it restricts current residents from using it. My recommendation is two options: only close off one of the elevators on Pacific since there are 2 available or if the move in requests it on the Broadway side, then dont turn it off to residents. Again, the staff is really understanding and will help residents as much as possible during this time.Anyone thinking about moving in, come join us! You will love it here. All the residents here are very nice, were still a small community so we talk to each other and help each other. We are still under construction so youll need to be patient and understanding when timelines are moved due to permits, zoning, inspections, etc. If this would frustrate you, then this isnt the place for you right now. Otherwise, come join the crew!

We were one of the 1st residents that moved into the Amli Park Broadway community. After looking at a couple of buildings in the Long Beach area, we knew that Amli Park Broadway was going to be our home.The staff here at Amli Park Broadway are great. They have been great from the beginning all the way through move-in and now being a resident. The Leasing Agents are very knowledgable about the community and extremely helpful. The maintence staff are also sufficient and helpful.The amenities are great and we are looking forward to the pool, courtyard, and rooftop that has a pizza oven to be completed. Watching the progression of all of this has been amazing. They are truly working hard to have all of the amenities available ASAP.Our neighbors and other residents have also been friendly and great!

Brand new building in DTLB, close enough to make everything walkable, but just off the high streets with all the noise and youll be the first person to ever live in your unit. Building has entry/exit on 2 different streets and is very close to Ocean Blvd and the 710. Razor/lime Scooters are also regularly scattered around if you need to go a little further.Secure parking minimizes chances of break in unlike other buildings in the area.Good amenities (pool, gym, terrace, maker space, storage and bike areas, Pet spa, BBQs, even a pizza oven!)Rent is similar to other buildings in the area and parking plus mail box are included and you are not forced to use a cable provider involuntarily. (no nickle and diming you)Building staff are very friendly, helpful, always smiling and try to help you however they can even when I had silly questions.Management encourages mingling and hosts mixers and has a common area with coffee if you want to get out of your unit for awhile.Due to the building being under construction some things are not ready yet, but you can see steady daily progress they are not merely on hold or sitting idle.. the advantage of this is that you might get a special price or promotion for your patience.Building is Hi-tech with RFID tags for the main entrances and elevators, units have Nest thermostats and central HVAC with brand name applainces through out.Noise insulation from the sides and the door is very good. The only noise you hear is from the wood floors of upstairs neighbors if they are heavy footed or if both people have open windows noise carries outside (music, or arguing for example)Overall I highly recommend this building after checking many places in the Long Beach area and the unjustifiable prices people ask for substandard units (welcome to SoCal), While not inexpensive this was the only place that I genuinely felt I was getting my moneys worth and Im sure you wont be disappointed either.

To avoid. Constant construction noise - from inside the building and huge construction site across the street (old city hall demolition). Very poorly insulated. Unresponsive and unfriendly staff.
