Lived here almost 20 years.. property Managements have changed several times since then. H office, maintenance and security personnel are very good. Only problems are gang activity, drug uses vandalism, unattended children late at night and dogs running unattended. Dont want to move but feel very unsafe at this time. Appreciate community.center. basketball court used mainly by older teens and grown men.sometimes not for basketball. Pool rarely stays open is not kept clean and children left unsupervised. Had lifeguard and pool attendents when I moved in.

Ok Mr Carter(owner) Ive lived here for 6 yrs and Im about to be evicted because I lost my only income in June 2019. Ive asked for help for the last 5 years basically but no help. I thought your apartments were for the community but I guess Im wrong. Weve had many encounters and basically I feel like your property is only about money. Ive asked the management to have the owner call me Im still waiting and he gave me his card to call him but Ive never revived a call back. On several occasions Ive reported things but not once have I been helped, please tell me why?

I lived here with My sisters for 6 years. They are horrible since it has been bought by new management. The old office staff worked with you. This staff with the exception Of Christine does not care about you or any concerns you may have.If you live in the front. It is quiet. once you start getting to the middle and the back its gangs and very loud. We lived in the back first and finally got a bigger place in the front.When my sisters spouse died they didnt want to work with her on her rent. Or even give her a grace period to get her rent together. Being that she just lost an income. Needless to say she lost her place. Do not move here it is the worse. And yes it gets very hot in these apartments .

I live in these apartments some of the staff are really nice(good point). The worst thing is today 10/27/18 at 12:20pm rats are running around the outter area. It takes forever for things to be fixed andthey have a/c only for the staff. We as tenants should have the same treatment without us these apartments would not survive but we cant get that its really hot in these units! They want their rent on time but what can we expect to get?

The kids are to loud at night. I am a teenager but they are way to loud with the fire works. The pool is never open. I have been here for 7-8 years.

People are asking questions on here, so i think they should be answered on here and not just in person. people need to know that they are not going to be harassed my management and that they will be safe when living there ..they need to know that others who live in this place are going to respect your peace by keeping it down. and they need to know roaches wont be crawling on them at night... and that they will be able to have air conditioning not just fans for the serious heat waves that have claimed lives.and people need to know that they are not being passed up on the list just to pull specific people. is there a hud number they can call to get them to check up on these situations. ???also people who work for the company need to stop putting up false reviews about living there when you yourself dont live there, you work there.this is very important because people need to know if they are going to be treated right no matter where they live and no matter the program they are under.

I have lived at Northpointe Apartment Homes 12+ years, and although with different managers new and sometimes unnecessary events occur, one thing is consistent. That one thing is that the tenants are constantly bombarded with requests to enter their apartments, and on a rare occasion not even with a 24-hour notice. It gets annoying and troublesome at times with several folks tracking in and out of your apartment, looking in every room, etc. However, the grounds are kept clean and there is security on call that do tend to keep problems at bay.

These apartments have definitely improved. Maintenance is on top of all your service requests & security is always nearby. The free after school program for the kids is a blessing for us working residents & although the pool is only open for the summer, it is awesome to have. Fights may happen from time to time, but security quickly arrives to break things up. Visitor parking is also ran by the security guards and they will not hesitate to tow your car if you park there over night without a parking pass, even if you are a resident. Although that is really frustrating, but at the price we pay in rent, we cant really complain about the mild ghettoness... lol.

This IS NOT A GOOD PLACE the people are very ghetto and disrespectful I smell weed through my window and out side. Around the complex 24/7 the employees never handle problem when needed to be handled and its trash every where kids stay out loud running around until 1in the morning its not some where you would love ! Im telling you. I CALLED 3 times FOR MAINTENANCE HELP AND THEY DIDNNT DO ANYTHING FOR ME NOT ONCE DONT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET It

I have never been here before but tried on numerous occasions to call about filling out an application as well as view the apartments but no one ever answers the phone or returned my phone call. Is there a reason for this?

This apartment is trash from beginning to end. Let me start with the process of even living here. They will select a date for you to sign the lease about every 6 months with tons of paperwork, bank statments, car , your kids school info, job info, everything along with credit and background checks nonstop. Since I work its hard to make these dates but they threaten to evict you if you dont go in time so you gotta call off. Second, you have to pay for additional parking spot, they cant even find one for me so I have to park in visitor parking where they tow if you dont ask for a permit every single night! annoying. the lease says NO PETS, unless small fish or service animal for the disabled. They dont monitor the residents so as crackheads park in my spot, i have to run from dogs that will chase and bite you!no one watches their kids, they are out to 1 am.When you ask to see inside the complex before signing the lease, they say no, because then youll be exposed to the ghetto awful apartments they are.But you can just go through the alley by 7/11 if you look. The apartment furnishings are cheaply made, so go away and buy replacement bulbs, blinds, and get a plumber on call, cause you wont have time to google how to fix it when there are roaches crawling on you in your sleep and youre walking through the constant weed and cigarette so that is also so called prohibited. People blast music all night. Cars get broken into. GIRLS, get a knife. Please, for if you love yourself and your family stay away.

TRYING TO KEEP YOUR APARTMENT COOL AND HAVING AC IS TO TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS. PEOPLE CAN END UP SICK IN THE HEAT WEAVE. CANT YOU JUST GET YOUR OWN AC. I THINK IF IT EFFECTS YOUR HEALTH THEN YOUR DOCTOR SHOULD BE ABLE TO WRITE THAT UP AS A MEDICAL NEED.WAIT THERE IS SECURITY AND THEY KNOW ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. YET THEY ARE TOWING CARS BUT NOT REPORTING THE ANIMALS. AND IF THEY ARE LOOSE THEN SHOULDNT THEY CALL ANIMAL CONTROL???AND HOW MANY TIME WILL YOU HAVE TO CALL THE POLICE ON LOUD NOISE TENANTS BEFORE THE LOUD TENANTS GET PUT OUT IF THEY DONT STOP.??? JUST WONDERING...

The apartments are very much nice its just that two things during the summer months it get so so so so so so HOT in these apartments so many elderly went to the hospital last year They can build a basket ball court but we cant get air conditioners and the gym we can never use the gym some of us who are working moms would like to go to the gym when we get home due to the high prices of the outside gyms

I put in an application and I read these reviews and I dont know but I just like the fact that its in Lakewood and I currently live in a two-bedroom and I am just looking for a 3 I have growing kids and we need some space so if I keep to myself then I dont think I will have any problems..
