The staff here made the entire process so easy. I have a fair credit score due to a divorce, but they made it super easy to qualify and move in within one week. My studio apartment is great with new floors, new appliances, and very clean. With a private parking spot in a gated community, I could not ask for more. This is a very chill apartment community with a diverse population. There are very few children here. Parking for residents is gated, but parking for guests in on the street and can be a real challenge. Fortunately, there is a large grocery store around the corner with lots of free parking. Rent is very reasonable for Long Beach. Though I never use them, a Fitness Center and swimming pool (and a grill) are readily available. The laundry room is small with only 4 machines but it gets the job done. Buildings are a bit old, but the interiors of the apartments are relatively modern. Overall, a nice place to live! I enjoy my apartment and my location. I feel safe because we are gated and we have designated parking with a key fob. Everyone is respectable about not just letting anyone in our sphere that should not be here. And its quaint I love it.

This place has been nothing but accommodating and helpful since my girlfriend and I moved in 6 months ago. The management, Jessica and Danny create a warm, safe welcoming environment and really make this apartment complex, a home. Pet friendly as well, plenty of space for our little guy to roam around. Plenty of parking nearby. And the complex is always kept clean and nice. Thank you again to the AWESOME management team and the great staff!!

I have been here 6 yrs , its safe and peaceful the Management Staff is amazing and are always willing to listen and help you out. The maintenance Staff is NEVER slow in fixing what ever you need fixing even if it just as little as a new light bulb. Clair Del Gardens are extremely Pet friendly which is very hard to find now a days most places we’ll only let you have dogs but you can have either cat or dog ,here and the maintenance crew is so careful of your pets when they are fixing things.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for about 6 months now. I never write reviews, however, I feel like this place deserves it.Jessica and Danny have been extremely helpful and accommodating from the very beginning in making this complex feel more like a community. If there is ever an issue, maintenance is quick to fix it and even locks your door behind them. Jessica, decorates for the holidays and even hosts little parties in the leasing office to bring everyone together. Its the little things that mean the most, and I have genuinely enjoyed living here.

Clair Del Apartments are a very comfortable safe and beautiful place to live. The staff is so nice, especially Jessica and Danny in the lease office. Jessica shows great customer service and exceptional leadership skills. I always feel comfortable around these two. They work hard to make the living community nice.

My Husband and I came across this apartment complex and fell in love right away. The staff (Danny & Jessica) has been very helpful from the beginning. The Maintenance guys are awesome, if anything needs to be fix it gets done right away. Neighbors are friendly and chill. This was a very big step for my Husband & I because we had moved out here from the Bay Area and Newly Married, looking at different apartments and nothing was good Until we found this place. Their also doing some renovations to the complex and it’s looking Great!!! Definitely 5 stars here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had never lived in an apartment before moving into Clair Del, I was very hesitant. Once I moved in, all of my concerns were dismissed. The grounds are always clean, including the laundry and fitness room. The neighbors were all nice and respectful to my work schedule. I work at night, had no problems with noise, day or night. I went out of town, when I returned my delivered packages were still at my door. I only had to place one service request, which was fixed the same day. I lived close to the pool, I never had a problem with noise or loud music. If I ever get an assignment in LA, I will definitely move to Clair Del Apartments.

I LOVE IT HERE...Been living here almost a year. I am so glad, the neighborhood is sketchy, but after you get behind the gates there is a beautiful facility. There are great managers like Danny and Wendy. Love It Here

If i could say anything. The managment needs a overhaul. The only one that acts at least like she cares is the one who should be in charge. They got her being the one answering phones. As for needs a diet and needs a new man or life girls. The numbers are all that matters here. I suggest anyplace else but this scam. 1600.00 for a box. What a sad way to treat people. Numbers.

I hv been living here for almost 2 years with my children. I hv no intentions on leaving anytime soon, I just luv this place. I hv nxt to no complaints. My neighbors are friendly and quiet, maintainence personnel are always on the grounds and available to assist, and office staff a cool as heck and are in office when they are scheduled. It is very quiet on the side opposite the pool, Summer months can get noisy around the pool but nothing unbearable. The grounds are very clean as well. The gym could use some better upkeep including better wrking machines.

Deceptive, unfair practices regarding returning their renters security deposit money at the time of move out. My husband and I signed a year lease to live there in a studio apartment. That time was mostly problem free, though we did pay a lot for rent monthly, were charged big fees for the use of an onsite laundry room and were also forced to divide up our utility costs with all the other building tenants. The office staff onsite was always friendly and available whenever needed. The owners/mgmt company was a very different story. They felt it necessary to keep more than half for what they considered the remaining life left on the carpet, linoleum, countertops and paint. This was done even though the owners had voluntarily chose to update all vacated units (including ours) to install new laminate wood floors, new countertops and a different paint color. We were charged excessive cleaning fees as well even though we spent days on the apartment to deep clean and detail it thoroughly in every way. We left it much cleaner than when we first moved in. Our repeated appeals to the onsite manager to reconsider their decision to keep our money fell on deaf ears. We left there with extremely angry feelings and a ton of resentment for being shown such devious, manipulative, thoughtless disrespect. It would seem that being quiet, clean, respectful, communicative, flexible, polite, on-time rent payers and easy-going tenants caused RW Selby management company to penalize us financially because of their greedy, selfish, excessively uncaring choices made by the owners. BEWARE if you choose to rent there! Read all the fine print, question anything that is unclear and make certain to document everything possible in writing or by taking photos to protect yourselves. You wont get a fair deal here in the end, they are motivated only by the pursuit of their own profits and care very little for those who rent their overpriced apartments. Ive got an extremely low opinion of this awful company, stay away if you can!

This is the most disgusting place Ive ever lived in. Those little tours of the apartments the terrible management put you through hides what its REALLY like to live in these horrific apartments. Roaches & rats EVERYWHERE... Youd think I was living in NY. The people here are ghetto, loud, & disturbing. Im so glad I moved... I dont think Id be able to bare living here ever again. This place is dingy, dirty, & looks like the projects. I wouldnt wish this place on ANYONE. If you wanna be scarred by rats scurrying in your kitchen at night, crazy, people roaming around the area for no reason at all, poor management, EXTREME PEST PROBLEM, then sure, this is the place for you. For me, however, you couldnt catch me taking another step in these apartments ever again.

Im happy living @ Clair Del. People are friendly and helpful. The grounds and our apartment are kept clean and sanitary including the pool. (Never ever saw a rat or bugs in our apt) The tenants are diverse in every way and I love that. Office staff, Danny rocks! He responds immediately to any and all questions and/or concerns. A plus for him. Imo haters will just be haters wherever they live.

Website says AC,DISHWASHER and a couple other things,the apartments get about110 degrees inside, So if you want to pay 1500 a month to stay n sleep outside your good,if not DO NOT RENT HERE

Go to this place to visit my Fiance and this place is ghetto as fluff! Loud people that just hang out in the parking area smoking weed ,blasting their music, cussing at their kids or partners ,they even park their cars in the middle of the street so its hard to get in and out of the street!! lots of spiders and roaches ,and the people didnt even care to really make the apartment nice for my fiance,they did horrible patch work in previous holes in the door... Also my Fiance found out that even if they dont need to spend his whole deposit to fix up any damage he has left,that they will still keep all his money!!Im pretty sure thats illegal ! Cant wait til I dont habe to visit him their anymore and he cant wait to get out!I dont suggest this place to anyone!

Terrible place to live. There are lots of bugs that can be found in the apartments. The units are poorly builty and are made up of the cheapest products. I can hear everything that my neighbors are doing through my paper thin walls.Parking is awful here, people often double park their cars in the street blocking traffic. You get one parking space per unit but that doesnt guarantee that someone wont park in your space.If you complain to the management about this they wont care.The neighborhood is very rough and seedy. People do lots of drugs in their cars amd apartments. The are loud parties thrown at all hours of the night almost every day of the week. The management doesnt care because they are off site. As long as they can still collect a rent check they dont care what anybody does.The neighbors are generally very rude and loud. If you like listening to loud ghetto people argue late in the evening then you will love this apartment.Their have been fires from the outdated electical wiring and utilities. I have seen the swat being deployed here. It is not a safe place to live.Dont live here they are trying to raise the rent, but for the price you pay there are better options.

My concern I would never again live in this place anymore .This place just wants to take all your money and add charges all the time
