I have had a great experience at this facility.Got deep cleaning done here.The office staff are very friendly and professional.The hygienist is absolutely fantastic. She did a thorough job with great precision and was very patient and gentle. She gave great suggestions and tips to improve oral hygiene which was very helpful.

Greeted politely. Waited about 10 minutes. Walked to the room by a smiley woman who went through my treatment plan. Hygienist wanted to do the counting gum line. I asked her to not because it was done last time. She said she had to for the treatment plan. I explained I just wanted my teeth cleaned. She went to get the dentist who spend time telling me the same. Dentist Dr. Sing was horribly rude. Told me to leave. Needless to say I almost had a panic attack. I needed my teeth cleaned so I suffered with these rude ignorant people. Bottom line my treatment plan has not changed in 10 years. I get in get my teeth cleaned and get out. Ann arbor trail and Newburgh. Never had a bad experience T a Dentist before. Very disheartening! God is good!!!!

Great Expression dental is a great place to get your treatments, their appointment reminders directly through your phone by messages and email is super convenient. The staff is amazing, they are really friendly and professional. Go get your teeth cleaned and youll notice immediately how patient, professional and thorough they are in their work. They are on point with their schedule, I never had to wait longer than my scheduled time. I tried many places before and I was never happy with their service. Great Expression Dental has close to a 5 star review from everyone, there is a reason for it.Definitely recommend.

The Ann Arbor Road location in Livonia has the best Hygienist (Miranda) I have ever met, she is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, she is the only reason I keep going. I can not truly give a review on the dentist because this is the 3rd dentist since i started going there in about a year and a half to two years. The office staff is always friendly but they seem to rotate them out as well, the only consistent staff member is their Hygienist Miranda.

I find going to dentist a fearful situation but the entire staff at the Ann Arbor road location were not only professional but also very cordial and nice, which makes you feel more at ease before the procedure. I had a broken tooth extraction which was very difficult I feel that the person who did my procedure went out of her way to make the experience as comfortable as it possibly could have been.

I’ve been going here a few years now and they are always nice. The last time for my appointment, I sat in the office for 45 minutes before finally asking what was the hold up. They informed me they didn’t have me on the schedule. I showed them all the text message reminders from the office and they had no idea what happened. Today for my sons appointment, it was 30 minutes after our appointment time before they pulled us back. Then another hour in the chair. I had to cancel our swimming lessons. I am not happy. Staff is always nice but the wait is a killer. Another guy today tried to reschedule also due to sitting in the lobby to long.

I always feel at ease going to see the team over in Livonia. They always greet me by first name, super personable and the doctor is the total package! Always making sure you’re comfortable also comes with the dental assistants, and he’s got the best! Even those who are still training are beyond personable! Love it here!

This was my first time attending Great expressions. I had a tooth chip. They got me in immediately for an appointment. They were hands down the best dental office I’ve been to. The staff was very friendly and and helpful!

Been going here for a few years now. Staff is always courteous and professional. Only issue I have is there seems to be a high turn over with dentist and also staff. Service is still of the upmost.

I hate the dentist. I have anxiety terrible and so going to the dentist is almost no go for me. However, I had a wisdom tooth that’s been bothering me so I went in for a cleaning and consultation, and had the greatest experience I’ve had in over 10 years at a dentist. This office has the most amazing and friendly staff, who are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great Expressions Dental Center in Livonia, MI is the best. I receive the best dental care and the staff is outstanding. 13 years and still happy as if it were the first time!

From the moment I spoke with Jazzmyn my anxiety level dropped considerably - I got to the office very early was taken back by Lindsey who was very nice told me everything that was going to go on. And I really liked the Dentist he was extremely patient with me the entire staff seemed to work well together I would recommend this office. I also want to add that this was the very first time I had been there and it was for a minor emergency - I go back next week for a regular cleaning.

I enjoy going to this dentist and havent had any issues or major concerns. Very comfortable environment, friendly staff and the dentist is very personable. Hes willing to work with you and is great at educating.

Great dentist, Staff is very friendly and they greet you everyday. Dentist is quick and thorough very nice once you find a dentist you like you keep them and this is it. Also did I mention great expressions has extremely low prices in comparison to other dentistries.

Love the staff! Always friendly with convenient appointment times. I have been to other GE locations, but this one is the best IMO. My only compliant is the facility seems out dated in comparison to the other locations I have been to (Wayne and FH)

The staff @ Livonia North are professional, caring, & efficient. I would highly recommend them if youre looking for a dental office.

They need a changing table for their bathroom. And Im not impressed with the new doctor. He doesnt believe in antibiotics for younger patients. When the previous doctor told me how dangerous it was to get teeth pulled without antibiotics if theirs an infection. Otherwise he was ok about being on same page for plan of treatment.

I came in for a cleaning and had a great experience! The only reason I didnt give a 5 is b/c I was there for a little over 2 hours, but they were very apologetic and nice to me!

Earlier this year I had a bad experience at the Farmington Hills location. After some time, upper management contacted me and resolved the issue to where I am currently happy at one of the Livonia locations. I am very happy thus far with Dr. Biaz

I made a appt. Kristen made it, only when I got there. Was told I wasnt in the book,! Well I asked for the manager and she says Im the manager, I asked for her boss then she began to raise her voice saying you people!!! This place is the worst. I was a new patient, had never seen such bad behavior. I wanted her reprimanded!! And he sided with her, I encourage all minorities to steer clear of this office, my color shouldnt be a factor if I can afford services or not! Kristens attitude was so Nasty unprofessional!!! I know racism exsist? Never thought Id find it in a Dental OFFICE!!!! Would not recommend you or your family for this place!!! Very disappointed.

The are the most unprofessional dentist. Since we are not happy with them I have decided to take my son elsewhere. They wont release the documents without my ex husband approving it. They will allow me to pay the bill without my exs approval but wont give my new dentist the records without his approval. The office manager is extremely rude and hung up on me since I was challenging her.

I had a full gold crown placed on one of my molars today & am pleased with the result. The staff at this specific location are helpful & accomadating. Kristin, KJ, Chantel, Jen, Leah & Dr. Abbas are all great. Every couple of years the dentist rotates. The previous dentist, Dr. Shawn was also great. Always happy when I leave.

Scam!!! They tell you your insurance is maxed when it isnt!! They charged 400 dollars for a consultation twice before they even did any work!! Dont waste your time or money here!! dentist was highly unprofessional!

I went to this Dentist Office for about 3 years, in that 3 year span there were 3 different Dentists operating in there (high turn over?). One person who worked at the front desk was never anything less than rude. I looked over these things because they took my insurance and was close to work/home.....BIG MISTAKE!I had a cavity filled, I was in extreme pain for the next week and could eat or do anything on that side of my mouth and was taking pain meds daily. So I went back to see if something was wrong, there was a air bubble they said so perhaps that was it? So they re-did the filling....then was in pain for MONTHS....but given that I had paid $200 I was just living with it not wanting to pay anymore!!Now here I am less than 2 years after that filling and it has fallen out, and now I have to go to my NEW WONDERFUL dentist and have her work her magic to fix the MAJOR flop from this dentist office....never will I recommend anyone to go unless they want a hack job.

Rude hygienist. I thought maybe she had a bad day after a few cute insults from her. She didnt like that i was 20 minutes early. Told me i must be dumb or bored to get there that early. She told me im not going to clean this everytime you come in here... I told her that im paying for the service. She jabbed me, i coughed, she insulted me. I got up and left. They sent me the bill and i refused to pay it. They sent a collection agency and to this day i never paid it. They told me my co-pay is $100. My insurance told me they cover 2 cleanings a year and THAT dental office is a preferred provider. I owed them nothing.

The most unprofessional people will never give you an exact breakdown and will charge way over than initial quote, I was the victim of that, also they will leave you in a room for forever I was asked to seat for an x-ray they left me in the room for more than hour and the lady came back and saying they are unable to take it due to some issues but then I saw they have charged to my insurance, I will never suggest anybody to go there.

If there is a negative star, i could give them as i went total 3 visit for my wife root canal, they gave me a quote of $497 (out of my pocket) and then charge me almost $600 and i didnt notice it, when i asked them they says insurance doesnt cover, then next visit they says to pay another $327 telling me insurance doesnt cover and 3rd visit telling me to pay another $222 and giving me same cause, come on this is so unprofessional, initially giving me a quote of $497 then charging me almost $1100 + this insane, to all of the people make sure talk with in details about your breakdown otherwise this people will rob your money.
