I love this office! Everyone is so welcoming and professional. If you have an emergency they will literally move heaven and earth to get you seen and out of pain. I have a 3 & 5 year old and they are genuinely excited to come to the dentist because they love their hygienist Nicole and Their Dentist!

Cannot recommend this office enough, best dentist and staff in Livonia! I love each and every member of their staff - they are beyond friendly, will move mountains to fit you in for emergency care, and truly provide a judgement free atmosphere while delivering premium dental care, regardless of the state of your teeth or needs. I started going to Dr. Lin when I didnt have insurance, and she went above and beyond to work out payment plans and provide affordable (but the best quality) solutions for all my needs (including check ups and x-rays) etc. No one likes going to the dentist, but this is the best place to go, especially those afraid of the dentist! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The staff is extremely professional and caring. They take great care of their patients. They always get me in same day if I have any issues and explain any issues they see in detail and allow me to make the decision without pressuring me or pushing me to spend money.

The ENTIRE staff at the Livonia office is wonderful! They are very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. My boys love seeing Ms. Nichole for their teeth cleaning! Dr. Lin is great and gentle. They treat us like family! The office is clean and has been remodeled. I would highly recommend them!

Ive been to quite a few dentists before, some often having fancy million dollar buildings and opulently decorated offices... however, this small clinic has the friendliest, most gentle and knowledgeable team I have ever encountered. Ive had routine cleanings and fillings here, and have always had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this team for your dental needs.

I have been a customer here for years. Every time I come in or call, I am greeted with patience, respect and every one in the office is very nice. I don’t feel rushed and I always get any questions or concerns answered. They have an excellent hygienist that takes her time and make sure I am always comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Holly Lin and the rest of the team. I’ve had everything from cleanings to root canals done at Neighborhood Dental Group and now have an awesome new smile thanks to them. The place is locate at Livonia MI. and extremely clean, and the dental work has been outstanding.

I have been going to Neighborhood Dental Group for years. Even when I moved nearly half an hour away, I chose to keep seeing Dr. Lin as it’s worth the extra drive. The staff is super friendly and nice, and Nicole the hygienist is my favorite! I’ve always felt that Dr. Lin is never quick to just do fillings as some dentists may be.They’re also open on Saturdays which is very convenient for a working mom like myself.

This is a friendly, professional and delightful office! The administrative staff was knowledgeable about my insurance and explained the fees to me so I knew exactly what Id be charged for. Nicole is an efficient and friendly hygienist, Dr. Lin is awesome. too. Its not hard to get an appointment that works with my schedule. Im so glad I found them!

Have been a patient for years with the cleanings and fillings,crowns, and root canals I have always been treated very well and the out come very good. Dr. Lin wants nothing more than you to have a healthy teeth and a great smile. I recommend you to try if youre looking for better alternative dentist.

I haven’t had many fillings, but this experience was by far the best. There was absolutely no discomfort like what I experienced before. The staff is great and I feel good supporting my local dentist who remembers me when I walk in the door!

My husband and I have been going to Neighborhood Dental for almost 10 years. Dr. Lin is wonderful, as is Nicole and the rest of the staff. We have moved away from the area but still choose to drive to them instead finding a closer dentist. They are great with their patients and we can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I have been a patient with this office for over 10 years. SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED! Not only are things done without compassion but jobs are not finished. Yes they were a very good dental team but lately its about the money and not the people. Sorry if someone reading is offended. This will not be my dentist in the future. Very high strung receptionist that is all about business and not people friendly at all. An infection that is not taken care of because the dental procedure was left open is not my idea of caring. That infection goes straight to your brain.
