Went in for a horrible toothache, dentist didnt feel comfortable with working on it so referred me out (3 weeks later with a horrible toothache). Dentist refused to prescribe any painkillers (discretionary). Been going there for 10 years literally 2 prescriptions in the past decade but now they refuse as if Im lying. Real nice having your dentist office treat you like a druggie if you ask for any kind of pain killer.

Ive never had a bad experience here. I never have to wait to be seen. They are quick, thorough, and gentle. I chose them because they used to offer 5 pm appointments and I didnt have to take leave from work.

Everyone here is extremely friendly. Karla especially was very informative and made me feel very comfortable during my cleaning. She also made the overall experience great! Also they new patient special is a great deal, X-rays, consultation and a cleaning for just 99$!

The staff is all incredibly friendly and experienced. I had x-rays, pictures, a full cleaning and had a full insurance evaluation and it only took 20 minutes longer than just a cleaning at my old dentist! Holly is the best hygienist Ive ever had, absolutely no pain and she avoided using the tiny scraper instrument that makes the awful sound as much as possible. Highly recommended!

I had a filling come out and was very thankful to find emergency relief! Dr. holman, and her assistants, , were all very patient and kind during my visit. I dont know many people who enjoy going to the dentist anyway, but the staff here makes you feel at ease and not as anxious, which was my case.

I hate going to the dentist, but I love this dental practice. They really work hard to be available at hours that work for busy professionals, and always work in emergencies- even for wayward patients. (Thanks guys!!) Holly was so kind and personable while cleaning my teeth, which is a challenge for me due to sensory issues. Can’t imagine going anywhere else!!!

My experience with platinum dental care Livonia was very good. The staff and doctors were extremely time sensitive to your schedule. I was in and out within 35 minutes for my post opp checkup. So I will give them 5 stars because they were nice, time sensitive and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to someone else.

Its always good to have a dentist like platinum dental care dentist, Dr. Young and Chaben who are concerned, listens, and make you feel like part of their family. Its always good when you have to go to the dentist not to dread the experience.

Excellent experience! I do not have dental insurance at the moment but my cleaning was getting past due. I called my dentist and their fee was $155 just for cleaning..they have recent X-rays. I asked if they would be willing to offer a cash discount..answer loud and clear NO!!! I found a groupon for Platinum Dental for $99 so I gave them a try. The fee included X-rays, cleaning & exam. The office is beautiful and staff are great. Julie did the cleaning . They are friendly& very professional. Julie is very knowledgeable about all things dental. Dr. Chabem is great as well. I have a few things to take care of such as replacing very old fillings but there was no sales job for me to do that immediately. This practice provides free dental care to community on a regular basis including today. Their cash cleaning price is $108 which is what delta dental pays to dentists. Way to go Platinum Dental!

Dr young & Dr chaben, associates at platinum care in livonia, gave a superb effort on all my nine visits there in the past 3 months. With clear x-rays and digital images, they gave me my best ever comprehensive exam followed up by continuous quality, professional care and ongoing evaluation. Coming to them at first with a cracked molar, they came through for me and I wish I found platinum care years ago! I felt no stress while I was there. They gave a quality and thorough explanation of all the work I needed (5 crowns and 5 fillings) and performed their work with concern for my comfort and sensitivity to all my needs. Both dentists and all the staff there have been very pleasant and friendly on all my visits and make me feel like Ive been a patient there all my life.

Ive been going to Dr Chaben and young for years and they are always warm, attentive and thorough with their care. Dr Chaben listens whenever I have an issue or concern and is responsive. I am very grateful we found Platinum Dental Care, we had to find a new dentist when we moved to Northville . All together my husband and I have been there six times over the last two years. We have had check ups and fillings and have been very pleased with not only the work, but the cost and the welcoming atmosphere of Platinum Dental Care in livonia. The initial exams were very extensive and we were able to see xrays on the screen above our dental chair as Dr. Chaben reviewed plans of attack for problem areas. We both felt welcomed to ask questions and make choices about our dental care and not just told what to do. The nurses were very gentle, thorough and personable.
