The front desk was super friendly. I am always nervous about going to a new office, but they all make you feel like they have known you forever. Dr. Meadows was very sweet and knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. First visit, but very happy with this office so far!!

Everyone at Redwood Dental is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a good amount of dental anxiety and they all do their best to calm my nerves. Dr. Meadows and her assistant Denise have been extremely kind and patient with me. They explain everything to me as many times as I need, and never make me feel bad about it. Kelsey and Jessica at the front desk are very helpful, kind, and patient! Dr. Arbab did a procedure for me, and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff as well. All around it’s a great place!

Karen is the absolute best! Used to hate going to the dentist, but she makes me feel comfortable and I am so happy to have her! The entire staff is always very nice and makes me feel welcomed here. Great office!

If I could give 10 stars for this office I would. Everyone from the front staff to the back staff are so welcoming and made my visits so easy. The manager, Stacy, literally made everything so simple for me and helped me figure out where to start for all my work. She is amazing! Dr. Meadows redid my entire smile for me and I’ve never felt more confident. Her assistants are so confident and made me feel at ease when my anxiety was high. I got my cleaning done with Karen and highly recommended her to clean your teeth. Dental trips aren’t always a good experience, but I can’t stress enough how awesome this team is. Highly recommended this office for any and all types of dental needs!

Ive seen firsthand the work that the great dentists here like Dr. Meadows have done for years, and her ability to transform a crooked smile into a perfect white picket fence is incredible. There have been more than a couple of instances where her work has helped marry off men and women alike which speaks volumes of her quality and that of all the staff here!

I used to find this dental office okay. However, I found the charging is not very transparent. They agreed to provide me a discount on a dental surgery for the part that insurance is not paying. But later they told me my insurance is not covering as much as they thought. So I have to pay more. But the additional part was almost exactly the same as the discount they gave me. I feel very uncomfortable from this experience. The way they charge and the way they negotiate with the insurance company are just beyond me.

So I booked an appointment and I have had great service at a different location with a different general dentist. She removed 3/4 of my wisdom teeth so I decided to come back to redwood only a different location. I was under the impression I was going to get my wisdom extracted. I had to plan rides to and from because I don’t drive after any procedure. My tooth was not touching or near a nerve it was a more simple extraction. The front desk women were very kind and this review does not reflect them. The two male doctors were just awful they basically told me they didn’t want to perform the extraction unless I took a prescription drug prior to “calm my nerves” I had no nerves. After discussing this they went on to say they would do it but then decided they had too busy of a schedule...why in the world would you plan an appointment for an extraction and then say there is not enough time. Ridiculous. On top of that they wanted to charge me double what I had paid in the past with no reasonable explanation as to why it was so much more expensive then any other wisdom tooth I previously had pulled. I asked about the price and the assistant rudely told me how they don’t discuss prices “ back here” basically sending me to the front to be told by the receptionist, like what is the reason behind that? Unprofessional and rude. Went home in a cab(they barely wanted me to wait for my ride inside when temperatures were freezing). I felt unwelcome. I went home and met with a different general dentist who is booking me next week for half the price. Awful place. Never again.

Livonia Dental Group was great. Redwood dental is not. Horrible customer service - dentists and hygienists are still good but they seem to be much more interested in pushing procedures on people than before.

Called for a tooth extraction that is painful and pay my premium monthly but was told by Angela the Dr. can not pull my tooth or even give me an appointment????Been there before for a cleaning so upset with this Dentist office poor service.

Had my second visit with my dental hygienist Karen today at Redwood. I think Karen is very professional and she makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed..She answer and explains in detail any questions you ask or concerns you may have. I’m hoping it continues, because I enjoy this being my spot. Everyone is is so friendly and inviting. But Karen is the one to request!!!!

I was a patient with this office for 12-15 years. Was happy with the billing and thrilled with the Doctors and the hygienists. New staff were hired about 3 years ago for billing... They had me prepay for services that were to be covered by insurance. then would not reimburse me! Tried to work with them, no such luck. Had to find a new dentist. Then they text me that I had an appointment for a cleaning. After canceling that appointment I was told I owed over $300. They still owe me money! After another 12-16 mouths I received another text that I have a appointment. I text back to them once again that I am NOT a patient of theirs and to stop contacting me. So now I get a bill in the mail for $300+ followed by a threatening phone call to send me to collections. My new dentist has said they have dozens of clients move to them from this shady dishonest business!

Went to this office for 20 years. Drs Freeman, Fox, Studer were the Best! Then Redwood bought them out......all downhill. First they switch my dentist without asking, no information given on my former dentists that retired. Next thing ya know I need a Crown, new dentist proceeds to run the grinder down the side of my tongue. No warning of the pain I would be in when the Novacaine wore off!! Serious pain that night and next 2 days, no pain killers offered. Next 2 times I go in, you guessed it, I need Crowns. Every tooth in your mouth needs a Crown with these people, its all about the $$$$! Found a new dentist a few years ago, very happy. No Crowns needed, they say not good things about Redwood.

Wonderful, profession and friendly staff. The office was clean and comfortable. I have a very difficult time at the dentist (anxiety)- everyone did their very best to make me as comfortable as possible. I had a dental emergency and they took care of everything. Great experience.

I had a great first experience here, very nice, comfy, cozy lounge/waiting room. My Dental hygienist Sam, did a fantastic job on my teeth cleaning, she knew her stuff, very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions. The receptionists here are really friendly and kind. Ill be coming back here for as long as I can.

Terrible, used my appointment time to clean someone elses teeth, only cleaned my teeth the top half for 25 minutes, wanted to charge me twice, I had to come back a second time after talking to insurance to finish my other half teeth cleaning. Karen is terrible, also the fat women on the front desk is terrible too. not to mention force you to do unnecessary xrays...I wish there is zero star...

I was experiencing sudden severe throbbing pain keeping me up at night. After a friend referred me to Redwood I was able to quickly schedule an emergency appointment for the next morning ONLINE with no phone call needed! Once I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and comforting. Dr. Haque was very thorough and transparent during the whole process and I couldn’t be more happy with this experience. I am establishing as a new patient with them going forward.

I needed an emergency assessment and in less than 24 hours I was seen by the DDS who eased my mind. I was not looking for work to be done, since my case is extremely complicated. She was HONEST, caring, and directed me on where my next step should be. Very kind and very friendly.

I have been going here since I was 18 years old, before they were redwood dental. I do love most of the staff, it is a very clean place. One of the front desk girls is super awesome and nice! I am doing a surgical procedure that I am doing a surgical procedure that last about nine months so I am there a lot, I hear people telling the front desk ladies that they are being overcharged or that they no longer will come here anymore etc! I am paying $5000 out-of-pocket for the implant surgery! I just got quoted 1700 for two fillings, I went to a different dentist and got quoted 600! I have realize this place has became very money hungry! Both of my parents go here and they recently stopped going there and know other people that stopped going to.

My daughter had some dental work done today! Staff was excellent with her. It was her first time for dental procedures other than a routine cleaning and she didn’t feel a thing!

I started going to Livonia Dental Group for implants with Dr. Young and Carol. They are the absolute best and I couldnt be happier! Everyone that works there is very nice. I liked it so much that I started going to Dr. Fox for the rest of my dental work and again, could not be happier. Great place with great people and I would definitely recommend!

I came in to the office as a very distraught person, one of my lamanents for a front tooth, had come off and I was leaving for a month long trip the next morning.. Dr. Meadows took me in and we decided a crown was needed.. She and her wonderful assistant took the time to make that happen.

I was in pain for months from a filling that was done terribly at another office. I came to Dr. Meadows with my concern and she fixed it immediately. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new office.

Dr Meadows and staff are absolutely amazing. My 5 year old was a tough one, but they got work done and were very patient with her. My girls have been terrified of dentists but now ask to go more often. Thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and help with nervous kids.

My husband went in for work and was given an estimate of $120. After the work was done and he was walking out he was notified he owed $1,000. He paid the $120 and was making payments on the balance, when he was suddenly sent to collection. He was told that they can do that at any point even if your making payments. Apparently, they decided the payments were not enough. He settled with the collection company thinking it was over. Instead Redwood Dental moved it to his wife account and sent it to collection, without ever sending her a bill.

Karen, who cleaned my teeth was super nice and was very happy. Dr. Meadows was nice as well. Most importantly they communicated to me at every procedure what they were doing and why. I like most dont necessarily like going to the dentist but they definitely made it comfortable and alot easie .

As far as a dentist appointment goes, this is as good an experience as I can ask for. EVERYONE is kind, professional, easy going and fun-loving. That includes the front desk, hygienists and the dentist himself. I dig this particular dentist cuz hes chill and not pushy. Seems like the kinda guy you can golf with. I had two fillings done, painless and about half an hour. Ive raised my rating from my last review from 4 stars to 5.

Dr. Fox and his staff have always been so compassionate, friendly, and professional. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, regardless if its for a cleaning, cavity, or crown. Ive never had an unpleasant experience. Id recommend anyone who dreads a visit to the dentist, to call his office and schedule an appointment.

Dr. Freeman -The numbing shot was painless and the filling was repaired quickly. Everything felt normal within a few hours. Nice! I would not hesitate to see Dr. Freeman again. He is very personable and was also very nice to his assistant.

I have been going to Dr Freeman, when this was his practice, for over 25 years. Dr Fox has done a lot to renovate and modernize the office since he became the primary person in the business. I have full faith in Dr Freeman and consider him not only my dentist but a friend. If for any reason, example out of town, I have a dental issue and must see another dentist, I will not allow any major changes until I can get back to see Dr Freeman. I truly value his opinions and go by his recommendations.

Holly was my hygienist and she was amazing with me! Informative, patient & VERY gentle. They talked about the benefits of Botox and had me hooked right away. Dr Meadows is amazing & the Botox made a HUGE difference! I’m for ever thankful and will definitely continue to come back for my appointments.

Even though I have relatively decent teeth and take care of them, Ive long been afraid of dentists. All of the staff Ive experienced there so far are kind and helpful. Maria was my hygienist and she did a great job, she was gentle and friendly. I left with no pain and feeling a little bit less scared of my next dentist visit than I ever have in the past.

Been going to this office for years and was excellent. Now that it has turned into Redwood Dental it feels like a clinic. They would not let my dentist, Dr. Freeman, do my crown. I was told the policy is that whoever sees you and diagnosises the procedure gets to do it. Am switching to a new dental office.

This dental office is soliciting teeth whitening services through text messages to my cell phone. I am not a patient there so they have harvested my cell number for this purpose.
