Everyone from the woman that answered the phone, booked my appointment, found discounts for me, because I was panicking about the bugs my landlord refused to even help with, Till the technician arrived, inspected, sprayed, and left, went exactly as they said it would. 😮‍💨 Very pleased. I give them an 8 out of 10. I’m reserving the 10 out of 10 until about 2 weeks. Hopefully that will be BUG-FREE like they say also?! Otherwise I have to find somewhere else to live or at least have the the BUGS pay the rent!

Completely impressed with Orkin! We had a wasp issue, so I called and they came out the NEXT day to take care of it. They also take care of other pests (ants, spiders, centipedes, cockroaches, etc)!Steve Comer was the one that took care of us and he was very thorough, explained everything in great detail and did a fantastic job! Again, cant stress enough how impressed I am with not only their service, but the time it took them to come out and get it done!

My rep(Stacy) was very helpful, he asked questions about my needs, he told me about wasps nest above my door that I thought was gone. His eyes never stop moving, checking everywhere. I have the plan for Orkin to some out every 3 months. Erik is always very professional and friendly and able to answer any questions I’ve thrown at him. Definitely trust him and the company to keep my home safe from all critters so that I can enjoy my space and not stress about it. First treatment was good but sense then a have had 2 more treatments they haven’t called to notify me when they go to my house so they don’t get to treat the inside of my house and I pay them for it they have yet to change any sticky traps still the same ones from the first treatment and I had ants in my daughters room so bad that a had to go get stuff to treat them my self so she could sleep in her room I tried several times to call the guy but he wouldn’t return my calls when my contract is up I will be done with this company

Eric was very nice and conscientious of treating my home in a way that would be safe for my family and our pets. I liked how he reiterated that we ar praying for coverage, not a treatment, and if there are any issues that come up between now and the next service, not to hesitate to call.

Every interaction with the team members was positive- all very professional and polite. They made sure we knew we could reach out to them any time in the future for follow up inspections. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

The technician was very nice and explained everything from making sure we knew there was a payment to helping us get an appointment for termite inspection. There thoroughly sprayer thee indoor and the outdoors.

These guys are amazing. Quick to schedule, easy process over the phone that required only a signature when I arrived. I had a sleeping baby during the inspection and they kept quiet and kept her asleep! I’ll be recommending to many!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never had issues with bugs. But had wasp infestation. He came out and sprayed the inside of my home. Knocked down wasp nest and every since then I’ve had roaches. I’m very clean and never had to deal with roaches since I’ve stayed here and now I’m being forced out my home because of that disgusting stuff they probably put there just to get more business! Horrible!

I’ve been using Orkin for the last two years. Recently, we moved and the process to move my service was seamless. They are always professional, on time and willing to answer any questions.

This was by far the BEST inspection/pest control service I have ever encountered! These gentlemen were very respectful and were happy to answer any questions I had. Although my household is pretty big, they had no issues with providing the best services. I must say, the energy was awesome! The customer service was outstanding, and overall, I am more than pleased with the service!

A new person other than Matt serviced my home today and did a good job. He is personable and nice to work with.

The service provided by Orkin was good for the first year. After that the service, has went down considerably. The gentleman who comes every other month no longer does a complete service. He doesnt ask about any problems, he doesnt listen when we talk about rooms to spray in, and he didnt spray in all the rooms.

I used Orkins premium service today the rep was professional the quality control is excellent and they have follow up services with a 12month contract for the outdoor type yard, and is very effective.

I was hoping to initially be able to rate Orkin higher, but the damage that was caused to my home during an attic insulation install and the lack of trying to get it fixed (after a month and only one person came out to quote the damage thus far and no word at all since). I have had a horrible experience and plan on taking this up with the better business bureau if these issues dont get solved. During the install someone fell through my ceiling. While raking the old insulation a wire was disconnected from my attic for my livingroom (so now my livingroom has no power to the outlets and its 7 that were working during the raking in other areas). So far only the ceiling has been quoted and the branch manager has yet to send over an electrician for my outtage. Like I said, I was going to give this a good rating, but the lack of taking care of the damage caused is what is not sitting well with this customer.

Yesterday, We had them come out and take care of some bees that built a hive in a plant in our back yard. He said he sprayed them down and they should be dead in a few hours. This morning, our dog got attacked by them and now her face is swollen. I called immediately and they are closed on Sundays. I will be asking for a full refund.Edit. It is now two months later. I canceled my account on June 2nd. Since then, I have received 3 calls saying that I have a payment due and all three times they said “oh yeah your account was canceled. Disregard this.” Now, I have been sent to collections for a payment I was never supposed to have and it is taking an act of God to get this sorted out. Do not trust them with your home.

The technician that came to my home today (6/26/21) was very professional, through and explained to me what was being used. I cant say never had a technician did that before. He isnt my regular person, but he can come back anytime to service my home.

General pest control! The best switch of companies ever! They email us 2 weeks out with a set date and a window of 4 hours (not the whole day!). If it is ok by you, you keep it if not, reschedule! After that, they keep close contact via text to include on the eve of the appointment, a reminder. On the day, they let you know when they are on their way and also when they are just outside your home. Totally hassle free! Respectful of social distancing. Always the same technician. Super thorough!

Stacey was on time and did a AWESOME job ! We are glad to have Orkin and him taking care of the bugs around the outside of our house. Would recommend them to everyone.

I think I called around to 3 other pest control company’s close to midnight because I noticed something had been munching on items under my sink and then I saw the droppings. Every one was closed or wouldn’t get back to me until the next day, which I figured, but I was relieved to see that Orkin was open late; til midnight actually and I could get someone on the phone to set an appointment right away. They were able to send someone out a day later. Sam and Robert were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They did not waste time making sure I was informed and knew my options moving forward with the best kid and pet friendly options in mind. Orkin came highly recommended and I look forward to utilizing them for all my pest and prevention needs.

The servicer that came out to spray was professional and thorough. My only qualm is with the scheduling department that keeps sending techs out in the middle of the day while I’m at work, when the window is supposed to be 4-6…

Great service. Always on time and very professional

So today evening we were visited by Mr. Stacey Bearden for their quarterly service. Before meeting us, he examined the outside of the house for any trails of ants and other bugs. Even though Mr. Bearden would have had a long tiring day, offering his services to 17 homes, as he said-our being 18th, and may be 2 more to go, he made sure there was no compromise in the service he provided. He not only treated the problem areas, but also cleaned each and every spider web that could be spotted around out house. When highlighted the issue of fire ants, he deep checked the yards to make sure nothing got missed out. This, if asked to me, was by far the best service we got. Thanks Mr. Bearden.

We still seem to have a problem with an ant infestation. I don’t know if it’s because of the excessive amount of rain we’ve received or if everything needed to be more adequately sprayed.

I would like to say I normally dont give bad reviews to anyone and I hate I am now. But,Ive been trying to cancel them for the last 3 times they were there but no one answers the phone no one answers on fb . I started to use them to get rid of ants and fleas which the young man told me I would get when I signed up for x amount ... But when they showed up to spray they said it was just for ants and around the house insects, when they spray I get more ants in the house and in the areas . I dont want them to come back . Oh and last time they came they left my fence wide open so I let my dogs out and my dogs got out of the yard!!!! So if you choose to go with them good luck ! I hope you have a better experience.

UPDATE #1: After my call to the Customer Service Center, the branch office called me back in less than 2 hours. It turns out that my appointment had been changed by the computer system and didnt notify the office or I. The local office was very accommodating to fixing the situation and provided good customer service. so I have changed from 1 star to 5 stars based upon the customer service. I will update on the actual service received after the initial visit.ORIGINAL POST: I called in and signed up for the yearly service. On the day of the appointment, I was at home the entire day, but no one showed up or called. I called back the next day and the CS Rep stated that the appointment had been moved almost two weeks. I asked why no one had called, and the CS Rep couldnt answer. She tried to call the branch location and they didnt answer her call. The CS Rep stated that she would have them call me, but the branch location never called (a week and a half later). I am not slamming all of Orkin - all of the customer service reps I spoke to were great. However, no call - no show as a business practice is not the way to represent Orkin.

Darius and Andrew were our techs for our regularly scheduled service and gave us incredible service, even during a tropical storm. They came out and ensured that they would take care of any bug problems we had. They were quick, efficient, respectful and gave great customer service. Very happy with our use of Orkin in Little Rock.

I just did the inspection. I can’t afford $2,000 for the treatment. Guess I will just have to fight them myself or get rid of the infected furniture. Thank God my mother-in- law has offered me a couch.

Orkin came out because squirrels chewing on central air unit wiring. Not true, they found no chewing. Yay! Some of my crawlspace vents were old, and screen in them missing & brittle. They made an appointment to replace all vents that automatically open & close. They are sleek & gorgeous. They also replaced my deteriorating wooden crawlspace door with a sleek new steel door. They were respectful, kind, on time, & friendly. It was Darius & his helper, cant remember his name. I wish I owned my own business, so I could hire them away from Orkin. They are that good!! My door needed extra work, due to yard level issues. Great problem solving skills as well. I love a company that works hard for us!! After completion, Darius walked me around the entire job, to make sure if I had any concerns. The job was great, to call him if any issues! Thanks guys for a job well done & the utmost in professionalism!! So happy.

Professional and detailed regarding what treatment will be done.

I started with Orkin last October and Orkin had been a great blessing to meSave me from several embarrassing times that could have been a bad bad problem

Worst experience ever. Only gave them 1 star because 0 is not an option. I tried because Google recommended them. Was quoted one thing by the call center, and the service provided was completely different. When technicon arrived, he stated his “blower” was broken told he couldn’t effectively treat our yard….which is why we called in the first place. When I called the office, I spoke with “Taylor” who could not answer any of my questions. The only response I got from her was, “I don’t know the answer to that.” I was concerned because my husband said the tech did not treat our entire home, as we requested. So, she then connected me to the tech who said he treated our entire house, but he “just didn’t document it.” My husband was present during the treatment and said only 20% of our home was treated. The tech also could not answer my questions, and the ones he did contradicted what the office lady “Taylor” had said. When I asked to speak with someone who could answer my questions like a manager, the tech informed me that manager would not be able to answer questions about what services are offered or the company’s policies. When I called the main number back to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold for 30 mins. I then called back again and was informed the manager, “just left for the day and will be back on Monday.” At this point, I had been on the phone for almost 2 hours with no answers. So, I requested to terminate the services and get a refund. I was then told I could not terminate services or get a refund until the manager was back on Monday. After making SEVERAL more calls, they finally agreed to give me a refund for services not rendered. I would not recommend Orkin to anyone. I would rather let my home be taken over by pests then deal with them again….that’s how bad the service was!

Orkin has always been dependable to be here on the day they say they will, they are always polite and thorough.

This is my first time using Orkin. So Im not sure of the quality just yet. Were doing preventive treatments to avoid future issues. The man that came was very polite and explained exactly what he was doing. So far so good.

I like Orkin. The people are always nice and when I call them in between services, they come willingly. My only complaint would be is that they have sprayed for Carpenter Bees at my house 2-3 times and the bees are still here. The bees were not phased at all. If someone says a product will work then it should work, but in this particular case it didnt.
