Kenny was the inspector who came to my home to perform our termite inspection and was very kind and professional. My appointment had been scheduled early in the morning, and last minute my job scheduled me for work causing me to miss appt and completely forget to reschedule in time. Kenny was so understanding and didn’t express any frustration. He even offered to come when I got off work that day to complete the inspection. I am very happy with the service provided and really appreciate the understanding. Highly recommend central termite and pest control!

This is a great company to use for termite and pest control we have had them for at least six or eight years now and the people that owned our home before used them as well they do a really great job and have a great crew. If anyone ever asked me if who I use I always tell them Central termite and past in North Little Rock.

I have scheduled the annual termite inspection after 1 year complete on my new home in Bentonville. But on scheduled day 02/11/2021 weather is very nasty and went below 19 F. I called and informed them to reschedule the inspection. because I dont want to inspect termite in freeze weather. I do not have confidence in inspection quality and not able to go out and see the inspection in Icy weather. but Leesa told me rescheduling will take 25 dollar fee. I Informed to her Central Termite is responsible to call and reschedule the appointment due to icy weather. Then she told again, the team will inspect the home outside today and reschedule the indoor inspection later. Even She not able to understand my concern. I informed her not interested to do an inspection today and cancel my renewal service with them. This is my first experience with them on renewal and it went 1 Star rating. If they have good customer service, care about customers, and proper inspection practice, they rescheduled the appointment. it is very simple request. but they failed and lost the customer.

I know Central doesnt like my home. Its a termite problem when it really shouldnt be, since its new slab on grade. But theyre none-the-less taking care of me despite the builders horrid practices.

Victor was very professional and prompt in his service. He texted me prior to arrival and was careful to put covers on his shoes when he entered the house. Victor was thorough in his review of the house and even highlighted a leak at the hot water tank that was causing a black mold issue. Cannot believe an owner would talk to someone like you just did below. Sounds like you are easy to please taking peoples money and not doing a job properly. What you were told is not what happened at all and I dont just believe it happened I know it happened. I never called and gave a Positive review of anything you guys did, I was not pleased from day 1 but I gave them 2 more chances to make up for it and both times they got worse. On 2 different occasions they did a treatment and both times the job was not completed and they said they would have to reschedule to FINISH the job they were supposed to do the day they were here to treat. That is very inconvienent for a customer with a problem like Brown Recluse Spiders which we paid nearly 400.00 for you to get rid of and you say yourself they are hard to treat then I would think you would go above and beyond to make sure it was treated properly like spraying the outside when it was supposed to be treated during the first quarterly appt but your guy did not because it got dark outside before he finished the inside. I even asked him if he was going to start the outside treatment first and he said he does the inside first then outside, his fault not mine. And if you cannot handle negative customer reviews maybe you could make sure a job is done right or just take down the reviews section on your website.Also my reviews of another company for bad service is irrelevant here, your Company failed on its promise to do a job right and all you can do is insult a paying customer. Enjoy your vacation on the dime of people like me that you took money from but failed to deliver with Quality Service.Just hoping the owner will see this and whats going on at his Russelville location.Absolutely the worst Company I have ever hired to do anything. From not bringing the right product to treat to not treating all areas that were to be treated, this hapened twice! I told them after the first time they had one more chance to earn our business because I know mistakes hapen and they failed miserably again. Called to complain and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could come back and complete the job, after talking to Joe the Manager I was told it would be a week until they could come out and complete the treatment they did not do outside and in our attic. Lets make it inconvienent for our customers as their time and money is not valuable to them.If you want incompetence, if you want to waste your time and money then give them a call. Received services from the company a few months ago. Didnt receive a bill but began to get automated phone calls about a past-due balance. Left a message with the office asking for an itemized bill. No response. Continued to received automated calls. Finally spoke with Cara and while she says she is sending the bill, they will continue to spam me with automated messages that they claim cannot be turned off. Very obnoxious collection tactic that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Weve been using Central Termite since we bought our house 2007. In 2018 they told us we needed a new sump pump and vapor barrier. Due to record rain in Central AR the sump pump stopped working after 5 months. Today Trey came out and replaced it for free. The service is always courteous and fast and the office works with field staff to quickly communicate issues. Appreciate the great service!

I can’t handle the thought of spiders or any other creatures/critters in my home. Central protects our house and makes the process easy! If I call about something, they are always quick to make an appointment and come check things out to see which solution works best for me. They go above and beyond to keep me informed. Been with the company for 16 years and yesterday received the worst customer service ever! There was a confusion between the receptionist and my request, the office manager called and blamed me for literally everything that went wrong. She was not willing to hear my side of the story. Quarterly service is a rip off-Tech showed up at my house and stayed for maybe 10 minutes If that-Spotty spraying not the thorough job that I requested.When I asked about mouse baits he tried to sell me a 50.00 rat bait trap.Further the tech said that he did not have mouse baits on his truck that it would be 2 weeks before I could get mouse baits.I have had it and am going with another pest control service.No more.I got charged 75.00 for this LOUSY service...I am livid.no thanks on the revisit I am DONE with your company.Your technician is NOT setting foot on my property again.I highly suggest to those out there with similar dealings with Central Termite and Pest control should make their experience known to all by posting it on line via various websites.
