Weve used Adams for 20+ years and theres no one else we would use. The techs are friendly, always on time (or early!) and we can always count on them if we have problems such as ants. Our tech, Lee, is especially nice and very thorough. You cannot go wrong with Adams!!

We had a small rodent issue start in our barn. Not wanting it to get bad time was an issue. Adams had the same urgency we did. They implemented several things, for a very reasonable price, and knocked out the issue. Very professional. I wouldve felt comfortable with my wife being there if I couldnt. Starting a maintenance plan with them thats cheaper than who I normally use.

Mark was very friendly and professional! I appreciate him showing up early because I was on a time crunch. He was very thorough and you could tell he cared about his job!

I thought your reply to my negative review was very shallow. I was informed by the Russellville office to call Little Rock. From there I had to leave message for the tech to call me back and a week goes by-no call. Unfortunately employees dont take their jobs seriously any more, so this is our culture now. And there are other pest control services.

Used them in Maumelle for several years with no problems. Moved to Vilonia and the Tech decided our home was too far to drive to and simply stopped coming. Called the office and got no help.

We have used Adams Pest Control for over 11 years. They used to be awesome! The past few years, we have had several issues. Last year, they literally walked around my house and left. I called and spoke with a manager. He stated how sorry he was, and that he would be out to personally check & spray our crawl space. He never showed up. This year I called to schedule a termite inspection. The lady was very polite, and informed me that they had our house listed as a church and on a slab (no crawl space.) She supposedly fixed all of this in their system & set up our appointment. They never showed up after I made sure I would be home to allow them access. So if you are looking for pest control, avoid this company! They are a complete waste of your time and money!!

They came out the other day and the technician was so polite and curtious. My home was a mess preparing for an upcoming birthday party AND the addition of 2 new puppies in the home, the tech come in and acted completely unphased by it and was very nice. We had the party last night, I was too exhausted n left everything out on the kitchen counters... This normally would have resulted in an army of ants!! Our only real pest issue was the ants. NO ants this morning! So great service and the product has almost immediately worked! Thanks!

Just got off the phone to schedule a return service since we had a flare up on ants and roaches. The customer service lady was very polite and enthusiastic to help. As long as the follow up call and service itself is spot on now I couldnt ask for better service!
