Always have the same technician, who is courteous and professional. I used Terminex for years, and Legacy has greatly exceeded their level of service, with very competitive prices.

We had a sump pump installed and it was not deep enough in the ground so they came back and fixed it free of charge but they did not fix the drainage pipe to it. Still a good company to work with and depend on.

My landlord chose this company and paid for the first month of pest control, as in my contract. I received a call from this company to set up an appointment. We had spray indoors for fleas, and spray inside/outside for roaches/spiders. The man who came to spray was very friendly. He was told us if we had any issues with this round he would come back and spray again. I waited a couple weeks to see results. The flea treatment worked perfectly, however the roach spray did not. I called Legacy and asked if they would come back and spray again for roaches since it didn’t work. The woman on the phone told me the man shouldn’t have said that, and that it’s “common courtesy to make my landlord aware of the bug problem”, even though moments before she reminded me that my landlord paid for the first service and got a lower price than what I would get. After a few minutes back and forth on the phone, I asked what the price would be for me to pay for it, and she said it would be $220 service charge for them to come back and spray just for roaches. If pest control costs this much, it definitely should be guaranteed to come back and spray again if it doesn’t work.

I am blown away by the service provided by Chris and Juan, the owners. They personally came to our house to assess and resolve our termite-related problem. I called the evening before and they were here the next morning. They coordinated with the contractors that were actively working on our siding to quickly get the needed repairs done. They even covered the cost. Juan previously provided support over the phone and via email. I have never had such a positive experience. I highly recommend Legacy.

Had appointment date set up for pre treatment 3 weeks in advance. Confirmed the date several times with field rep that I signed contract with. Day of service and a no show. They said appointment is for the next morning and not on the day as had been confirmed numerous times. SMH

I have had an extremely good experience with Legacy. We live in a wooded area where there are a lot of pests that previously set up housekeeping in our residence. We complained to our pest control service at that time to no avail. I heard about Legacy from a friend and decided to switch. Since that time we have had virtually no pests in our house and no incidences of termites outside. The Legacy representatives have been very friendly and responsive to our requests. I highly recommend this company.

Thank you.TERRIBLE Customer Service, I was with them for Over 2 years and they cancelled my account without notice!! when I called to schedule an appt its $80 that I pay quarterly, I thought I was caught up but they informed me I was a payment behind but they NEVER called/emailed or sent me notice, just cancelled my account! and the worst is when I called to discuss, they just wanted to argue, not keep my business!!
