A year later and Im still super happy with this service! No contract and the quarterly visits have been sufficient. Because of all the rain weve had in the technician, however, Ive had a few nasty bugs indoors. Ugh. But after todays treatment, Im sure they will be DOA. Serviceman also went out of his way to make sure the fireplace flue was shut. Just like Santa in the wintertime, he said this time of year wasps and other critters find their way in.

The exterminator was pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, efficient and friendly. While I hope he doesnt need to return too soon, I would certainly welcome him if not the reason for his visit :).
