Workers seem to be nice but the quality of work is not the best as it should be. Left oil drips all over my engine and also left my full under tray on my tuck all lose, and hanging. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Left the skid plate on after I paid $99.99 for a European car oil change. I have PTSD and had one of the worst panic attacks of my life driving down the highway. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Staff was friendly and professional. I had a coupon from the website and that was no problem. They worked efficiently and quickly. The one bump was they did not re-attach an air tube to the clip that separates it from the AC line to prevent rubbing. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with the service and convenience. I will be going back.

Not great customer service. They only had their most expensive oil available and failed to mention that when I had called asking for the price. They would not complete the tire rotation due to their only tool being cracked and not wanting to risk breaking it more. They asked me if I wanted a filter changed before checking to see if it was dirty. Communication skills were poor. It was quick though. Regardless, I’ll try somewhere else next time.

Just got the car. Went by for an oil change.Ive used them before and I know they claim to check the fluids and tire pressure - kinda used to make the extra cost worth it.The tire pressure light was on in the car and I brought that to their attention after they gave me my paper work and it says on there that they checked the tire pressure and it was okay.I asked the guy to please check the tires for me, & he said they already did and gave it air. I mentioned the check light was on, he says it would go away once I moved & used the tires. I thought I was tripping because I didnt see anyone near my tire the whole time I was there!2weeks later and check lights still on. Had to go add air myself elsewhere. And the check light went off in minutes.Makes me wonder what other false claims they make on their services.Hey I have no problems if all your staff members want to do is change the oil, but stop misleading people and get integrity back on board. Better still, train the new folks on your staff, they are gonna make you lose business!Now I have to get my fluids checked just to be sure everything is good.All that stuff they say they check on your vehicle is probably false, beware! No longer worth that premium cost.

I went here this Saturday around 11 oclock in the morning, i had one car in front of me when i arrived. Brandon greeted me when I first arrived. he scanned me in and was super friendly. Trey, William and the team worked on my car... they were all very professional and finished my car in like 10 minutes. i plan to visit this location in the future and would recommend this place to others.

I came in to get a oil change onI recently come in to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change located in Little Rock Arkansas on W 12th Street my oil was changed on 5/9/21 and my vehicle stopped on 5/10/21 apparently not enough oil had been put in the vehicle which a mechanic has came out and the engine is seized I have contacted customer care they then sent a store manager out and the area manager (wade) they denied responsibility and the claim this is very disgusting as well as disappointing I do not recommend this company or their services. Please share to get the word out save yourself the stress and hassle.

Team members are friendly and professional. They explain everything in detail as they are doing it. You sit in your car as they work. There is a computer screen right next to your car so they can show you what they have done and what the charges are. Its quick and convenient.

Ive had better experiences at other locations. I was told only 1 lane was open and there were 2 cars in front of me. After waiting about 15 min, they opened up the other side and asked me to move there. Im use to getting my lights, signals, wipers and other odds and ends checked with an oil chanhe but none of that was done. Just my oil change and they sent me on the way.

This place doesnt have over a hundred good reviews for no reason. Actually, that is exactly why I choose Valvoline Express Care. The staff are very professional and friendly and more importantly, thorough. Even though they are thorough, they work hard and fast. They had me in and out of their shop within 15 minutes and I am back on the road to continue my trip across the country. I recommend this shop to anyone.

These guys are the best! Great customer service and they work really quickly. The check and top off your fluids, check tire pressure, etc. Conveniently located. Dont need an oil change today. Have used these guys twice now. After coming back for a third time, they checked my oil and said, you have another 1,000 miles. Valvoline Express Care on the corner of 12th Street and University Avenue the best place you can go the best mechanic works there his name is Tommy Fulton when you go there he will hook you up. And Mike the manager is also hard-working every time I come in here I see him doing something out in the shop hes never in the office during work hours. Its a good place to go I wouldnt tell you if I didnt believe it

Special oli filter and stripped plug head. No problem. Did not even question it. 4 other places would not touch it. 500 miles from home and the 1st time anyone ever wrote the correct miles till next oil change when I used synthetic. Hear hear. I will use them again when Im it Little Rock.

Fast easy service

As a first time customer, I have to say that this is probably the best service I’ve had done to my truck. I came in for an oil change and not only did they get it changed quickly, but also made a point to answer all the other questions I had about my truck. I didn’t feel apprehensive like I do at most places like Firestone being a female and not knowing a whole lot about the mechanics of a truck. I will definitely be using them exclusively as long as I’m in Arkansas!

Picked this place because they happened to be close to my workplace. I may never go anywhere else. Theyre knowledgeable and friendly, and I didnt have to wait for service at 4:45. Someone else rolled up at 4:57 and they opened the other bay door for them. Great people.

Not three hours after I left the entire bottom panel fell out/off my vehicle while doing 55 down the highway . I am not a happy campe . My vehicle is practically brand new. I will not be back.
