Have been very satisfied with the service we received BUT we took my husbands truck in fir air conditioning repair and after keeping it two days, Orville called him and said it was ready and the cost was $1,050. We picked it up and everything was good except within four days the AC WENT OUT AGAIN. He kept it another two days and said it was fixed. After about four more days, the AC went out again. Took it back and Orville called and said now it would be ANOTHER $800 because the compressor went out. What did they fix for $1000 bucks?? We felt like we should have at least gotten half our money back because it clearly wasn’t fixed. They just lost a valued customer that will NEVER do business with them again.

These guys are the friendliest professionals I have found in a very very long time. Just moved back to littlerock and this is the place I will be going to from now on. Highly recommended. Have sent a couple of friend there and they are extremely satisfied also. Thanks for a great job!!

Over the weekend, I broke the cover to my headlight and dented my front bumper. First thing Monday, Orville with Hinson Loop Tire & Auto looked the car over and gave me an estimate for time and pricing. Not only was he prompt in giving me that estimate, but I actually ended up getting my car back a day earlier and $100 cheaper than I thought it would be! My car looks and runs like nothing ever happened. Will absolutely come back and recommend to all of my friends and family.

Stopped in here today after my tire went flat, and the staff jumped right to assisting me. They helped fix my tire in a very short amount of time, and they were VERY friendly the entire time I was there. Just overall really enjoyed the experience. Unlike any other tire shop Ive ever been to. Will definitely use them again.

Took my truck in today to get a hole plugged from a nail. They filled up the tires and plugged the nail. Took no time at all, all the guys there were very nice and hospitable. Will definitely be coming back whenever the truck needs more service.

The most respectable and trustworthy auto repair shop Ive ever been to! Orville and Brian are honest, genuine and treat you like family. They show you everything before performing any repairs...they even take pics and videos to show you if you cant be present. Brian most likely saved me from a horrible accident when he showed me a severely broken tire rod in my jeep. His motto: I work on your car as if my wife or children are driving it. Its nice to have finally found our family auto doctors!!

Day 1: I took my car in for check engine light. Diagnostic test run Estimate was given and I attempted to have a family member fix my car while I was working and brought my car back. I drove home and the car was worse. Day 2: I call Hinsons after my car completely stopped in the road while I was driving twice to my 1st client. My car again in the shop: as it turns out THEY GRACIOUSLY TOOK MY CAR BACK AND FIXED IT IN A VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. When I called Hinson Loop Auto & Tire I was greeted by the kind Knowledgeable voice of Orville. He answered my questions and told me to come right down. I had a Shimmy in my car at 70-75 mph, and needed an oil change. Ray took all my information and my keys! A couple of hours later I got a call saying my car was done. I test drove the car on the freeway and there is no more shimmy. So, its smooth riding for me. Thank you Hinson Loop Auto & Tire for a job well done, at a good price. As a visitor to Little Rock, I was pleasantly surprised to find Knowledgeable professionals In a business that has a relational touch to their business practices.

Nice Team. Air condition wasnt working. 1st repair identified and replaced evaporator $700. The air worked for a day. Next day, 2nd repair and identified replaced the compressor and dryer $700. The air worked for a day. Took it back the next day, there is a leak in the Air condition hose. Total of $1,400. No air condition.

I rolled into Hinson loop tire with a piece of metal in my tire 3 minutes before they closed. I usually hate going into business right before they close because it will cause employees to stay there late. The man, Brian, who greeted me came and looked at the tire, and without hesitation said he would fix the tire (which would cause him to stay late after working all day). He said he couldn’t let me go on the road like that and potentially mess up my tire.Because of that, I will do all my tire business here. Things like that is how you gain my business!
