I had them do an oil change and tire rotation. While waiting they brought my engine air filter and cabin air filter to me and said they needed changing. I didnt ask them to check those, but OK whatever. I would have had them replace them, but their quote of $90 to replace both seemed steep so I resolved to change them myself for $45 (price I paid at a local auto parts store). So I buy the two filters myself and start to remove the plastic engine air filter cover only to find that they didnt replace the filter correctly and one corner of it was sticking up/out, with the cover jammed down on it, filter box not sealed, and unfiltered air was going into my engine. Then I see that 4 of the 7 bolts that secure the filter box were spinning loose - theyd stripped the plastic threads. These Jiffy Lube knuckleheads are careless and apparently dishonest. I should have been told that the bolts were not securing the cover if thats how they found them. I can only assume theyre the ones who stripped them. Either way, the filter and cover should have been seated properly, so big fail on their part.

They did a good job and the staff was great. The only thing I didnt like as much was them asking me if I wanted a bunch of other services. I got a tire rotation with my oil change (which I know is what they are supposed to do for the growth of their business) but I really didnt need the tire rotation and I was kicking myself for paying extra for that. Next time Im sticking to my guns and only paying for what I want. But they did a great job.

I left work and discovered that the dreaded Low Tire Pressure light was on. I started to panic because I was 30 miles away from home. I started calling tire repair shops hoping someone could come to my rescue. I called the Chenal & Rodney Parham Firestone and neither could help. I called Landers Toyota, no help. Then, I called a co-worker to see if they knew of anyone who could help. They told me to call Mr. Richard at Jiffy Lube on Rodney Parham. I pulled up, Mr. Richard told me to pull around back, and within minutes I was on my way! Thank you to Mr. Richard and his technician (I forgot to ask his name). Both were very professional! And, I highly recommend them!

Jiffy lube always takes good care of me at all locations but at this one Richard made my experience exceptional within the first 5 seconds! He immediately approached me to see what services I needed. He had a great upbeat attitude and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Richard made me feel like my car was in great hands. I’m very thankful that they took care of me fast and efficiently. He made getting my breaks fixed seem like less of a chore. I highly recommend this location.

I know nothing about vehicles. Nothing. But here I still felt comfortable explaining what I needed and my concerns. They were super chill and helped me even though I was clueless. They told me where to start. Highly recommend! Drove from Cabot to see them!

I have owned and done all the work on the 32 used vehicles Ive had in my lifetime.Previously, I have always avoided places like Jiffy Lube, etc because I couldnt trust it would be done right.I stopped here to get assistance changing my front brakes and rotors after hurting my back.William, the manager of over 25 years, KNOWS HIS STUFF. He helped me repair some damage a previous owner did to the car, gave me great advice, was super helpful and friendly.Sam deserves mention as well; he was one of the most professional and thorough techs Ive met in a while.Long story short: This is the place to go for quick, affordable automotive work thats DONE RIGHT.William will go out of his way to help however he can.Jiffy Lube, take note: this should be your model location.

Too expensive and no coupons for synthetic oil change so I decided to go to the other guys with coupon and faster service and 15 minutes is 15 minutes not 2 hours wait.....

These gentlemen took great care to explain any complications with my repair, delivered to their store parts twice, found me a coupon for the service, and stayed past close to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive! They really care about their customers and take care of them like family, they are always friendly and willing to help in any situation!

They were quick. Very knowledgeable. Not overly pushy about additional services my car needed but let me know what other things needed work on and gave me quotes.

These guys completed a fully synthetic oil change. Installed my drilled and slotted disc rotors and brakes excellent job.

Ive always experienced that no oil change location is up to the same par as Jiffy Lube. My college town didnt have one, and every other oil change place I could find wasnt the same. This specific Jiffy Lube took care of my basic needs, noticed a small nail in my tire and took care of it, explained what they were doing and what was necessary and other cheaper options that I could perform in my own, had quick service, and treated customers with the utmost value and respect. The workers had a smile on their face and it was contagious. I would hands down recommend this shop.

I usually go to Walmart but they were closed. Came to Jiffy Lube and was very happy with their service. I was in and out quickly. Employees were polite. They communicated well with me about things other than just the oil change.

I am traveling through Little Rock and I needed an oil change. That was quickly done but the owner noticed I was missing the cap to the brake fluid container. The car dealers in the area did not have one in stock. The owner called all the auto parts stores in the area to check for me. When none were available, he fashioned a makeshift one to get me in my way! That’s dedication! Thank you!

The staff is always helpful, punctual, and the customer service is wonderful. Ive live in other cities and you simply cant compare the customer service in Arkansas to any other place. Its also clear that they enjoy working with each other. The team morale is positive and thats always something I enjoy experiencing.

I asked for an oil change and for them to “check my right rear tire because I have a slow leak”. Oil change was done, in the process of paying and then I asked if they checked the tire. The gentleman did not know, so he double checked. Nope. They said they would do it and I asked how long, he said 15 minutes. 10 minutes in they say you have a slow leak. Duh. 30 minutes later and I’m still waiting for it to be complete. Poor service and some rude workers on top of a higher price than I typically pay. Not so much worried about the price but the service was awful.

I like this Jiffy Lube because it is so dependable and reliable. The people there are always pleasant. The manager there is William Holzknecht and he is always there when I go. While he goes through the checklist of recommended services they all do, he doesnt try to oversell me. Im a woman so I find this extremely valuable. They do a good job and vacuum out the floorboards before bringing my car around which is nice. I definitely recommend them.

Went in around 4:30-5:00 pm on a Wednesday and spent MAYBE 15 to 20 minutes tops and I was done! The 2 gentlemen working this particular day were very nice and made sure I understood what they were asking, they didnt try and talk me into services or products I wasnt interested in. Everywhere else quoted an almost 2 hour wait just to get in the bay without an appointment. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting in and out quickly! Great great great service and friendly staff!

They took very good care of us. They were very fast and helpful. We were in and out in 20 minutes. That included a brake check and tire rotation.

Although their signature service oil change is a bit pricey, it was total worth it for me since they did a lot more than an oil change for me. I found a 25% off coupon on their website with took off about $10 I believe. The Jiffy Lube signature service oil change includes a basic check up on your car, which I felt was necessary in my case since I am from Kansas City, Mo and want to make sure I make the 6 hour drive home safely. I had 2 different lights out and needed a new air and cabin filter. They told me my gas line was rusted so bad there was a leak in it and even brought me under the floor to show me exactly what it looked like under the car. I am so glad they showed that to me because if it werent for them my car wouldnt have made it home. (I got the gas line replaced at West End Garage here in Little Rock...excellent service there too.) They informed me about gas line leaks but didnt pressure me into anything, which stands out to me. All the technicians were outstanding and friendly as well as the manager and the lady at the front desk. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

Come in today for full service oil change and leave. My vehicle has a clean bill of health so I go home. A few hours later I am about to leave for Memphis, I get in my car and start driving down Cantrell and all of a sudden all hell breaks loose under my hood, lights flashing and no power steering. First off thank god I wasnt on the freeway yet. Second off its the serpentine belt that completly shredded in the matter of hours in my drive way? So here I am at jiffy lube and pull out my check list and all my belts have been given a green light for good shape. Well thats not the case, jiffy lube lied and nearly had me killed due to their negligence and whos left to flip the bill, me. So if youre thinking about bringing your car here for repairs or oil change, take your business elsewhere.

Several complaints. Sign said oil change $38. My bill was $85; all I had was on oil change. Was told I needed a new air filter and cabin filter; I declined. To get to my cabin filter you have to partially detach the glove box. Upon leaving, the contents of my glove box were in my passenger seat. They did not reattach the cable that slowly lowers the glove box when you open it. Without the cable the glove box slams open. I looked under the hood when I got home. The air filter compartment was left unlatched. The battery terminal covers were left off. They did vacuum the front carpets but only so so. Very sloppy service. They pushed you to buy other services. I will not return.
