HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had a blowout on the interstate while traveling through the area. They were the ONLY shop (we called 12+ places) to carry the tire size I needed. We didnt get to them until 10 minutes before their closing time, but they were super friendly and helpful anyway, and took care of us, even though it required them to stay 20 minutes past closing! Very happy with my experience here and I am most grateful to them!

LACKS LEADERSHIP, SERVICE & INTELLECT!!Saturday 6/10. I was 1st to arrive 15 mins before open for oil change. The manager (Driving a white Silverado) arrived 5 mins till open. Once he opened the store, the customer who arrived LAST ran up to the counter. So I advised the mgr that I was 1st, another guy was next and the guy at counter was last. I pointed to my car sitting directly at the front door. He knew my car was there first bc I was the only one sitting there when he arrived to open the store. He continued to help the 3rd guy, ignoring me & the other customer who arrived before. All the mgr had to do was tell the 3rd customer to wait his turn but he FAILED to do so. COMPLETE DISRESPECT/ NEGLECT for our time! If I arrive first, I should be waited on FIRST! No techs had arrived when I left 10 minutes after open. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT! All of my friends & family will get this memo NOT to do business at this location under this management. The customer ratings are already poor! FIX IT, FIRESTONE! 😤

This place is a joke! I spent over 1,700 for brakes and all the accessories and ended up with after market parts. When I demanded The correct parts they punished me by tampering with my vehicle. I bought the car brand new and after I took it to them I started having issues immediately. The most unprofessional incompetent business in Central AR!!

Brought in vehicle to get a tire rotation and oil change. I have some obvious scratches on the passenger side rear wheel. Went to pick up the truck and the wheel with the scratches was still in the same spot. Spoke with the guy in the waiting area and he argued that he saw the truck tires got rotated. I asked how can that be that that wheel is still in the same spot? He only offered to take it back in and rotate them again. Acted like I was in the wrong.

Customer satisfaction is the main purpose of any business .Owners cannot tell what their employees use with the customer. It can be seen in many places. Firestone is one of my favorite places. In general, they work well. But sadly, the use of their managers is not good. It has also been seen in the Chanel branch. Today I have worked at Cantrell branch. When I was trying discount managers said There is something I can give you a discount for .I have no interest in whether you got it before. A manager should not behave like that.Even at the time of payment, when my Firestone declined was down, the card department called later and found out that the manager had given him the wrong card number. It was the card number in another account. My current card was active. Wanted to finish work quickly with out proper check. Its not fair.

Shout out to Firestone on Cantrell. Low pressure light this am (ugh). Left rear low. Firestone got me in at 7 am sharp, removed someones lost screw and had me back on the road at 7:31! Very reasonable price. Thanks.

I had a very bad experience here which took almost 6 months to resolve & was only resolved once I took it upon myself to get in touch with the Bridgestone-Firestone Regional Manager, Pat. This store manager, Jay, is not great at his job. The area manager, Caitlyn, never got in touch with me—in 6 months. Pat, however, was helpful & concise. We came to a resolution within a 5 minute conversation.My advice: do not go here. There are better techs & mechanics at different locations.

Make sure you ask all your questions up front, like ETA, what type of oil you want, cost, etc.Took over two hours to get an oil change and rotation. Watched the techs sit and talk for much of this delay. Took 10 minutes from entering store until service manager approached me about my reason for coming in today. Performed one task at a time. Rotated one tire at a time, afterwards drained oil, took a break, lowered truck, added oil, took a break, changed air filter, took a break, changed wipers, took a break, shut hood, took a break. Legendary.1/10, would not recommend.

Ive tried this location twice now and both times Ive left very frustrated, specifically with Jim. My company pays for maintenance on my vehicle. The first visit, they would not accept a credit card over the phone and did not offer any other options to resolve the policy issue. Fine. The second visit (yesterday), Jim met me at check in and spoke in a fairly condescending way. He kept saying what he/him selected, when talking about the scheduled online appt, like he couldnt accept that a woman needed an oil change.But my actual complaint - After he called to give me a list of their recommendations ( I was only there for oil change and tire rotation) I said no to the battery replacement (We have an account with autozone and frankly I wanted a second option, my car was starting/acting fine). Picking up my car, it started. Stopping in the next parking lot for an errand, my car would not start. All sorts of dashboards lights were going off and beeping alerts. Im aware that Jim is the customer service rep, but all Im saying is that it is EXTREMELY coincidental that now my car is having trouble right after I denied that service. We called them to complain, got an Im sorry, and proceeded to get a new battery from autozone and change it ourselves in the rain.For the record, my husband has had fine experiences with Jacob. But we will not be returning.

I asked about getting my Cooling Fan out put circuit fixed, and the guy responded,I dont know what a Cooling fan is,(now either he didnt really know or he was trying to act like he didnt know just so Id buy the diagnostic test, either way is not right.) So then I asked him how much is the test, he responded,Its $100, take it or leave it. All the while not giving me eye Contact...I drive 20 miles to Firestone passing all other shops cause I like the work and customer service. But if THIS is the standard now, Ill take my business elsewhere. In the words of your employee, Leave it.

I have a 2013 Nissan Altima 4 cylinder. Called ahead to get price. Wanted the synthetic blend because I have 111 k miles. Gave me a price of around $64. Got to the place and the sales person said it was $89. I said I wanted the synthetic blend and he said that he has to put in what is recommended. I have had many oil changes and never had the dealership or other oil change places say that. What a total rip off. Go to Goodyear right down the road next to Cantrell Gardens.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in just to get an inspection on the truck I bought. They told me that I basically have all brand new parts on the front end. I thought great thats awesome. They quoted me for shocks at 1000. Took it somewhere else to get the shocks done and turns out basically none of my front end parts have been replaced. Shady place. Will never give them another dime of my money.

Bought two new tires and asked that they be put in the rear of the car. Paid to have the other two tires balanced. Car was brought around and the two new tires were on the front not the rear like I asked. Also the older tires that I wanted balanced the weights had not been touched (not balanced). I asked that they move the new tires to the rear and balance the tires as I asked. They moved the two new tires to the rear but said the other two tires were in fact balanced. Complete BS. I also had to sit in the waiting room and listen to Chris tell so many customers BS stories about what needed to be done to their cars. This place is ripping people off plain and simple.

Complete rip off. Had a bad AC and took it to them to get it fixed. Their response replace everything . So glad I consulted the helpful experts. Fine I agree. Their quote is $600 in parts and $400 in labor. I find the exact parts on Amazon for less than $300. Oh but they wont use customer ordered parts. Also from my mechanic friend in California. To replace the compressor and condenser takes less than 2 hours. So they are charging $200 per hour of labor at least. Thats what a doctor makes per hour. Watched some YouTube videos and did it myself thus saving $700. Dont know where Ill go next time but it wont be to these crooks.

FirestoneWe have been taking our vehicles to Firestone on Cantrell for many years and would consider ourselves loyal customers. After multiple trips to service our daughters car at Firestone , we left today with a cracked engine block that Firestone does not feel they have any liability for. Car did not overheat until they worked on it and they charged us for multiple unneeded test and replacement parts. While they admitted to misdiagnosing the problem they refused to take any responsibility. We will now have to replace the motor.We lived with the inflated prices because of the convenient location. However,The customer service and respect we received today was extremely disappointing.Please reconsider trusting your auto care to them.

Beyond Amazing! The service is fast, beyond friendly, and they actually care about your safety when you have any serious issue with your vehicle. They got my car in and gave me a free estimate within 25 minutes and then got to work on it right away! The prices are fair for the quality work being done and the experience was so pleasant. I did not have a single moment of stress that usually comes with knowing your car is being taken apart. I wish I could give more than 5 starts because it was earned!

This manager, Jay has the most awful customer service attitude of anyone I have ever seen. Their team identified roofing tacks in my tire on an air check, and ordered it a couple days later for replacement. They replaced wrong side and Jay the manager blamed it on me and did nothing to offer replacement. Do not go to this location.

Have used this place many times as it’s very close to my house but I’m done. This place will sneak in additional charges on the bill to get more money from you, especially with women.This is common for service shops but it’s disappointing that it’s happening here too. I’m tired of it and will go elsewhere. Gave them two stars because my car is fine just poor customer service.

I had a bad experience with this Firestone and would caution other customer to verify their work. I took my truck in for an oil and to have the rear brakes worked on.When I left the shop, the brakes sounded terrible with lots of squealing and stopped no better than when I dropped off the truck.The bigger issue, though, came a few weeks later. About a thousand miles into the oil change, I start to hear what sounds like piston slap when I would start the truck. Ive read this is common with my model truck so I did not worry to much about it. Roughly a week later, I am driving down the interstate when the motor starts to knock. I still had oil pressure so I got it home. When the truck cooled down, it sounded a little better so I took it to another shop. We pulled the dipstick to find the truck did not have any oil in it.Now, Chevy trucks are known to burn a little oil, but it took three quarts before oil began to touch the stick. Its unlikely that my truck burned 3-4 quarts in the span of a thousand miles. All indications are the shop drained my truck when they did the oil change and did not refill it.My experience... Bad break job, bad oil change, out lots of money. Please be cautious if you use this shop.

This firestone location is notorious for overcharging and trying to sell you products and services you don’t need. I have taken my truck there twice to get a tire patched, and both times they tell me my tire can’t be repaired and will have to be replaced. Both times I have taken it down the road to Goodyear for a second opinion and both times it was fixed without complication and described as an “easy fix.” Never wasting my time nor money at Firestone again.

Not sensitive to customers time or busy schedule.. I came In At 10am with a scheduled appointment for two new tires and oil change. And they were done at 12pm. I drove off and had to turn right back around because my car was shaking after the new tires were added. I even added an alignment because they said I needed it. However I had to return and was told it would be another hour! So I am currently here at 1pm waiting for simple things to be done! I am beyond frustrated and will not be returning to Firestone period. And the 2 stars is for the affordable price of the tires. So this is the place if you have a free day.Thank You.

The reason I take time to leave a detailed review is because on August 27th at 5:50pm I was very disturbed with my visit to the firestone.I came to Arkansas in early 2016. Firestone the first place I take my first second hand car to get it inspected before buying it. They checked it out and gave me a complete opinion of what they think, it was a wonderful and helpful experience learned all about “the southern hospitality”. I made it my go to place for every car problem.Later in 2017, I opened my own company and like all startups we had to be financially conservative. My car had a Radiator problem, which I discovered once I took my car to good old Firestone at Cantrell. He said I should get it fixed. And he quoted me a price later I looked up the part it was 8-9 times more expensive just on the part. On sharing my problem with my colleagues he offered to get my car to his dads shop in downtown and would service my car at cost favor. I couldn’t be happier so I took him up on it.Fast forward 2019 the company is doing great and I couldn’t have asked for more. But while driving I accidentally drove up a curb and damaged my radiator again.And guess where I took it ... Firestone and when I described my situation to the person at desk MR. JAY B. He said “ won’t fix it “ first reaction I asked “why sir ? “.He bluntly replied “ THIS IS THE WAY I RUN MY SHOP, YOU DIDN’T COME HERE TO SERVICE. FOR WHAT EVER REASON I WONT COME AFTER SOMEONE. I said “ I understand I’m not asking you to give me standard work if you want you can replace the whole radiator if you feel but I like your quality.He said “ YOU CAN FIND SOME OTHER FIRESTONE, this is how I do it here. “I’m assuming he is the owner of the company. The reason I’m writing a detailed review is so people can read and understand the egotistical attitude towards a person who comes to your shop in need of help and offers you business.Firestone at Cantrell surely might not have any drop in sales but I wanted to do my part and put it out there. Having given them my first car purchase to all services and this is the attitude of the owner. I like the employees better out there.THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS PEOPLE.

I have given this place several opportunities to provide quality service and they continually disappoint. They charge $50 for a basic oil change and say theyll top off fluids but never do. Twice I have caught them not changing my oil filter but charging me for an oil filter (should be basic component for any oil change).I recently went in for rear brake service and I am severely regretting my choice to give them another chance. They charged $80/brake pad set (should have been about $30) and charged me $75.99/drum (which should be about $25 per set).I wish there were a 0 star option. I will never be returning to this establishment.

Ridiculous service! I walked in and asked the worker how long to change a battery on my Dodge truck. He said 30 minutes.He tested my battery and confirmed I needed a new one. Then we came in and he said they would be finished within the hour maybe sooner.After waiting one hour, another guy went to check on it and said it would be another hour!!To change a battery - 2 hours!!They didnt have enough chairs in the waiting room so my wife and I STOOD for over an hour only for me to tell them Im leaving.Brought it to my local place in Bryant and they fixed me right up.

Went in for front brake replacement. Was told we needed new calipers and the cost would be north of 1000. Brakes could not be replaced without caliper replacement and were told both calipers needed to be replaced even though they stated one was bad. Brakes were grinding but traveled to my local dealer for a second opinion. 195 dollars later I was told nothing wrong with my calipers. They cut my rotors and installed new brakes. Vehicle now is fine. I recommend getting a second opinion.

Warning: do not use Firestone, I took wifes car there and it needed a fuel pressure sensor. I requested a quote to get it changed. $239.00 for the part $97.00 laborI looked up the part cost at three placesMost expensive $129.99Labor time 3-5 minutesThey were going to charge us over $300 to change a hundred dollar part that takes five minutes to replace. I asked them about that part cost and they said overhead which is ridiculous since they are getting the parts at a much discounted price anyways. I asked them about the labor they says they charge an hour labor no matter what they do

I went to this location today to get a replacement tire around 6:28pm. And one employee was locking the front door & all garage doors were closed..i was told that they would be open until 7pm..what happen to staying at work to the last customer is service!? Well not at this place..the employee claims that his mechanic had a emergency..i couldnt get a simple tire change 30min to closing..seriously!! I was rerouted to the Rodney Parham location..we made it there at 6:38pm..n 2 employees were just hanging out in the lounge chairs with garage doors already closed..i was told we cant help u at this time but we r open sunday..What happen to customer service!!!

I purchased a new battery terminal and connection. Everything seemed ok until a month later when it fell apart on me and I was stranded. This wasnt a loose connection...it fell apart. They wouldnt pick up the the tow truck fee that was about $40 extra past my AAA coverage. They do not stand behind their work. Walmart does better work than this branch of Firestone. I regret giving them a chance. Save yourself from a head ache later down the road and go somewhere else.

After asking on the phone for the bottom price on the cheapest tire dude plays games and gives prices of premium tires including road hazard until I tell him im shopping around then low and behold...oh now be can give me a real price. I get a tax included total and come in for my tire. They break off the low pressure sensor in the rim during installation and tell me it just fell apart...service manager says if I bring in something broken it is not his problem. Well it was not broken when I brought it in so he says I have an old one off another vehicle but it should work..Car gets finished and he gives a total of something $40 more than what was promised and he says well you got a hundred dollar sensor ummmm yeah a used one that incedentally does not function. Now I have a low pressure indicator on all the time. When I refused to pay the extra he angrily tell me that I signed the ticket and I was legally resposible. I asked what his integrity was worth and how legal it was to install an old used sensor from another vehicle into my previously fine car.He says whatever man and I got out with the original promised price after a ton of BS.Game playing by crooked a s s h o l e s to milk you of dollars is what you can expect here.I do give positive reviews when warranted but this place sucks.
