I am beyond annoyed at at&t. I got into a contract for a 5G phone and got the most expensive plan so im paying over $100 a month for a 5G reliable service. What they failed to even mention is there is basically no 5G coverage anywhere! Its been days and i have yet to see 5G! What makes it even worst is i consistently only get 1, maybe 2 bars total at my house and only 3 or so around town with my work being the only place i have all 5 bars HOWEVER even then they consistently jump between 5 bars and no service. Reliable my A$$. Plus it is a huge pain trying to get on customer support. I will be contacting them cause this is some bull.

We came in to add a line on a family plan and get e-sims. Shanteshia was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and left satisfied.Note to Management: A few other customers came in after us and there was not another employee available to help (the other associate working went on break), so customers had to wait quite awhile until they got help.

My moms old business 3G sim card is not working anymore(3G is deprecated by ATT), I called her to buy a new 5G card in this store on O st. my mom has langurage problem, so I was helping her remotely through the phone.My mom bought a new 5G sim card from one employee named Tesha and she seemed to know nothing about her job, told my mom the 5G card is not capable of the old phone, she has to change a new phone to use the 5G card. In fact, I have another same model cellphone with 5G sim card working fine. My mom(64 years sennoir with presbyopia) asked her to help insert the 5G sim card to her personal iPhone 12, a relatively new phone to see if it worked. Tesha refused, and told my mom I(me) could help her at home with an Impatient tone.That was fine, she has right to refuse service. my mom then asked another guy to help her, the guy was nicer and he whispered to Tesha in the back for a while before he talked to my mom. he found that the sim card Tesha sold to my mom for $35 is my moms personal number but not the business 3G replacement. what an amateur mistake! he then grabbed another sim card but told me a phone number of sim card is binded to the first phone that it inserts, I can not even change cellphones freely......the funny thing is I have 11-year background in computer communitcation industry, I know exactly how those things work. I am quite speechless, I just let my mom left this store after all set.My sis help my mom insert the new card inside her old bussiness cellphone. not to my surprise, it had no service. both of the employees didnt even test the sim card that my mom bought. I gave a call to an ATT tech, he fixed it in 1 min. The new 5G sim card is working like a charm in the old, has-to-be-changed cellphone right now.Buyer advised: some employees need more training in this location.like other reviews: you would not ealily trust anyone there.

Do not trust anyone at this location. We were told AT&T TV service had no contract for service and that a promotion was running for $150 visa gift card after 3 months of billing; so even if we cancelled service after 3 months at least the gift card amount would cover the money we paid for the months it was active. After 4 months of service I decided to call the store and cancel service (we didn’t use it much and the signal wouldn’t work consistently). At this point I was told we were in a 2 year contract and if we wanted to disconnect service it would be X amount. Upon checking the email confirmation from the day service was set up, sure enough it states we are in a contract! Couldn’t believe someone would actually lie like that to make a sale. We have made several attempts for the store to make this right (we have been with AT&T for almost 15 years) and nothing has been done. I then told management that I would like the gift card balance applied to the disconnection fees and nothing has been done about this either. And now no one answers the phone at this location! Unfortunately I have started a BBB complaint for the bait and switch because that is a major issue that needs to be addressed; also because I have never been so personally astounded by such a lack of ethics or even legality.

There could have been more customer reps there. There was only 1 when we arrived and then Penny arrived soon after. This could be a negative, but, they were very professional and communicative. Penny is ultimately who helped us and was super nice and knowledgeable!! It’s was a great experience!

Penny at AT&T was amazing! She was very patient and informative! I was there to upgrade my iPhones and service, and to add a line to my plan. I got a great deal and all of my questions answered! I even got to take advantage of the Buy 2, Get One Free accessories sale! In addition, I am trying a trial run of AT&T TV and I already love it! Thanks AT&T! You’ve been great to me and my family!

You get what you pay for. My phone number crossed over with someone elses. I would send texts to my boss and he would get them. Then he sent texts back and they went to someone elses phone. My boss thought I was playing games on my phone when the other person sent texts back to him.Then I lost my phone so i call the 800 number to cancel service and they say they dont do cancelations over the phone. So I show up in person here and they said they dont do cancelations. It was a pay as you go phone and I was enrolled in auto pay. Eventually had to cancel my credit card to stop from being billed.

Not great customer service. Tried to do curbside pickup and the male at the desk said it wasnt ordered despite the website said theyd have the phone. The number he gave us to call confirmed that our order was for pickup at this location. Even then, the sales rep refused to help us in a rude and surly manner and told us to return the next day to see if they had the phone.

So we went in the first day and were quoted at 123, for like basic data and phones with trade in value, without tax, and in the second day we were quoted more from the same person, and then the total after taxes will be 262 monthly. And that’s for 4 lines

They ran mine and my moms credit without our permission or even telling me they were going to run either of ours my mom isn’t even in the state so they didn’t get her permission. they put a unknown person on my moms line and was making her pay for that persons service. They locked my moms account before that so I couldn’t be on her plan and told me I had to do one on my own so they could get more money! Then when they were called out about it by there customer service nobody would answer the phone..

The representative have no knowledge about the AT&T ongoing promotios and mislead us. Promised a lots of offers finally they were all wrong information. It took more than 4 hrs for him to do the new connection setup but still he was unable to finish his job. And we had to go back again. Very unprofessional representative

I ordered a phone online . They sent me the wrong phone and I went into the store to exchange it. Over the course of the next week I spent over four hours in this store with no resolve. Two weeks later I am still trying to get my refund! Unbelievable!!

But $100 card prepay from dollar store Sunland phone text and unlimited internet they told me it would allow him one months and if I wanted to use the rest of the money on the card I had to put more money on the card for the second month ridiculous the card claims hundred dollars for 1 year to me thats false advertise meant to they had special going on if you go through automated payment you could receive all this for $45 a month no contract and I asked if it was going to come off of that AT&T prepaid card they said yes found out after it was set up it first came off of my debit card and they use the prepaid card as a credit again felt ripped off would not go back
