One month ago I had great service but not lately. Ive tried three times getting assistance and today after explaining that my $514.00 twenty day past due bill is incorrect and that the website is glitching I was told he had another customer. The $350 off (promo deal) isnt being credited. I was on the sight ready to follow his directions but he was busy...WHY ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOURE GOING TO TELL THE CUSTOMER YOU CANT HELP BECAUSE YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER!?!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Ryan went above and beyond to help my husband and I. We had some trouble using the website to get set up with Verizon and he went out of his way to make sure we were well set up and ready to use our devices. We left feeling confident that we made the right choice with verizon.

We stopped in at our local Verizon store. My wife and I both had fairly new phones that weren’t working properly. A very nice female worker helped us right away her name was Katie. Katie was unable to help with the problem we had and suggested we contact support. I told her I’ve called support several times and they’ve had me do everything you could imagine to fix the issue with our phones. So I really wasn’t wanting to go through support anymore. I asked Katie if there were any deals out there that might help us. Katie checked the offers and came up with one we thought we could live with. Katie got our new phones up and going in no time. Katie was very professional and very friendly. I was pretty upset when we stopped in but was determined not to take it out on Katie. Katie is a very good representative of Verizon and she did a great job taking care of me and my wife. Thanks again Katie you are the best.

I went in to the store today to upgrade phones and Alan was so amazing. A few people came in after me and he did a great job multi-tasking and had two out the door while my phone was transferring data. The third lady however was not happy and voiced her complaints to him. She was very rude to him. And he did an excellent job responding to her complaints. But, he did not deserve that at all because he did an amazing job helping everyone out. I highly recommend asking for Alan when he is here in Lincoln or in Peoria at Sheridan village.

Went in frustrated after my phone decided to randomly delete a bunch of my contacts. Lucas tried several ways to fix it. He spent an hour and a half trying and even though it was not fixed he was very helpful and I appreciate the time he spent trying. It was great customer service and I have a backup in place now in case it ever does it again.

I just wanted you to know that both Haley and Zach went above and beyond to replace the defective phone I bought last Sunday, make sure everything was transferred and that the replacement phone was synced to my car. Between them they spent several hours but I cannot Express how grateful I am.

Worst experience I have had at a Verizon store. We went in because we were in town for soccer, and our I phone 7 had stopped charging. Within 15 seconds he was trying to sell me a replacement phone. Once he realized I wasnt wanting to buy a new phone, he wrote down the phone number for support, and told me with my insurance plan I could get a refurbished phone. I had to ask what my deductible was, and he told me $150. I asked for help getting the SIM switched over to a different I phone. He switched over the SIM, and basically stopped talking to me, I had to do the rest of the set up myself. He also told me that it was pointless, because the network wouldnt allow the older I phone onto the network, I assured him that it would, and it did. The best part, I went to the East Peoria Verizon the very next day, and they replaced my I phone 7 as a warranty issue free of charge right there in the store. On a related note, East Peoria Verizon is pretty awesome!
