Very poor experience today! Nice staff, but buying a phone from them is no longer an option. Went in to buy a new phone. Now Go Wireless policy is you must buy accessories bundle to buy a phone from that Verizon Retailer. I was appalled when you buy a phone it’s just the tax you pay. Now it’s the accessories bundle plus tax and the tax of your phone. They told me it would’ve been almost $260.00. Customer beware of this scam they are running on the customer. Waited 45 minutes to leave empty handed.

Just went to this location in lincoln looking to upgrade my phone. I was told by the reprentative called West that they didnt want me to look at the phones because of covid. My question is why are they open if they didnt want customers in there. Very rude and unprofessional behavior.I would recommend customer s to never give them any business. These are the kind of employees that bring a business down.

I received outstanding service by Rob at the Lincoln store. He spent a tremendous amount of time helping me with my phone. I forgot my password which caused a lot of problems and he took the time to help me through it to get a new phone. He was ever so kind and helpfulVerizon has a outstanding employee and Rob deserves a shout out. Thank you Rob for all your help!

I went there two days ago trying to get my phone fixed. It needed to be replaced. So we went in again yesterday to get a new phone. We were helped by a man named Wes whi was super kind and super helpful. Great customer service. It wasnt as stressful as I was expecting.

Brought my husbands AT&T iPhone to be switched over, and in the process, the young man helping me locked us out of my husbands phone. He was ready to cancel the order and send me on my way to figure it out myself, when HAILEY stepped up to the plate. After her comments (delivered in a tone that I felt was letting the boys that they really should know this) it took about 10 minutes, and I was unlocked and out the door!Thanks for not giving up! And thank Hailey for being an absolute boss.

Ever since the new team of staff have came to this store it has completely turned around! I have been coming here for about 2 years now for my phone because they are the closest in town. The customer service and help I get here now compared to a couple of months ago is absolutely incredible. Brian is so sweet and Donna very helpful and the new manager made sure all my needs were taken care of. I recommend everyone coming here for now on!

My experience with Verizon Store Lincoln has always impressed me. Each individual is pleasant, patient, very experienced and explains everything thoroughly. Recently Devonn has been helping me and I want to express the professionalism and patience he has shown. I have respect for this young man. The clientele at this location is by Sun City and many of us have difficulties with our phones and dont understand how they work. I had the worst experience with this location in Lincoln. I went to upgrade my phone yesterday and Ryan, the store manager charged me $79.99 setup fee. When I asked him what was the charge for, he told me this fee applies EVERY time we upgrade a phone. He said this is something Verizon started charging last year. and it doesn’t matter wether I upgrade through a corporate location or have the device shipped directly to my home. I knew something didn’t sound right so I called Verizon to verify they told me that what Ryan said is NOT TRUE! Verizon NEVER charges for setup fee and this fee is strictly coming from the store. I went to the store, met with Ryan later that day to request a refund of the charge, he refused and still insisted it is a Verizon charge. I called next morning and I spoke with Trevor and I told him the situation and that I already reported their location to the district office as well as corporate location due to the dishonety and lies that they trick their customers with. I told him I already called my credit card company and I am in the process of disputing the charge and get my money back. His answer to me was “ if you want to do that go ahead”. Not even willing to admit their fault and misleading information they give their customers. Terrible customer service, lying manager and useless assistant manager. Shame on them!!!

When you walk in no one acknowledges your existence. No one says hello or asks if you need any help. Even when other retailers are busy with other customers, someone will at least say hello and that someone would be with us shortly.One employee was done with his customer and I thought after waiting for 15 minutes I was finally going to get some help. But, instead, the employee walked behind the desk and started flirting with one of the female employee busy helping another customer! I will never come here again. This happens almost every time. The location on foothills and pleasant grove in Roseville are far more friendly and helpful. Its a shame I have to go outside my own city to receive any quality customer service>:{

Now that I know what epic customer service can be like at a Verizon retailer, I will go to the ends of the earth to work with Trevor. Friendly, no-pressure, knowledgeable and efficient... you would think he owns the place and genuinely cares about the success of the store. Who knows, he might! If you have had crummy customer service elsewhere, do yourself a favor and request him. It will be like night and day. Thank you GoWireless & Trevor.

Terrible.....They sold me a phone for my son and we paid for the insurance....What a scam. No mention of the $199 deductible. We have been paying for the insurance for years and we finally need to use it...Weve paid north of $200 in insurance alone. If we had known there was a deductible, especially this high, we would have NEVER purchased insurance.. Of course, the store claims no accountability for the mixup and they offered no help, saying we needed to take it up with Verizon Customer Service. (Really? You sold me the policy!) Of course, Verizon customer service then passed the buck to Asureon .. Asureon said they needed to connect me to their Customer Success Team and transferred me back to Verizon.. The person who answered the phone on that cold transfer said You need to talk to Asureon. .. So, no accountability, no help... Thanks a lot. I wont ever buy anything here again, and neither should you !!

Incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Joey Mello. I considered signing up for a tablet because of a special offer paired with my contract renewal but decided not to do it in the end because of the monthly line fee. Despite all of Joeys reassurances that everything was ok and that all paperwork was in order and that i would not be charged, there was an activation fee and associated cost on my next bill...for a tablet i never even touched, let alone took home. I gave Joey weeks to right the issue but he has yet to do so or follow up with me without me having to try to track him down for an update (phone was renewed at the very beginning of December). He kept saying he would talk to his manager. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and accountability. For the amount I pay and the years of loyal service this is ridiculous.
