Bill increased $30/ month. I called to see what deals were available ( as I have done for years). I was told there were none. I asked again and indicated if they could not help I would be switching to ALLO. The salesperson was very nice and said I understand but there just isn’t anything. I made arrangements with ALLO, got it installed and called Spectrum to cancel and was told there were deals available that may not have been available to the department I called. I told the salesperson I was done and that it was too late. This is poor business practice and puts the employees in a very bad position. Had they been able to offer better pricing at the time I would have stayed. I am another customer that Spectrum a lost.

I wanted to switch my service to a new address. I was charged double for two weeks (without being told) since I moved in the middle of the month, even though I was keeping my service and same equipment with Spectrum. The lady working was unable to give me an efficient explanation for this. I would not recommend this company to anyone.UPDATE: I called Spectrum billing and they were able to refund me the correct amount. I still feel the store provided poor assistance, but overall Spectrum fixed the issue. I would give the billing representative 5 stars.

Hands down the worst service Ive ever had for internet. Far too slow and unreliable, their speeds are never what they say they are and they charge you unexpectedly for things you never purchased. I keep getting harassed by people knocking on my door every week with some offer to get me back after I asked to be removed from it. Allo is superior in every single way. I would NEVER recommend charter to anyone besides my worst enemy.

DO NOT USE SPECTRUM FOR ANY REASON THE “SAVINGS” IS NOT WORTH IT. I moved out of my house January 1st. I paid my amount due and cancelled my service. I was told to return my equipment and I would be good. Then, today I got a call from a representative trying to upgrade me. Upgrade what?! MY ACCOUNT THAT WAS CURRENTLY STILL ACTIVE 6 MONTHS LATER. I returned my equipment once I found it from moving in March/April. (I had packed it up because I planned on continuing with them until I realized my new place of residence required Allo). They would not give me a refund for the months I was charged except for the last 60 days because that is their “policy”. I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT I KNOW I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND THESE SCAMMERS TOOK MY MONEY FOR SIX MONTHS AND THEN DENIED A REFUND. I work in the monthly charges business. I know mistakes can be made. But to not make it right? NOT ACCEPTABLE. How is it that I returned my equipment, you have record of me returning my equipment AND paying off the amount due on the day I told you, and I still was getting charged? How is that not obvious a mistake was made? What a joke! On the plus side Allo has been AMAZING and thankfully I will never have to deal with Spectrum again. I hope the $100 you got from me is worth losing many potential life long customers!

Be careful of these people. I live in Syracuse for four years and cant even get spectrum, yet a bill for 103 dollars just hit my credit report for collections. Nothing mailed, nothing charged, credit karma had to tell me I even had a bill. Yet, I called them and they couldnt even find my name!!! Thanks for the derogatory mark.

Great customer service! There was a charge on my bill I didnt realize I would get for switching service to my new address and since I was never informed they removed the charge!! The internet speeds are very fast too especially in comparison to windstream! All around very pleased with everything theyve done!

We had issues with setting up a new receiver. They sent out Tyler to find the problem. Not only was he kind and personable, he fixed our wiring issues and got everything working perfectly. Thank you Tyler! Great job!

They like to charge extra money just for nothing. I had to pay money for one month of internet service when I didn’t use it because they won’t cancel the service until u pay money for next month. Terrible internet company.

A joke of a product...The mid tier package for $70 a month was so slow we couldn’t stream Netflix, with all other devices disconnected from the internet.45 min customer service hold to talk about the issue.Guy doesn’t show up at scheduled time to “check the internet speed issues”We dislike spectrum so much, we are having Allo run service to this apartment complex.

The person who helped me was nice, and helpful. On the other hand, the service is over priced and always cuts out or is buffering. They told me I had the 400 package for internet. They blamed the problems on, to many people in the area trying to use the service at the same time. Then told me my bill would be $104 cable & internet, or $99 just for internet. What the ****

Very rude employees. Trying to charge me double for what Ive already paid. Charging me an extra 5 dollars for not using their router. Constant outages they treat customers like numbers the list goes on. I regret getting spectrum im lookijg into different providers but if you decide to choose spectrum expect some hidden fees and lies. $199 instalation fee for something i already have installed? Makes no sense.

I always go in to pay my bill in cash at the self payment machine just because it is so easy and fast to do but this time the machine was shut down. I had to wait in line just to pay a quick bill and the clerk says that as far as she knows the self payment machines arent going to be in service anymore. This is just poor customer service and increases the time in line for everyone in the store. I also liked the using the machine because it doesnt try to sell you more services you dont need. The customer service reps at Spectrum stores are trained to do this and sometimes you have to say no several times before they get the idea.
