Loved my experience here! The Verizon reps were so helpful and understanding. I had a lot of issues with my phone and needed a lot of time to figure out my plan. The guys spent their time helping me out and gave me a lot of good information. Will probably make the drive over here for all my phone stuff! And the sales rep that helped us was Jordan, but other associates were helping us as well.

A gentleman named Mike was very helpful. I came in with a damaged phone, and he explained my replacement options. He worked with me until 8pm, an hour after the store closed, and refused to leave the store until I left with a legitimate phone, and my service was activated. He did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of, and he did so professionally. Mike went above and beyond, and should be recognized for doing so. I will continue to return to this location for all my Verizon service needs as long as this location employs great people like Mike!

The wait at our local Verizon corporate store is usually very long, so my husband and I decided to go to the Z Wireless store on Andermatt Drive. The store was busy, but the sales people were efficiently handling customers and our wait was not long. Jordan W. was our salesperson and we were fortunate to have him helping us, as he made our transition from Androids to iphones pretty painless. The transaction went smoothly and yes, there are some fees, but these fees have been a part of the upgrade cost as long as we can remember (and we would have had them at the corporate store as well). Not only did Jordan make sure we left the store feeling confident in our ability to use our new phones, but he also told us to contact him personally if we had any questions or problems going forward. Thank you for a pleasant experience; we will definitely be back and recommend Jordan at this store.

I came in this last week and Jordan was the most helpful, respectful and customer serving employee in the store. He made sure that I was taken care of start to finish. Wouldnt have wanted a better experience!!!!!

Ian, the store manager, is just an amazing employee. He helped me get a phone 2 years ago and he ordered a new one for me today. He knows what he is talking about and is very friendly at the same time. Id recommend him any day! This is the only Verizon store I will go to.

If there were 0 Stars, I would give it. Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. First of all... DO NOT go to this store to change phones/plans.... they charge you $19.99 per phone as a set up and go fee for simply doing their job in the store (something the true VERIZON store on O street does for FREE). The salesperson did not do anything to help us actually set up our phones, nor even transfer contacts from our previous phones. Plus, he mislead us (or, did not correct us for calling it the upgrade fee) to believe this stores fee he was scribbling out on paper was the same $ 20 upgrade fee Verizon charges you. However, the upgrade fee for Verizon will still be added to your Verizon bill also!!! They were very sneaky about what this charge actually was, and could offer no explanation when I went back other than a cost for any time we talk to you to help you. In addition, the salesperson (Jordan), actually lied to us and told us that we were REQUIRED to have the insurance on our phone for the first month ($11/phone) , but the Verizon customer service center said that is NEVER TRUE (thankfully, Verizon credited that back to us). Also, we were told that we were being signed up for the 12 GB plan, only to discover on the first bill that we were actually on the 15GB plan (yes, more money). The guy did not even know the current phone promotions at VERIZON (red flag!!!!) and had to ask someone else, to which I showed him the flyers Verizon had given me.Worst part: When I went to the store to confront them about the ridiculous set up and go charges, among the other mistakes, the salesperson actually argued with me (bantered) about my complaints and told me he remembered me being Rude and told me to go to another store. Seriously???!!!! What kind of employee says that to a customer? They did nothing to remedy the charges but hand me a business card for the manager, who conveniently does not answer his cell phone, and doesnt even have his voicemail box set up to leave a message (????!!!!). If you like smooth-talking scammers, then this is the store for you, otherwise, take your business to the actual VERIZON STORE on 54th and O Street and wait the hour there. It is worth it....you will get knowledgeable, respectful customer service, and they wont charge a dime to provide it to you. UPDATE: Someone DID finally get back to me AND refunded toe $19.99 charge, but offered no apology for the poor customer service or mistakes made.

The worst service ever! An employee there by the name of Jordan is by far the worst employee and biggest liar I have ever met. I would never go to this store. You will spend half the money to stand inline at the Verizon store on O St and actually talk to someone that knows whats going on. He didnt even know the deals that Verizon had going on. He had to make 3 or 4 phone calls to real Verizon stores to ask how to get them. STAY AWAY!!!
