It started out as a rough go. So glad I didn’t leave a review before talking with them. We ended up very happy because the didn’t hesitate to not only make it right but upgraded our pool and we were up and running with no hiccups in time for our 1st heat wave. They have been nothing but great, We can’t say enough about Brooklyn and her team also.

I ordered a pool from Supreme Spa & Pool. The sales representative did a great job in assisting us with our questions. Never felt pressured by there staff into purchasing something that was not right for us. Every time I have questions about my chemicals the staff has been wonderful to work with.

We have had an excellent experience with every employee at Supreme. Jim was very friendly and made it such an easy process. The installation crew kept us informed and checked with us frequently to make sure we were happy with the process. We came in 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday to buy a new filter that the electrician broke. We had a new one Monday night. Jim brought it out and installed it for us! Very knowledgeable and professional from the pool school, maintenance team to the sales team!

Tyler is a great employee. He helped us pick out what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and gave us lots of knowledge. I would recommend this place for pools and hot tubs.

We were looking for a last minute Christmas Gift and Supreme Pool was the only Company who would guarantee that we would have a pool the following year! If I could give this company zero stars I would. Poor communication. No professionalism amongst staff and owner. Total disregard to customer service. They will act like they will do business with you but then they never get back to you. If your going to be spending 80-100k on a pool take your money to a different place because you shouldn’t have to call them and follow up for 2 months only to be told they aren’t doing your pool anymore and will be ripping up your deposit. You knew you were busy but you led us on for 2 months. The owner didn’t even offer an apology or ask to put us down on the list for next year.

Purchased a pool this season, I was very please with the quality of the pool. When bring in water sample they did a great job being very knowledgeable and helpful with my chemical purchases.

NO follow through or communication! Calls are not returned, emails are ignored. I would give their store manager Tyler M zero stars if possible. We purchased and paid for a custom pool cover last July and still have no cover. Lot of excuses, no cover. Do not do business with this company if you dont have to!

We first went in to look at a new hot tub and were greeted by Jim, he spent time explaining the different models, functions and helping answer all of our questions to find a hot tub that fit our needs. My sister bought a hot tub from them. Specifically said no floor model. Spent over $10K. Now she is finding out she’s getting a floor model. They argued with her. Said it’s on her paperwork. My aunt was with her and witnessed the conversation. Scammers!!!

Worst experience ever. They kept lying to my husband saying we were next and then finally 5 weeks after they told us we would have it they put the pool up. It’s not level. Not the liner design we were promised. Then they gave my husband half the ladder and we were told they would deliver the other half and I had to call to remind them to deliver it. Tonight they were suppose to set up the pump since it has been full for the last 36 hours. Guess what....no one showed. I have never worked with a company with more incompetent people. I wish we would of canceled the pool. This place does not care about its customers AT ALL!!!!

I havent had any issues with this company. The owner even delivered my ladder to my home. I had to wait a while for the pool to come in and be installed but that was not the fault of Supreme Spa & Pool. I went to pool school & was given good info about my pool because Im a first time pool owner. Overall, I have been satisfied.

They went above and beyond and explained how to use there products and also gave a step by step instruction paper on how to maintain my spa. We had come in to purchase a pool from the Home show feb 2020. The associates were helpful, great with working around talking with all of our children with us. Going through the ins and outs of owning a pool. They were knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Not pushy at all!

Have finally hit rock bottom with this place. Pool install was supposed to be several weeks ago. I understand theyre busy this year but their communication is far from truthful and lacks transparency. Weve been given several different stories between sales and their scheduler. The company has done nothing to proactively communicate with us. I find myself calling only to get the run around. Their employees show no empathy and only continue to make excuses for their lack of performance.

Originally we thought we needed a fiberglass pool since we have 3 Labs. Rob took the time to carefully go over all the advantages of a vinyl steel walled in ground pool. He def knows his stuff and we walked away purchasing a vinyl in-ground pool. One thing that is really helpful is after a small down payment, you pay after each portion of the pool build is completed. Big ups! This really helps the check book! Rob and the dynamic duo super brothers Brian & Mike (these guys are awesome!), arrived to help map out a place to put the pool. Throughout the whole process they let me know the next phase, helped come up with ideas, answered every question we had and I even had a home phone # to call/text for any questions (which I used more than once, sorry Brian). Weve made some trips to Lincoln to get our water checked and buy supplies - everyone on staff is super helpful & friendly. We love our new pool - especially our water dogs and kids! Now I just need to go to pool school so I feel more comfortable being a water chemist. Thanks everyone for helping to make a dream come true! Youre the best!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I sent my wife in for a pool test and they told her she had to buy $70 worth of their chemicals that I had already purchased the week prior. Which, was not a big deal, until the tell me they will not return or even exchange the unopened chemicals! What kind of business is that?!? I only needed a pool test and they take advantage of a women that has no idea what is going on! I will never step foot in that place again and would encourage everyone especially women that aren’t familiar with pools to go elsewhere.

I have been told lies since I paid for my pool back in May! After 2 weeks of lies back in June I finally was told they would install my pool Thursday 7/10/2020! Installer never showed, was told they would be late around noon, never showed, was told they would be there 7am on Friday 7/11/2020 they never showed, 8am I was told they are on their way and would arrive in about 20 minutes and never showed, 10:30 they showed up and left around 4 and said they would be back first thing in the morning, and today never showed, my pool is not up just a torn up yard with the bottom frame of the pool! I was told this would take one day! 6 guys working!

My husband and I have been customers of Supreme Spa & Pool for as long as they have been in business. After having an above ground pool for approximately 30 years we decided to replace it. Everyone at Supreme was fantastic. We had a lot of questions since things have changed over the years and our sales people Jim and Brian were so helpful and patient with us. They are both wonderful to work with. The 2 delivery people Kenny and Drew arrived when the said they would and were very pleasant and took extra care to make sure we received our entire pool package. We attended the pool school and it was also very informative, the gentleman teaching was great (sorry, but did’t catch his name). Overall this is a 5 Star company and so thankful they are in Lincoln! Highly Recommend!

These guys are so helpful figuring out the condition of my pool and spa water and how to get it perfect. It always works when they test the water and I do what they tell me to do. So simple.

Jim the salesman was great, very knowledgeable on the phone, I went down to the store to pick out a vinyl liner for my inground pool, signed a contract and paid the deposit because they said they didnt want to waste their guys time by having people come measure and then not ordering. Every bit of my experience after that was zero stars, days went by and no one called to set up a time to measure my pool, then I was told Tues they would call, no call,Then Thursday they will call nothing. After 2 weeks of no calls and excuses a person from a different department told me the construction person refuses to service my pool and doesnt have time for it so they will be refunding my deposit with no explanation as to why. All I am told is dont call for any service because he refused to service my pool and supposedly he told previous owners in 2013 but put nothing in the file and wouldnt even take the time to find out if anything had changed to know if what ever problem he had 7 years ago had changed.They took my deposit May 8, I didnt get my refund tell June 1. Now Im back to square one and will be lucky if anyone can fit me in now that we are in the busy season.It was a huge waste of time and a very unprofessional experience

New Manager is not very responsive. We have called multiple times with no response or call backs. We have to call everytime to fix a warranty item. Been over 45 days with 6 phone calls and no updates. I highly recommend going a different direction.

I am new to pool ownership. Unfortunately I trusted another pool company to maintain my pool this last summer which was an unwise choice. I had nothing but problems. I contacted Supreme at the last minute to close my pool for the winter and found out they offer a free pool school to help new owners learn how to maintain their pools. Rob came out with his crew today to close my pool and couldnt believe the issues he found from the other company. The other company had informed me I had a sand filter, so they charged me to change the sand...then dumped the old sand around my equipment. In my ignorance I trusted them. Rob pointed out I do NOT have a sand filter, I have a DE filter. He opened it up and showed me the inside of my filter (which also showed me the cartridges in my filter were ruined due to the other companys negligence). Rob took the time to explain to me the different types of filters, how they work and told me the spring they would help me out. He also informed me that owning and maintaining a pool is actually pretty easy. Talking to Rob today made me feel like I can do this...I was having buyers regret because this other company made my summer a literal nightmare! I cant recommend Supreme Pool & Spa enough! I cant wait to go to pool school in the spring and actually be able to enjoy having a pool.Picture below is the sand dumped all over and my actual filter (with the ruined cartridges).

I wasnt sure what I exactly wanted when I walked in and the staff member Kevin did a great job of asking me various questions to help me narrow down the choices available. He was able to quickly answer my questions and explain the various differences. The financing offers were great! I am excited to get my hot tub delivered and running!!

I asked 3 different people and got 3 different answers about adjusting my pool water. If you buy something from them plan on having very little credible support after the sale.

These guys are Awesome! I bought a spa from competitor B 20+ yrs ago. After spending over 1K with so called dealer they told me I would have to replace my tub, it was not fixable. Superior Pool sent a service tech out and had it up and going in less than 30 minutes. He said it was so easy he didnt even charge me. Today I bought chemicals there for a bargain price as well. Yep, this will be my new go to place for pool and spa maintenance from here out. Thanks guys!! You ROCK!

Went in to just browser hot tubs this summer and ended up purchasing one from Kevin Bailey. Great service from the time we were in the show room to install. Had a light issue after it was set up and they came out and quickly fixed it. Hot tub is high quality and was well worth it. We recommend Supreme Pool and Spa.

We recently had a pool installed back in May. Rob told us up front everything that was going to happen and he did not lie. The pool installers showed on time everyday and worked hard. They met every deadline and timeframe. That group and Rob are one of the best crews I have meet. They are hard workers, I have been around in a long time. Also they as super friendly and professional. They were always will to help us around the yard. We would ask them, can you put some rock here or move this and it was done with in seconds. Rob, was a man of his word. He and his whole entire crew did a great job for us. After the pool was installed we go the store weekly. Ray and Danny both have a lot of experience dealing with pools. I selected Supreme Spa & Pool for a repair need, after my previous hot tub repair guy retired from the business. They were pleasant and helpful over the phone. After I emailed them a video of the leak I was having, they viewed the video and call me back promptly that day. They first offered me the parts I needed if I wanted to repair it myself. I decided to have them do the repair, which they scheduled two days later. Lee arrived promptly when scheduled and was courteous and friendly. I could tell right away that Lee was a very nice man and very competent in his work. He drained the tub, made the repairs and filled the tub in a very timely fashion. I couldnt be happier with my first experience with this company! I will definitely call on them again, and refer others to them!

My family and I went in with an idea of buying an above ground pool. We spoke with Kevin Bailey and he was so great to talk to! We had so many questions and he did a great job at preparing us for what to expect and when. After we purchased the pool, some of their guys got a hold of us to schedule a time to come out. They arrived when they said they would and got everything done in a timely manner. They then spend time with us about what our next steps were. I would do this all again with Supreme Spa and Pool!

I worked with Kevin Bailey first at the Home & Garden Show and then went into the showroom to complete my purchase. This will be the first hot tub Ive owned and he was fantastic at answering all of my questions and getting me set up for delivery. I visited your store this morning to pick up some supplies for my pool. The staff greeted me at the door, helped me pick out my supplies and gave me some much needed advice for getting rid of the algae in my pool. They even carried my box of supplies out to my car. This is our first year with our pool. We did not purchase our pool from Supreme Spa & Pool because it was a used pool, but they were very helpful. They answered our questions, assisted us find some seals that were shot and wrote up with a good chemical maintenance schedule. The staff was courteous and very helpful! Went to Supreme for the first time yesterday to get a filter for my little 10 easy set pool. The salespeople were very easy to work with, and found me the correct filter in minutes. We walked around the store and there were quite a few specials going on that made me wish I had a bigger pool to work with. The store was very clean and my 4 year old daughter enjoyed walking around the display pools outside the store.

We live about 80 miles from Lincoln and we purchased our first spa about 3 months ago. We shopped a few stores for spas but Supreme Spa & Pool got our business. They gave us a great deal, the salesman was very thorough, they delivered and set up on time and made sure we understood how to maintain and enjoy our spa. And we love our PHin. We havent had any problems or issues keeping everything balanced. Definitely 5 stars!

I have bought sand filters and chemicals over the years and it has all worked out. Most recently I purchased a hot tub, They delivered it and set up. It works excellent and plugs right into the outlet. I love it!

I was very pleased with the service. I had to call about some products and the girl I spoke to was very polite and had the answers I needed right away. I love going to Supreme Pool and Spa! They are super friendly and always helpful! The atmosphere is always fun and the employees seem to all love their jobs! We had a question on our spa that required some research on their part, but they emailed us the info by the next day!!

Kevin and the staff were extremely easy to work with. Very happy with their customer service from start to finish. Love our spa and will go no where but supreme pool and spa for all our pool and spa needs!

I have waited 7 months to write this review and decided that everything considered, it has been a smooth ride with this Supreme Pool and Spa of Lincoln. The spa is a great quality and easy to use daily spa. The delivery and installation crew worked hard to give a quality installation and to make me knowledgeable and happy with every detail. They are only a phone call away from any type of service or questions I may have. Will continue to business with them for a long time, very pleased.Update after 2.7 years of owning the spa...the main controller went out but it was all under warranty...good, right? Not really..... since I live 100 miles away they charged me close to $30 a mile to return and fix the part under warranty....also charged me for the service call of $125...and labor on top of all that! lesson learned...will buy locally next time. Down from 5 star service to 3.

Very knowledgeable helpful staff. Enjoyed working with Shawn to get us the best spa for our needs. The deliver team of Nolan and Brian were professional and thorough in setting up the tub. 5 Stars all around.

Walked into Supreme Spa & Pool not sure what I was looking for and the staff was so willing to help me out and get me the correct items I needed for my hot tub. Every time I go back now they remember me and my stop can be quick or if we feel like chit chatting for a minute I dont feel rushed to get out the door. Top notch customer service!
