You can’t ask for a better and more knowledgeable crew. The work is first class. The crew are so helpful and polite and dedication to their customers. They all work as if they were working on their own home. They keep us updated and informed of ever step of the process. This was a 30 year dream come true. We couldn’t be more happier and pleased. Performance pool and the team led by SAM are awesome! We had them install all new equipment and convert our pool to salt. SAM was great at explaining all the options and was not pushy at all. They do what they say, have been responsive to issues that arose and the weekly service is spot on. My pool looks great, they take care of everything, and after a miserable experience with another company last year; they have re-affirmed for me what long-standing companies with a local presence stand for and do. You can go cheaper with other companies, but SAM and his team are worth every penny you pay them

I have had major work done on my in-ground pool by Performance pools in the last 10 years and all the work done was extremely well done. All the people are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I will continue to use them for any pool work I need a d have recommended them to friends and family. Some of the work I had done over the years was 1) Redo pool in 2013 which included- replace the liner, all pool lines, patch all recess in bottom concrete, and put in a concrete deck around a pool. They have done all maintenance work since then - install mesh cover, open and close pool

Performance pool did a great job servicing my pool! We just bought the house and have never had a pool before. The pool company that we hired to open the pool wasn’t very responsive or helpful when some issues arose and just sent me YouTube videos. Given that either my husband or I have ever had a pool, this really didn’t help. We saw Performance pool truck on the road and decided to call them. They came out timely and the representatives were so helpful. I asked if I could watch what they did since we had no clue what we were doing and they showed me each step, explained where everything was and how to use the chemicals. They advised of some work we would need in the future and be aware that the expense was going to be coming up. I really appreciated the time they took with me and look forward to using their services in the future.-

I’m thankful to have found Performance Pool Service after Last winter’s Arctic snowstorm that destroyed my pool cover. A top-notch company all the around from their customer service ( Ruby, ), technician (Greg), and ultimately the owner SAM, who was always available if needed. Greg installed new tracks and cover no issues and was helpful in explaining the operation of my new variable speed pump. I was also impressed with his attention to detail... It was a pleasant experience and I won’t hesitate to call Performance again.

Along with being really nice people, they do great work at a reasonable price. They fit you into their schedule if you have an emergency repair, and always show up when they say they will. They will even give you advice if you want to attempt to fix something yourself. Ive been using them for 6 years, and will continue to be a loyal customer of this great pool company.

Significant serenity is the explanation we use Execution Pools. Our administration agent Greg has been with us for a very long time and we are cheerful about it. Greg is astounding. He is determined and proficient. He has the inclination to do what is ideal. The entire organization really works as such. Client support is uncommon. This is an expert organization with huge mastery. You never need to contemplate whether there doing the most ideal or in the event that they are evaluating it truly, not with them. I hate leaving negative reviews but felt that it was necessary because I chose this business because of all of the positive reviews.- They did not show up in the scheduled time for the pool opening. The owner did appologize when I called them but then showed up over 2 hours after they were coming the second time and had the expectation that I should be available to discuss the opening. I now regret letting them work on my pool when I could not be there. Which he later claimed was my fault but he showed up 7 1/2 hours later than he committed to.- When I checked the pool the next day, there was a screw driver in the pool. They ripped off the cover for our light switch that controls our cover. When I asked him about this he blamed it on our fence. The fence has been there for 10 years and the cover was never ripped off prior to that. The least he could’ve done was communicate that he broke it.- I text him to confirm he was coming out to complete the opening and he called me to tell me that it was done. The pool was not clean. Heater was not running. and covers were not on the jets. When I told him that in the past pool openings from other people these things would be done he responded by saying “well you should have went with them then”. He later said he would come out. That was the last thing I wanted given the way Sam handled it up to that point- After his unprofessionalism with time and lack of responsibility for tearing off our light switch cover, there was no way I wanted them working on our pool. Please proceed with caution if you choose them.

Performance Pools was very flexible in working with our moving start date for the project as we were finalizing our financing. Once started, the pool was installed within 2 weeks and at a great price. We did our homework and had several manufacturers bidding for our inground pool project. SAM had the best price and no nonsense attitude we loved. The work was top quality and the pool was completed in time for us to take a swim before closing up for the season.

Performance Pools is a responsive, detail-oriented, high quality company, and very easy to work with. Our pool needed a new liner this spring, and we had extremely attentive communication and follow through during the entire process. The crew, TOM and Adam, were excellent and worked very hard and great at communicating (our 3 kids loved them too). I was a little worried keeping my water running as the pool kept filling up, and both guys offered their cell phone numbers for me to call them 24-7 with any questions while the job was going on. I was 110% pleased and would recommend Performance pools to all friends and family. Special thanks to the owner SAM Mahgoub for personally meeting with me and following up with a phone call to ensure I was satisfied. Performance pools installed our pool some years ago when SAM just starting out . Ive gone around to a number of different pool service providers and came back to them. I like Performance pools’s service guys, they explain what’s going on, what they’re doing, and tell me if I needed to work on something.

Had a new liner installed. The installers Tom and Adam did a great job. I have used performance pool and spa for 3 1/2 year. They have been great. Whenever an issue the service manager SAM handles things perfectly.

Very poor customer service. We needed our pool liner replaced and called performance pool in March to order the liner So it was ready for the summer. It wasn’t ordered until April 20th… it was then never followed up on. We were told it would be in end of May. Called end of May and the liner had yet to be ordered. Liner was finally ordered middle of June for mid July delivery. It is now July 17th and we have yet to again hear anything from performance pool about the status of their job. We have now wasted over half of the summer with no pool…. I wouldn’t recommend and I wouldn’t use again.

Using this company was the worst choice I have ever made. They started in august of last year and was behind every second. I could live with this as Sam had stated he was busy. What I can’t for the life of me figure out is why my pool is still not finished. He won’t respond to any of my calls or Texts. I ordered a electric pool cover which he had to have paid in full, which was 10k and still have not received. Please do your research on this company. Very shady!!

I called Performance when my usual pool company told me they were so backlogged in pool closings that they would not get to me until January!! I had called this (unmentioned) company to get on their list in mid-August and at the end of October I hadnt heard word. I decided to call to make sure I was actually on the list. Id say that they need to hire more staff, but regardless, they didnt even bother to pro-actively call their customers to inform them that their pool lines might freeze up by the time they made it down to do the work.When I called Performance, they scheduled me for that very week. I was not able to get home in time, and I actually got a phone call stating when they finished with the job.On my initial call I described our pool set up, which has caused previous problems with closing, for some reason, from 2 other pool companies. We have an above ground, but the lines from the main drains at the bottom of the pool run above ground along the edge of the pool (under the deck), have no separate shut-off valves, and apparently are connected to the skimmer lines? in such a manner that causes problems blowing out the lines for some technicians. Anyways, they did the job efficiently with no problems or issues.What I liked best was they were efficient, actually contacted me by phone, sounded knowledgeable, did the job quickly and didnt overcharge. (My previous company wanted to double the cost from previous year from $300 to $700 because they said my pool should be charged in-ground rates.) And all they had to do was add a few chemicals, and blow out and plug lines - I cover it, and dismantle filter and pump myself.I definitely will be using them again next year.

Ive had an Performance pool for 5 years now and it’s wonderful. I have used their installation, opening and closing services. They were very responsive when you call them and they can handle what you need. They were very knowledgeable and receptive to suggestions. They also provided good service in a timely fashion and I’ve never had to ask them to come back to fix anything. So, they were good to work with and they were respectful during our interactions. Performance pool was able to provide for the needs necessary to keep the equipment in place and working well. The quality is good and I would recommend Performance pool services to anybody.

The quality of work submitted as professional and completed for a power washing job was ridiculous. Power wash lines were still visible and several areas were not even done when they left and deemed it completed. For the price we paid, we expected it to at least be completed.I was able to get them back out to finish, but Sam was very defensive, rude, and unprofessional. It was like talking to a wall despite the respect and professionalism we showed him. He said that the problem was in the water, not the pool surface, but water was perfectly clear and, again, you could see where they just stopped caring with the power washer (see photos).We used Performance (despite their price gouging) because my maintenance manager has worked with them in the past with good results, but next time will choose literally anyone else.

I was thoroughly shocked when I posted on Home Adviser and less than 10 minutes later I received a call and two hours later he was at my house. Great service and an All-star serviceman. I was very impressed.

Sam came and out and seemed very knowledgeable. He gave us a list of supplies to order and we did (spending well over $500) and told us to call him to install them after we had them. After we received them, we attempted to contact Sam and he would not return our calls or texts. Now were stuck with all of the supplies with no one to install. All we have heard from Sam is threats since i posted a negative review on yelp.

We needed help fast with a new pool liner. We called Sam and he was out the next day. He always stayed in touch throughout the process. We now have our new liner, our pool is ready to use! We are thankful we called Performance Pool, we have gotten the best service.

Performance pools built my cousins in-ground vinyl liner pool, with auto-cover, slide and 8ft diving board and salt water system. They did very good job and always there when they need them, we highly recommend performance pools!

We called Performance Pool and Spa after having trouble trying to find a reasonable pool company to help install our pool liner. We live in Omaha and Sam had no problem commuting to NW Omaha to help us. Sam was very professional and always called us back in a timely manner. We have had a pool for 2 years now and this is the most reasonable pool company we have found. They installed our liner within a few hours and left no mess behind. I have a home warranty that covers some of the repairs to my pools equipment. I hired Sam from performance pool and spa for the first time a year ago when I was looking for a pool technician to do some repairs (the home warranty did not have pool technicians under contract in the Lincoln area, so they authorized me to find one my self). Sam has performed a few repairs/ service calls since. All the repair / replacements have been done in a very professional manner and I am very satisfied. Having to deal with a home warranty, Sam had to spend quite a bit of time on the phone and on emails getting the proper authorizations to initiate the repairs and then follow up with the additional paperwork. He did that very well. Also, he did a very good job closing the pool last fall. I have had a very positive experience working with him and I highly recommend Performance pool and spa.

I hired performance pool to replace my in-ground pool liner. Their bid was lower than the competition. The liner took 3 weeks to come in which is normal since its custom made, and another week to fit in the appointment to remove the old liner and install the new one. Liner removal and installation took around 2 hours. I was extremely satisfied with the ease of communication, when I would call and leave a voicemail Id receive a callback very soon. They cleaned up when they were done and the new liner was installed perfectly. I cant say enough good things about Performance pool . Call them if you need a new liner, theyre the best.

Sam did a great job installing our new pool heater. As a first time pool owner I really value his experience. He also opened our pool. He said I can text him anytime with questions. Thats a nice offer because I will have a bunch of questions.

Performance came out and gave us a good estimate and it seems they really know their stuff. They measured our pool and ordered the liner etc.The new liner looks great and they did a wonderful job however they left everything a mess. The old liner was piled next to the side of our house and all the scraps, trash and extra junk was just thrown all over our back yard. When we inquired about them coming to clean-up and haul away the old liner we were informed that they charged additional fees for clean-up and removal.One would think for the amount of money they charge, clean-up and waste removal would be included. At the very least they should be up front about the additional charges.Finally, I see other reviews state that Performance completed their liner install in a couple hours. This was not the case with our liner. The install took 4 days. This is because they installed the liner and then stated they would return later to complete the job. After a couple days we had to call to find out what was going on as our pool was just sitting there partially complete. Performance never called back but rather randomly showed up 2 days later.I would recommend Performance however; I would caution customers ensure they know what is included vs. not included in their contract.

We have had Sam out multiple times over the last several years due to problems with our old hot tub. Sam has always done a fantastic job figuring out what is wrong and getting our tub working. We have tried other local companies and they always try to upsell you, are much higher priced, and frequently just provide poor service. Performance pool and spa is simply the best local option for service.
