Since the beginning of the year, our trash hasn’t been picked up at least one week out of the month when scheduled without warning. We haul our trash can to the end of a very long lane making for a very frustrating process of calling and tediously hauling our trash tote back and forth.When we’ve called to correct the issue, our message is “relayed” without any resolution. Poor communication and lack of service has forced me to cancel.Don’t utilize this company unless you want to pay for a service that constantly isn’t fulfilled.

We just moved to Lincoln in September land our trash and recycling has been picked up only once or twice. I keep calling for answers and only get sent to a “ receptionist person who doesn’t seem to know what the heck is going on?? 🤷‍♀️ communication is horrible. Was promised a call back but it never came. I was told this company has gone out of business
