I have used D&D for over twenty years. They have been a very good friend. My property is never left dirty, have always picked up everything I have put out and rates are fair. Thank You .

Weve been using this company since we moved to our new house in December 2020. This last week, we forgot to put our trash and recycling cans by the curb for pick up. We figured we had missed out. But they had come up to our garage and grabbed our cans and dumped them anyway. Yay!! Thank you for the above and beyond service. We appreciate it.

27 years I have been using this garbage company and there has never been one problem. I could tell stories of times they went above & beyond but not going to turn this into a blog. I can’t imagine ever switching, I am that happy & satisfied with their service. Prices have always seemed very reasonable, too.

More expensive than the company they replaced. They dont offer any better service for the increased price. Their website is garbage. Why should I have to register to pay a bill? Why cant I pay a bill over the phone on a Sunday? All in all, just another greedy company with subpar service.

D&D Refuse should be your number one providor of choice..Besides the fact that I didnt take my trash out on time..i called them and they said to leave it out there so the can pick it up the next morning..Reasons:1. Excellent customer service-they understand their customers2. Professionalism- They know we work hard for our money, so the work hard for it too..Lets all support our local businesses

We were customers for 24 years and were very happy with their service! Always accommodating no matter if it was a vacation request to change the pickup day or to let them know we had something extra to pick up. Very fast response time and a friendly, professional company!!!!

This team is fantastic. I’m so thankful for their hard work and willingness to help even when I can the day before for an extra pick up! Can’t recommend them enough!

This has been the best Garbage company we have ever used! They are always so kind to speak with on the phone if you ever need anything, and the guys on the truck are awesome! There isn’t much they won’t pick up for you. There was a couple times I called ahead to let them know I had big items and I was charged very little extra! Very sad to move and not be able to use them. Awesome company!

These guys are great. Im sad to be leaving the area and having to find a new refuse company. There were a few times where I didnt think they would take an item due to size, shape, etc., but each time they took the items without fail. All of their employees were always courteous and friendly. Reasonable prices, highly recommend this company.

We just moved into Lincoln and had contacted multiple waste management companies for a quote on trash, recycling, and yard waste. D&D were the only company who got back to us and did so in a very prompt matter. They kept things simple and easy to work with and got trash bins delivered in quick fashion. After a long weekend of yard work at the new place they worked to get us larger bins on the Monday following. They have been great and offered responsive service. I highly recommend them for folks in the Near South neighborhood.

This is the best refuse company I have ever had. I realize trash hauling is not rocket science, but they never leave spills and they are very friendly. I will not switch to some cut-throat operation trying to squeeze in on their business. I am willing to pay more for their service just to keep them if need be. To the complainers of their cans blowing around: either put your cans away sooner, or put a fence around them. The haulers do not control the wind.

Theyre great to work with & they do consistently good quality work. Every phone conversation has been pleasant and the results are always right on.

We had been with another local company for decades, but changed recently to D and D and we love them!!! They are prompt, cheaper and very easy to work with. Id highly recommend a change to D and D!

I would like to give more stars, as Ive never had trouble with D&D before, up until 5 weeks ago. I understand that when its windy, you cant always control where the cans are going to go.. however, for the past 5 weeks, both of my cans have been just strewn about carelessly ~ 1 can will be 2 houses to the north & the other could be a house or two down to the south.. lids are NEVER with the cans. The first couple of times, I let it slide, I understand not everyday is perfect & again, I try to take wind into account as well. After the 3rd, 4th & 5th consecutive time, I started to become rather frustrated.. as its never been an issue before 5 weeks ago.Funny thing is, I accidently called Waste Connections of Nebraska first, told them my story & even said I had photographic proof of all that was happening, & the manager, Mike, I believe his name was, was extremely helpful & polite! He asked if I wouldnt mind sending him the picture. I said of course! He was not happy to hear about the way our cans were being put back & assured me hed be talking with the men on our route. He didnt want anyone viewing his company as sloppy or unorganized - which I totally respect! He then calls me back & had figured out that I had called the wrong company, as we were not in their system & gave me the correct # to D&D.I then called & asked for a manager with D&D.. the woman took down some information & told me shed connect me with a manager. He gets on the phone, I give him my story & he was almost dismissive about it.. he said his son-in-law is on our route & that he is very responsible. I said Sir, I have pictures if youre interested in seeing them. He declined & said that I needed to take wind into consideration (after I had ALREADY told him, I have taken wind into consideration) & I told him that I had (again!), & that it isnt ALWAYS windy every Tuesday morning when our trash gets picked up. They have just gotten more & more careless. He then repeated his son-in-law is very responsible & he cant see him doing that (even, though, I had told him Id be more than happy to show him the pictures) .. so I said Well, sir, I will just let them blow away from now on. Youll get tired of needlessly replacing our garbage cans. Only then did he say hed get us a heavier, more sturdy can.All & all.. I was very displeased with the way D&D decided to handle the entire situation.. its almost as if he didnt care one iota about his customers concerns. If it were my choice, I would have dropped D&D today & picked up Waste Connections of Nebraska .. they handled things SO much more professionally & seemed to be genuinely concerned with how their company is viewed & how well their customers are taken care of. Thats much more than I can see for D&D, sadly.

We have LOVED having D&D as our refuse company. EXCELLENT customer service, reasonable pricing, never any hassle.
