These guys are the best. We have been using them for years. Any time weve needed an extra pickup they always help us out, and for no extra charge.

Great service at an affordable rate. Possibly the most affordable trash and recycling company in Lincoln and their service is equally amazing. A great family owned company. If you have something large you need picked up, just give them a call and they’ll accommodate it without nickel and diming you. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have called for weeks now about getting a dumpster for some home renovation work. Have left messages for over the past three weeks. We will be canceling our services and going to their competition.

I just switched over to Will Refuse after Husker Refuse failed me for the last time. Husker Refuse failed to pickup my recycling 2 weeks in a row. Will Refuse brought out my new Bins within a few days. They gave me a 95 gallon bin for my recycling, which greatly helps since I always have more recycling than trash. On the first pickup, they emptied both their recycling bin and the Husker Refuse bin since Husker Refuse had dropped the ball. Pickup time was perfect right around 8:15 in the morning. When you call, you dont get a receptionist, some person in india, or even an automated press this for that prompt. You get the owner who answers the phone ready to help. You can tell they appreciate the business. Only Gripe is the Truck looks like it could use a wash, but I learned with my former trash company a clean truck does not equate to good service. Give these guys a chance you wont be disappointed.

I did not know that someone could actually like their refuse haulers this much. They are amazing, great customer service, timely pick-up, locally owned. I highly recommend to everyone in Lincoln. Another company keeps coming to my door to ask if I want to switch and there is no way I will ever leave the Wills.

They have always been great to work with. Had a mix up in the beginning with our leaf pickup (which was entirely my fault) and they made an extra trip to come back around and get all my bags for me. Also each time I call in they are very helpful.

Great service, and now have recycling. They will pick up anything even when I have had lots of extra trash. Very frendly.

Called to report small bag still in garbage and that can stinks of used cat litter... next day came home from work, bag from can was gone and can was clean!Ive called twice in 14 years and always received fabulous customer service.Also, the men pay attention to the windy days. Regardless after garbage pickup, the containers are moved up to the other side of my sidewalk. VERY NICE!Thank you Will Refuse!

What day is it that you officially start picking up bags of leaves because you picked up some the week before and now I have like 12 of them out there and Christmas is right around the corner and you didnt pick up any of them I dont understand
