Owner ALWAYS picks up the phone. Very professional. They never skip a day or refuse to take my larger objects. Best trash service I have easily ever had. Other Lincoln services wanted way more and were very difficult to work with.

We had just moved into our new house on Friday and our trash bin was completely full and wasnt scheduled to be picked up until Thursday. I called today (Monday) to see if there was anyway that we could have our bin picked up today. The person on the phone I spoke with said Absolutely and they had a driver here within an hour. They did not charge us for this pick-up. Our previous trash service (Uribe) at our old house would charge $15 for any extra pickups. I could not be happier with Alley-Cat in the few times I have spoken with them and how they have taken care of us already.

I want to say theyve treated me with kindness and respect all the years Ive had them. Recently Ive forgot to put out my garbage due to being in extreme pain from a toothache. I called and they were more than willing to come back and pick it up! Thats taking care of the customer!!

I called to let Alley Cat personnel know the garbage can had blown away and couldnt be found. I left a message. When I got home, there was a replacement tucked in by the garage. Alley cat disposal is amazing ... We were dealing with a death in the family and completely forgot about trash day with all the family in town and making funeral arrangments. I called alley cat and explained that we forgot and they came and picked up our trash the next day. Thank you so much for being understanding and helping us out we really appreciate it.

For the 13 years Ive had alleycat they have been awesome. Small price increases and good service. They have never missed a pickup. One of the most worthwhile bills I pay.

I had a tenant leave a sizable amount of trash by the curb. Beds, Chairs, cabinets, mattresses, etc were left. I was able to catch the Truck before it got to the property. They quickly called in and got approval to take my large messy load. The fee was fair and the job was done. Thank you!

Good company i am actuually warning company of someone they may have just hired Randy hasbrouck is a scam artist. He stole from waste away when he worked there must of got fired due to hireing me and never got paid finally I spoke with owner and she knew nothing about me working there. She gave him permission to let me work 1 day Randy decided I was an awesome worker and took advantage of me and my kindness to help1.5 month of working here and there and only got paid for 1 day until I showed the owner proof I worked. Also be careful he is lazy hates getting out of truck. So he has his minor children hang off the baxk of the truck and do the route for him he been to prison. And bottom line he is a fraud. Becarefull alley cat. He will get you and you would never even know till he is gone. We were best feiends before this day. If he will do this to his best friend he will do it from you hell I watched him steal brand new carseats that was not in the garbage. When working for waste away up by garage door run up there and steel it. Then sell thwm on FB. Be carefully you you and your customers. He is no good
