Please learn how to not block an entire street with your truck while mindlessly taking your time to empty garbage cans. You knew traffic was backing up and could care less. Completely rude and unprofessional.

Great service, friendly and responsive staff, both in the office and in the field. We continued the refuse service the previous owners used - Niederhaus - and have been pleased. Over 18 months, we have had dozens of interactions with the guys that pick up and the office staff. Each has been friendly and helpful. I have always gotten a call back after leaving a message. In addition to regular curbside service, we have had a variety of dumpsters delivered and picked up. Niederhaus has been prompt, clean, respectful of our property, helpful and friendly each and every time.

These guys are great. Every time I call the office, they are friendly. Whenever I have a request, they are speedy. The person who comes to pick up my garbage and recycling is always friendly, even when the weather is horrific. Excellent customer service and competitive prices. I recommend this garbage company to anyone.

I had multiple yard waste bags waiting on the curb, I called in to make sure it was OK to leave and they would be taken care of.... The team missed the initial pickup so I called/emailed in and the very next morning all 45 bags were gone! Great Job Guys I really appreciate the effort and quick response time.

I own a rental house and have had this company service this proerty for over a year. They dont pick up regularly and make excuses as to why they dont pick up some things. Flat out lied about me having things out on the curb that I did not. I canceled service and will recommend them to no one. They are dishonest and shouldnt be doing business. The lady I spoke with on the phone should be fired and did not care about concerns or complaints. I have never in my life been flat out lied to by a company. Im turning them in to the bbb

Dedicated and well mannered individuals. It truly is the simple things that make such a great company. For example, walking our trash cans back up to our house instead of leaving them at the curb and welcoming me every morning with a smile and a wave. I have yet to experience a better refuse company. Highly recommend switching!

Every time Ive had to deal with them they have been extremely rude, especially the ones picking up trash. They also have on multiple occasion not picked up the trash and when I called they claimed they already did that day despite the trash can still being full.

Was referred to them by another provider in town. Theyve always been prompt with service and even roll my containers up my driveway for me. If you dont have that recycle out by 6 am, it aint going, but I love that. It means my cans are emptied early.Well done

Forgot to take the trash to the curb yesterday morning, and one of the gentlemen working the truck came and got our bim from the side of the house, emptied it, and returned it. Great service!

Im not sure whats happened to these guys. They used to be great. The last month or two they have been forgetting to pick up my yard waste. They also forgot my garbage once in the last month. I emailed and left a message (they never answer the phone,) and no response. If all you have to do is pick up garbage but cant seem to get that right, what good are you?

We’ve been using Neidehaus for years for yard waste and trash pick up. We’ve never had any issues and they always bring our cans back up to the house.

Recently moved into a home and needed Trash and recycling service. Their trash can is already here so I called for a quote. No one answers the telephone, no one returns messages, no one here got my business. Instead, I went with All American Refuse. They answered right away, brought me a can the next day, and picked up trash and recycling on the second day. Exactly what I needed with all the boxes and trash from moving.

I have been with Niederhaus Refuse Inc. for about 20 years now and Ive always had outstanding service.

Driving down the road with a vehicle full of kids. The truck was in the middle of the road, and we were unable to get past. We waited patiently while the drivers took their time to walk back to the truck. When I was finally able to get past them, I was given the middle finger. Not impressed.

Terrible response time. From what I can tell, front-line staff is willing to help but arent supported by management.

Great prices and service, I have never had problems getting a hold of anyone there and when I forgot to set out my trash last week they actually came back and got it, for free; nice people

Just moved to a new house and have been trying to reach the company for 2 weeks. Always get a voicemail and i have left now 5 messages but never a call back. Very dissapointed. 2 weeks of moving trash plus the holiday trash is out of hand.

Wow really? I cancel your terrible service the beginning of the month and you still charge me 14 days after...
