My trash gets picked up promptly and the guys who do it are always courteous. In fact, they happily answer my periodic questions I have such as Can I get a new trash can delivered? and Do you haul away patio doors? They must answer the questions, because the owners NEVER and I mean NEVER return phone calls, thus my 3 star rating. The owners of the company get 2 stars for customer service. The haulers get 5 stars . The lack of customer service lowers my rating significantly. Should you ever have billing questions or questions about disposal, you will never get a response and I have found myself rushing outside when I hear the garbage truck coming so I can ask them a question. I have even taped a note to my trash can, asking for a new one because because no one responded to my call.
