We forgot to put our trash out one day, and I stopped one of their recycling trucks to ask if they could pick up my trash. The employee radioed in and got a pickup scheduled for us. Amazing customer service!

The best refuse company we’ve worked with yet! Great customer service every time we call and great prices! They even go above and beyond while they are out on route! For example, the last windy day- the guys made an extra effort to put the can all the way back up the driveway, where we store the containers, so they wouldn’t blow away!! 🙌🙌🙌

I Just wanted to say how much I appreciate Capital City Refuse. They always seem to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.They make sure that all of my garbage recepticals are placed away from the curb when they empty them. I used to have a problem with my other service leaving them where -ever, to blow around and be hit by motorist or left in the driveway so we couldnt get past them. They are AMAZING! :) Julia F

Excellent company! Linsey was very responsive and extremely helpful. Communication was prompt and very nice. We had a lot of extras after an extensive spring cleaning and we were able to have it picked up for a very low fee. Would recomend this company over and over.

Forgot to pick up garbage on multiple occasions. Called to cancel and he hung up on me once I said that it would be our last week.

Garbage driver was in front of me at a green light and would not go. I think he was intoxicated. I honked at him through a green light and he would still not go. He proceeded to honk through the residential neighborhood waking all of my neighborhood up at roughly 4:15 am on Sunday may 30th. Don’t know how you vet these garbage men but you need to do a better job.

These guys are very punctual and professional. They even put rubber mats under the dumpster to protect my driveway. When we ended up with more waste than we thought, they came out very quickly to replace the roll-off with an empty one. I highly recommend Capital City Refuse!

They explained everything about the dumpster we ordered and made it easy to plan a day and payment. I called them a Monday morning to see if it was possible to have the dumpster removed before our movers came later that day and they were there with in an hour to haul it away. I was so impressed and Steve was very helpful and easy to work with! Great dumpster prices as well!

Our garbage pickup by Firth is on Thursdays. Thursday morning I realized I had forgotten to take the trash to the road. I was disappointed as it was overflowing. As I was getting ready to leave, our Capital driver showed up (I thought he had already come). Before I could even realize it he was walking up to the house to get our can because he could see it was overflowing. What exceptional service! I am sure this was inconvenient but it meant so much to me that he would take the extra 30 seconds to go out of his way to go above and beyond for a customer instead of driving right on by. Thank you!!!

Very friendly to work with and great service. I had a mix up on the timing of the roll off drop at my house and they were kind enough to come back a second time later that day to drop it off. Would highly recommend them!!

This company collects trash for the apartment complex where I live. These guys hustle to get the job done - all with impeccable customer service! If anything gets dropped or blows out of the container they get it! They always put the dumpster back on the driveway and out of the way. If you happen to intercept them as they’re collecting in your area they greet you with a smile and “good morning!” These guys do a great job and represent their employer with the utmost integrity! Good job!!9/9/20 - I want to update this review. We still have this service but a completely different crew. They are not nearly as attentive. They are too busy hustling from one stop to another. Theyve now twice placed the dumpster on top of a growing rose plant - and have bent it to the point of compromising growth. Theres clearly an empty space on the opposite side of the (small) driveway where the dumpster should go. How do they not see this???

After coming home with our new baby boy, I forgot to put the trash out. Called in and let them know I was an idiot and sleep deprived, told not to worry about it and they would make a special trip out to take care of it for me. Awesome customer service for this tired Dad!!

Always amazing

In the last five weeks, my trash had only been connected once. That was only after I called their customer service. Ive always put my sinister in the same place. Im canceling my service and requesting a refund for the last month.

Sent me on collections when actually it was defamation on my credit that sat there for over a year so when I actually found out about it I showed them The check that was wrote to them and cashed by them do you think I got an apology nope. Never once got a phone call or a letter in the mall.

Capital City Refuse goes above and beyond to accommodate their clients. Even during the Solar Eclipse with excessive traffic they were able to send out another dumpster on very short notice!

Great company! We use them for our house, a rental, and we get rolls-offs from them where I work.
