Even with a waiting line of cars, they got everyone through as quickly as possible, all staff was friendly with smiles.

Decent wash for the price. They hand dry your car which is nice. Highly recommend stopping at the vacuuming area and checking your car for cleanliness. Had to go thru 2 times on some occasions because bugs didnt come off.

I love Jetsplash. It cleans my car and doesnt wreck it like some automatic car washes can. The folks drying your vehicle really help to put the finishing touch on a great wash. If something didnt get as clean as it should have, they will run you through again. I cant recommend Jetsplash highly enough!

Its fast going through the machine but not perfect. Still things get missed for a deep clean and doesnt get completely dried. But thats how car washes are. It did a better job than gas station car wash though.

This my 3rd time coming here and it left a weird sticky think on my hood and we told the workers and they said the manager was in iowa and he would call us in the next 2 to 3 days and however he called and said it was tree sap and it wasnt his problem and so i would NOT recommend this car wash at all ps you will be hearing from are lawyer

I just moved to Lincoln and got a membership so I can go everyday if I want to! They give you this bucket to borrow with bomb window cleaner in it. The boys who wipe the car down after the wash are usually very nice! Free vacuum after the wash! Ive referred like 4 people all ready! This is great! Gonna keep my membership through the winter too cause the chemicals for the snow removal are tough on cars!!!!Thanks Jetsplash!!

Monthly subscription best way to go especially in the winter. Ive gone through 3 times in one day to keep the salt off. Unlimited washes with the monthly subscription. I love it

Great wash and great service, my only complaint is when the line is long it overflows out on to 27th st and its just so dangerous. There was no one out there directing the flow of traffic. There were 4 entry points to the back of the line and there was no order or organization. Just Chios and lots of people cutting in line. Would have been great to see someone out their getting some control over the traffic, it was just plain unsafe and irrisponsible.

Windshield didnt come clean (tree sap) sent us thru second time without us asking. Employees are all very polite and friendly.

Gets your car very clean with a wipe down so no spots by the fast people at the end of wash. You get free self vaccuming after and they have powerful suction!

Granted my truck was muddy but the 3 beginner sprayers n the wash itself didnt get all of it n then the wipers at the end didnt even say anything I got out to vacuum n seen huge clumps still on my truck wasnt worth 20 when I couldve did it for that much a self wash.

I have been a loyal jet splash customer since they first opened. I have always had great experiences with all of their employees. I own a 3/4 ton pickup and have always had issues making the turn into the entrance at the North 27th St location and have at many times gotten stuck because of a car pulling too close behind me prior to being able to reverse to make the turn. I have learned to simply wait for the car in front of me to clear the corner so I can back up to make the turn. I have never had any issues doing this until this morning. The very rude booth attendant walked up to the window of my truck and told me that I needed to move. I told him what I had to do until the car in front of me made the turn but he insisted that I move right then and couldnt understand why I couldnt make the turn Very disappointed that Jetsplash would put such a rude and inconsiderate employee as the face of the business, very unprofessional.

You guys are a good place but unless you open another lane so you can have the people who have the express pass be able to go in without waiting in line, I would not recommend getting the fast pass if you only use this location. You will still wait inline with everyone else until you’re like 5 cars away from the front

Fast, efficient car wash. There was a line but it kept moving steadily and was a short wait to go through. The basic $9 wash usually takes care of everything for me. They even have guys to wipe down your vehicle after the wash, they are allowed to accept tips. They fold your mirrors in and fold them out when done which was nice.

Im constantly amazed at how proficient the employees at JetSplash are. No matter what weather is outside the staff is always ready to get your car in and out with it being is clean is possible again - regardless of whatever weather is happening outside! The car wash itself is amazing, of course. There are plenty of options for every budget and business options as well.

Stop in for a quick wash, these high-tech tunnels will leave your car or truck sparkling. Forget the touchless wash, its worthless. The self-cleaning brushes at the splash will gently clean the hard to reach areas of you vehicle, and the spiffy boys on the drying end will polish it up and dry the jambs out. Stop by the free vacs on the way out to get the crud out of the inside as well. You cant beat the great deal of the unlimited wash pass, especially when you get that sweet locked in sale price. Wash it once a month or three times a week, same price.

They have a new wax that smoothes over scratches on your car. It does cost $4 extra dollars but is well worth it. It helps eliminate rust from winter driving.

I do like Jet Splash. My only complaint is the kids drying. They could do better.

One star because I have to rate something,these guys should spray their brushes down and clear out the rocks,wood or whatever else sticks to the brushes. Brand new car scratches everywhere after a wash. Take caution because they do not warn you of this being a potential danger to your vehicle.
