My wife purchased a membership at jet splash after she purchased a new car. After a couple of months of owning the car and car washes we noticed that there are numerous scratches all over the car and paint chips. This is the only car wash she has used since the car drove from the dealership. Please dont use a contact car wash unless you want scratches all over your car.

This place is top notch. I normally go to the one on 27th North. No more now, I found the best place. Your guys are AWESOME....will be coming back..again and again...Every jetsplash I went, I left with water marks...NOT THIS TIME..AWESOME PLACE😃😃😃

Love jet splash! Super friendly, always helpful and do an amazing job, even offer to wipe out door jambs when through with wash! Dont go anywhere else! I live out of town and wait to go to jet splash they have the best equipment and employees! Highly recommend!

Best car wash in town. I recommend buying the bundle of washes on a card. They dont expire and can be used on any vehicle. The jet gloss adds a silky finish that everything slides off of. Great for helping keep the car clean.

Always love to get my car washed here. The only thing which bothers me is the representative rubbing towels after the wash would not sometimes do it well which will leave few sprinkle of water remain. When you opt for door jabs to be clean, it is not done up to satisfaction too, it mostly feels like a formality to rub the towel across but not actually cleaning it up well.Do not take me wrong, this is one of the best car wash you could find in town but there is always some room for improvements!

We love Jet Splash already! We just went through and the guys that wipe down the vehicles at the end sent us back around as they noticed my wheel wells were still dirty. You could tell they were all making sure it was taken care of correctly and we really appreciate that!!!

When a wash attendant broke the windshield wiper fluid nozzle off my car, staff helped me file a damage claim. I had to call in and leave messages a couple times over the course of two weeks to move the claim along, but Jetsplash made it right by paying for the cost of repair at DuTeau Subaru.

I really like that is close to my house so I purchased a year of service. I have went there 6or 7 times so far. I just love it. You can vacuum your vehicle free before you go in the wash. And at the end 4 awesome people wipe your vehicle for you.

The wash does a pretty good job.The guys wiping the vehicles off need to be more thorough and wiping the door jambs they need to quit slamming the doors shut.Other than that a four Star plus.

Service is okay, but uneven. Some days they go 110%, other days the bare minimum. But, Ill go back because of those 110% days.

Ive been going here for almost a year. Ive had several damages to my vehicle. The wash broke my bug deflector and they replaced it but now my truck is covered in scratches. It seemed as if everytime I went through the wash it added another tiny scratch. When I asked a manager he said if it scratched my truck it wouldve scratched everybody elses. The quality of the wash is poor, they never dry your car all the way and my truck is really never clean. I finally had to pull the plug on this membership...

Very friendly and gets my car clean. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they dont dry my car off the same way everytime and it causes water spots on my car. This location is my favorite.

Got scratches on my car, manager said to come in at 5 the next Friday. Wasnt there when I arrived and was told they left half an hour ago. Then proceeded to say their machines cant scratch cars and not own up.

I have a pass and I take my van through weekly. Car always comes out clean, I like that they dry the car with towels and the free vacuums are powerful and convenient!

Start to finish, great service. It was my first time, and the payment attendant clearly outlined the available services. The wash itself was thorough and effective. Once through, the drying attendants were attentive, pleasant, and detail oriented. Easy to find, clean facility. Will certainly return the next time Im in town.

Great friendly staff today. Only down side was the broken vacuum hoses, the nozzle was off on one and fell off the other. But my car is clean and thats what matters.

More times than not, these guys are pretty good. Although you tip at the end, I always do it based on how the guys at the beginning did. You can tell the clear difference between the employees who truly care about getting you the best wash and those just holding a hose. If they go out of their way at the entrance to get all the bugs and dirt off before the car runs through, I tip big when coming out the other end. Every member is part of the process. Keep that in mind and this place will continue to be successful.

I got Jetsplashs $40/mo subscription for unlimited deluxe car washes--good at all of their locations--for $35 for the entire year, which of course includes use of their great vacuums. I really take the word unlimited seriously, and I get the excellent car wash plus their hand towel drying service. Its such a great deal!

Best place for a car wash in town. As long as you use your membership, its a great price too. Set up of vacuums and trash cans is convenient. The only complaint I have is that they are always busy. I think they could put two right next to each other and still have plenty of business at both.

The blonde kid yelling at me to basically rearend the gmc Denali infront of my in your wash is rude. I understand you are pushing people through, but dont rush me. I paid for a wash not to rear end a $70, 000 truck.

Undoubtedly the best combo human/automatic car wash in town, without going to a detail shop. I like having the inside door sills wiped out, but the alloy wheels on either of our BMWs never get fully clean.

Always courteous and professional. Even if there is a long line, they get you through very quickly. I like that they hand dry your car when you get out of the wash.

Do NOT take your vehicle here! They cracked my windshield and broke my CB antenna. On top of it I paid $180 for a full professional detail and got poor service. My next door neighbors kids would have done better if I paid them $50. Missed so much its not even funny. This detail is going to cost me $500 over all $280 for a windshield, $180 for the detail, and $30 for my antenna. When I talked to the GM he said there is nothing they can do and it was cracked when it came in. They said bring it back in and we can re-detail it. LOL like I would trust them with my Jeep again after they did a crappy job screwed up my Jeep. Do not waste your money or time. I asked if they would at least refund my detail since admitted they did a crappy job. The GM stated he would have to talk to the owner before he could make a decision like that. VERY POOR management and customer service!!!

I love going to jet splash to get my car clean. Not crazy about buying a towel to wipe down the inside of my car then switching it out the next time I come in.

Amazing people, you go there for a car wash, they spray it down with soap and clean the bugs off the front even before you get to the wash. After, they hand towel dry it when you leave. They do everything but clean the inside, even then, they have their cleaning stations, with vacuums and garbage containers.
