My vehicle broke down on a Sunday and we had it towed in to the Dealership. Called Monday morning and they were already looking into parts for us. Great follow up all week long and truck was done by Friday. We were 3 hours from home when this happened but they treated us like one of their own customers, Thank you for the great work truck home safely.

I was traveling from Kansas City to Chicago during a winter rain storm in Kansas City that became snow in Illinois. My car completely shut down at 80 miles an hour on Interstate 55. When I arrived at the service department at Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln I was greeted by Vanessa I believe she is the manager, she was very helpful from the get go when I called from the side of the highway asking for her opinion on a tow company to use to get my car to the dealership. She quickly within one minute of my car being dropped in the service bay had her senior technician Ryan who might I add is 24 I believe assess my car and begin the diagnostic process. I could tell right away that this young man was very skilled at his job, one of the best service technicians I’ve ever seen. Within under a half hour he had already assessed the problem and figured out what part we needed to get me back on the road. The problem was the part was 45 minutes away and it was a blizzard. Vanessa had another service technician Chad give me a ride to get a rental car in Decatur. Because we didn’t think we were going to be able to get the part till the next day I was going to be forced to get a hotel room. That was done out of the kindness of her heart. On the way there Chad received word that we were able to pick up the part, so instead of getting a rental car we went back to the service department with the part. Ryan and Vanessa had stayed late to see that my car got fixed and back on the road. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road. With the help of that team I was able to get to my destination. From the moment I called I felt the family atmosphere I even felt it more when I walked in the door from the very first second till the end they made me feel like number one priority. I would recommend anyone who needs their vehicle worked on to go to the service department. If I could drive from Kansas City for the rest of my life to this dealership to have my vehicle serviced I would. This just goes to show the country that there is still good people out there. Ryan you are going places in life I can tell keep up the good work and thank you. Not to mention but their hourly service charge is only $99 and You do not find that anywhere else go ahead and get on the Internet and check all the other Ford dealerships I bet you don’t.

John Stoltzenburg was super helpful with helping me purchase my first SUV! I live in Springfield and had been to some dealerships around town but no luck in finding what I wanted. My boyfriend found a vehicle online through Jim Xamis Ford and we took the trip to Lincoln to look at a couple of specific used SUVs. Very helpful staff. On a trip and not from the area I noticed a strong smell of gas. My vehicle was over sized and would not fit into their shop. They had a mechanic come out to the parking lot to inspect my vehicle. He looked my vehicle over and helped me back on my trip.

By far the easiest experience I have had buying a car. My sales guy John S. was so incredibly helpful and communicated very well. There were no surprise fees and no high pressure sales tactics. Good prices on what we wanted. We did find an issue with the car we purchased on the way home. The passenger side seat belt had some type of mold growth on it. We wiped it down with some alcohol wipes and cleaner. Car is running good as I am writing this.

My family had a great experience purchasing a new used Dodge Ram truck from John Stoltzenburg - even the kids had a great time. But more importantly after noticing a couple of what I thought to be minor issues later that day (back door latch and low heat in the cab) I contacted John the next morning. He worked with Matt and the staff to get a service appointment setup and take care of both items. Turns out the low heat issue was actually a clogged heater core that needed to be replaced by a Dodge Ram Dealership. Matt and company took care of the entire bill even though the heater core was an expensive job!Thank you so much guys for the follow through with making sure our used vehicle was operating like a new one!! Friendly staff, clean facility!

Test drove a truck on 11/23 with salesman Sam. Liked the vehicle but Sam indicated it was a little longer than my current truck. I told him I would have to measure my garage to make sure it fit, since they wouldnt allow me to take the truck overnight, but if it did fit that I wanted it. I told Sam I would call him back as soon as I got home (about an hour away). Left the dealership at 4:40pm. Got home and verified truck would fit in garage. Called Sam back at 5:56pm to have him tell me a couple came in 10 minutes after I left test drove the truck and are signing the paperwork now. Very unprofessional and unethical business practice in my opinion.In response to the reply from the dealer, that is a lie. Not once did Sam mention a deposit could be made to hold the truck. Like I told him that evening, I had the money in hand to make the purchase (pending verification it fit in the garage). If presented the opportunity to make a small deposit to hold the vehicle I would have in a heartbeat.
