Friendly staff, convenience store has decent selection beverages. I have a gold card which gives me a decent discount on premium gas. Seems to make my car run better.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. I joined their Fuel Rewards Program. It was at $0.05 per gallon then dropped to $0.03 per gallon. They sent me an email offer stating if I filled up 3 times a minimum of 5 gallons, I would receive $0.20 off per gallon. I filled up 3 times each time over 5 gallons and never received my $0.20 off per gallon. Stay away from Shell, go to Sam’s Club for gas they are generally $0.08 to & $0.15 cheaper than most gas stations and then they give you $0.05 more off if you have a membership card.

Rude af. Clerk and other Shell bigwigs kept me waiting at the counter to pay for gas for one while they continued chatting amongst themselves. They saw me. About 4 of them...and by the time the lady came to the counter to assist me, I got no “sorry for the wait” or “thx for waiting” and not even a have a nice damn day! Just gave me my change and resumed being distracted. It was more shocking to have this happen while what appeared to be Shell mgmt was in the store! You’d think they’d ALL give the highest level of Cus Svc but nope. Next time I’ll go across the street.

Cramped parking and fuel island and the store is fairly run down. They do run the different grades through separate lines though in case you absolutely need ethanol free for a small engine.

Glenny ruined my experience she needs better training on the register it took her for ever to get through 2 people then she had to rescan all the items because I wanted to use my rewards card from my phone. And she skipped it and went to the pay feature. Twice

I go everyday. I get my son a doughnut or two and we head to school. Always good service. The last two times she turned around put the doughnuts in then turned around to the back counter stayed like that and said have a good day without even acknowledging we were leaving or if I needed anything else. I told my son that we would go somewhere else, he said why ? I said because the customer always comes first, remember that. Parents teach their children but so do others by there actions and words. If we cant be a positive role model for our children and show them how things should work then how are they supposed to know.

Great service and the best gas I wont go any where else to fill up

I go all the time because its right next to my house, I went yesterday and bought a few things and it came out to around $8 and I handed the cashier a $20 and I wasnt paying attention to the change I got back and I got shorted over $10. and i cant do anything to get my money back because i wasnt given a receipt and theres no proof I used a $20. never have had problems before and Im honestly very very angry.

Fast, friendly service! Clean bathrooms open to the public.

Employees are fun and the service is fast unless there are folks needing ice cream. Only one pump that isnt prepay is a downer.

The pump I used was having issues but the attendant was helpful in fixing it.

I couldnt buy anything because of the close transfer? When I walked in and tried to buy chips he suggested I should wait 20 minutes until he was doing a close Transfer.

Stopped in the middle of the night and children were coming out from the back room the place was a mess it was so dirty
