The monthly charge of $15 or so is very reasonable for the number of times we get the car washed each month. Great staff, good machinery. Quick turnaround through the line except on exceptional days.

Came for the free wash. Made it four cars back to get in, and then waited for 30 mins in same spot. It had malfunctioned and staff backed us out as it couldnt be fixed in a timely manner. So we were offered a wash at the 48th and Leighton place. So that wash didnt wash off a big spot of bug guts and then hot waxed them on. O Street probably would have done better as it is newer and looks bigger. Edit... finally made it into car wash. Did the cheapest wash. Wash was not as good as most expensive wash. The O Street location is bigger than other location. Vacuum area easier to access and use.

Service is good. I have a Toyota PRIUS and the rocket car wash system could not clean the back side of the car properly. Specially under the rear lift gate glass and rear bumper. Also the drying process is not able to fully dry the vehicle which ultimately leave dust patches.

The young men that are there to set you up for the car was are Super Friendly and answered my questions without hesitation! I only wish that the car dryer did a better job.

If I could give a negative i would. I had called to cancle right after they took there payment and they tell me it just a request. Then today I go to the car wash and they have my money for the month remind you and said its been canceled and I need to pay. No cause they supposedly tried to refund my card and could cause it was called in lost. They never have a manager on board to talk to you. They are the scummiest people Nd like to just take your money from you with nothing in return.

My wife and I came in close to closing time on 12/06/2020. Creighton and Steph are awesome and knowledgeable. We are new to the area and Creighton gave us some great recommendations for some restaurants. The car wash was also on point! I will recommend and defitnitly use them again! 👌👍🙏

Very scammy, I tried to cancel my membership and that page on their website redirected to a 404 page not found page. Everything else on their website worked perfectly. Also, members must cancel at least a week before the end of each month to avoid being charged which I would guess is how they get money out of people.The quality of the wash was perfectly adequate.

Went there to get my car looking all good. The tire brush shiner took paint chips off the side skirts on my car. I let management know. They filed a claim. Still haven’t heard back.

I have a membership and suddenly you’re closed?? Still took my payment but where else am I supposed to go?? I have to look you up to find that information?? Bad business with no notice or signage for direction.

Rocket Car Wash offers helpful, friendly service. They maintain a high standard and stay on top of things. Also, its the cheapest place that I know of in Lincoln for unlimited washes. The staff takes good care of their clients.

They scratched my car and my husbands truck and did nothing to fix it. And make you feel its your fault.

Okay wash, pricey, need to pre-spray especially in the summer months.

My car was usually half dripping still when I would leave. Ive been a member for almost 2 years and in a car wash accident that occurred one day my vehicle was damaged. I left my insurance and information and they never contacted me. I guess I should have called the cops since their word meant nothing. Do not trust or support.

Had trucked washed this morning. Truck was power washed yesterday but got covered in road dust while wet with dew today. MiddleBMiddle 2/3 of back window was was not eveno touched and hood and top had streaks of dirt fromf to back. The side windows were cleaned well. I requested that they not dress tires after wash and this was done as requested. No wipe down of vehicle after wash as in the past. That would have gotten dirt on rear window, hood and top.Rethinking membership if this is quality of wash.

I like to keep my vehicle clean so I pay for monthly washes. Rocket Car Wash is on my way to work, & open 7 days a week. They deduct the money monthly from my bank. I can get as many washes as I need/want. It is only $21. They have free vacuums.

Reasonably priced, nice and helpful staff, cleans well! My car was caked in bird poop and mud. It got most of the dried mud under the undercarriage (I expected it wouldnt get it all with just 1 wash) and all of the bird poop. Ill be going here whenever I need a wash again.

Too pushy with selling packages, I just want to get my car washed in peace. I had the packages 2 different times and the prices jacked up 3 different times on both tries ... Wont fall for that a 3rd time. Also cant call to cancel, have to go through which is not always convenient. Meh!

Best car wash in Lincoln!

My car was covered in mustard and flour because of a prank and I went here and one of the employees john, power washed my car until it was all off🥺. 10/10 recommend.

I really like this car wash; it’s probably the only one I go to in Lincoln because of the price. They have a lot of options for car washing but a basic car wash is simply inexpensive. Staff is great and if you keep your receipt, you can come back within a certain number of days to re-wash your car for nothing. Would recommend.

Good monthly unlimited rates. Some of the staff know me by name and by the car I drive. Good for weekly upkeep on keeping your car nice. However, the lower skirts of my car never get fully cleaned as well as my front bumper. Most of the time, they people with the wand as you enter could do a mich better job then they do. They Never Go Fully Around The car.

My sister and I went through this carwash and the attendant was really professional. The vaccums worked and we really had a amazing time.

Free unlimited vacum is perfect, nice spot too. There service is nice and all, but the cleaning is kinda meh really the blower doesnt blow enough and the droplets make the car kinda ugly only in some spots tho

Wanted to try the expensive wash with wax to see how it would do and if I wanted a membership. When finished, my car still had dirt on it and was not even close to dry. The wax didnt appear to do anything as water was not beading up at all. I gave this place a try but Ill just use the self wash nearby down 48th and wax myself and save a lot of money for a way better job.

Not to be trusted. I went through the proper process to cancel the monthly subscription with these guys only to find out that they still deducted money from my acct. I even spoke with them on the phone and was assured that it was cancelled. And to top it all off, the amount that they are charging is inconsistent. Working with my bank to fix this.

Horrible experience! We loved the husker wash previously at this location and I drove across town in hopes that rocket was even better. I spent 45 min in line with only 2 cars ahead of me. Staff not welcoming for a new company just starting you would think they would want returning customers. And I spent $9 for a wash with my car soaking wet at the end and STILL DIRTY!!! Will never return.

Continued to withdraw monthly memberships on both mine and my husbands bank cards after we had said we no longer wanted this. My husband had spoke with both the manager at this location and with Auto Bath House their parent company to no avail. We ended up canceling our bank cards and getting new ones so they wouldnt be able to take anymore monthly withdrawals. The bank is working on getting all our payments back from them. If you are looking at buying a monthly membership I would recommend cash only. We liked the quality and convenience of the service but will never go back there because oftheir poor management practices in not cancelling a membership as requested.

I went to rocket car wash I to have my car washed and I said well it looks like it could rain now you guys have rain checks no but you can buy a 30-day trial for $10.74 and get your car washed anytime you want for that 30 days without paying any more how at sounds like a hell of a deal but little did I know I was signing up to do a monthly charge of $22.41 that I was charged on my credit card several months before catching on and they would not refund any of my money so the next stop is my credit card

Went today to wash my car not realizing its no longer Husker Car wash, and I thought Okay, Ill give it a try. Boy was this a disappointment to say the least. Not only was it more expensive, but my car wasnt half as clean as it was with Husker owning it.Only one person drying the cars at the end outside, and heaven help them if they should ever get busy because theyll end up having traffic backed up for blocks as slow as they are.Needless to say I wont be giving them repeat business.And for all of the folks that bought car wash coupons from Husker? Youll most likely be S O.L. on being able to use them there.

Ive always liked coming to this car wash until recently. I signed up for a one month membership at half the cost ($13.40_ in April of 2018. To my surprise in July I found out that I had been charged May, June and July a fee of $26.80 each month. I had not been there any of those months and did not know I had a membership. I have been told to contact corporate but have not received any kind a of response.

I am now able to edit my review... after a week and a half I heard from Conrad who is a manager. He apologized for the earlier statement saying that the car wash was not at fault and they did do the right thing and replace my vehicles windshield.

Good price on the wash for monthly but not for 1 time usage. Jetsplash still does a better job- sadly.

I got my mirror scratched and I know it wasn’t there prior, and the manager told me I needed to move on and that I was making it up. He quoted “pressurized water doesn’t make that noise”.... well there’s a thing called machines inside a car wash that work with the pressurized water... I will definitely not be returning especially after their manager was sooo rude!

Terrible terrible terrible. The owners are horrendous business owners. The wash never works, the line takes forever, they change prices back and forth every few months, and now that Travis is gone ill never return. His antics and awesome personality is really what made us stay after the power washer broke and no one fixed it for MONTHS. Who knows if it ever did get replaced...

Sales people lie! They tell you one thing and when you buy the “deal” they don’t do what they promised on top tell you that’s not in the package! Paid $50 for detailing I was told only thing not included was carpet but only provided seat cleaning... nothing else! Don’t fall for their deals.. I won’t be returning.. lost me and will let others know as well...

Absolutely love this place. The staff is friendly, the price is just right and the work does a great job. Reccomend the monthly service it saves me a ton of money. The only complaint I have is the vacuums are a bit weak on the suction but it gets the job done.
