The cashier was very polite. Our car received a pretty decent wash; however, there were still some bugs on the front of the car after the wash. We paid for the most expensive wash, so that was a bit disappointing. I was surprised they didnt have an attendant to clean off the front of the car with either a brush or sprayed for the most expensive wash.

Paid for the $16 wash and they completely missed my tailgate along with a bunch of other spots. 1st time there will be the last time

Friendly place. I like the 50s vibe. Colby who works there was really nice and helpful. Never went to a car wash before that the employees clearly liked their job. Give Colby a bonus for being so nice and also well trained.

I thought it was a really cool experience for an automated car wash as I have never done them before. Although one cycle and I still had bug splatters on the windshield and front of car. But it was nice having free vacuuming afterwards. Probably spent 20 minutes cleaning my car really well. They have monthly plans you can pay for as well.

Good service. Nice clean environment. Easy to use. FREE vacuums, even if you dont buy a car wash. They have a small kit available for $3 that includes a wipe or 2, glass cleaner & a dust cloth.

I really like the size of the entrance. Larger vehicles can easily get washed here as opposed to the competition where they have size limitations. I have three family members who all are on my plan. Havent heard any complaints the staff is very friendly. I just wish they would remember to take the little plastic bags things off the rear wiper lol

Tried the wash for the first time today. The wash was great. Truck was clean. Even tore the plastic trim right off the side of the truck. Found a piece in the actually car wash. Owner said he would buy us 3M tape so we could fix it ourselves. Didnt even offer a refund for the wash. We have never had an issue with any other wash until today. Will never return.

Love Tommy’s. Wash is great, gets my car squeaky clean in only a few minutes. The vacuums are nice and the interior cleaning kit is worth the extra couple bucks.

This was the fastest car wash I have ever been through and it shows. I paid for the top end wash and took the car over to the vacuums afterward. There were water spots all over and it did not clean my rims as well as the gas station one I normally go to. The vacuums are why this is getting two and not one star. They were effective in getting the dog hair off of the leather, carpet, and hard surfaces. The vacuums are the only reason I didnt go to the gas station and also the only reason I am not completely disappointed but I will not be back.

This was the scariest.. (Im a scary cat in car washes.. probably not scary to anyone else.) yet got my vehicle cleaner than any other car wash I have been to. My kids love going through it. Will be back when we get back up to Lincoln. Love that you have free vacuum services and floor mat cleaning areas. It was to cold to use it this time.

Good place. The entire place resembles an outerspace-like, intergalactic wormhole, car washing experience. Very clean. Kind of fun. The vacuums are free, and they even have mat washers! Its the best car wash I have experienced. The workers there are nice and some are pretty cute, too! :)

Car wash was just fine, vehicle came out clean & staff was very friendly. However.... In their efforts to conserve energy, the vacuums have a button to be activated. Im a paraplegic & this button is up a curb. I was able to gain speed, pop a wheelie & hop the curb. But the vacuum only stays on for maybe a cpl minutes before requiring me to press the button again. I figure it would take at least 6 curb hops to do a halfway decent job of vacuuming my interior. An engineer designed this place, not a person that had any consideration for somebody like me. Will be immediately canceling my membership and keeping my Jetsplash fast pass membership.

I have been trying for a few weeks to determine where the best car wash facility is in Lincoln as there are many to choose from. I finally decided I would give Tommys a try. The car wash was excellent, they have vacuums and mat cleaners and they are free to use even if you dont get a car wash, but I was so impressed with the car wash, they can have my money

Im at the owner and he was a really nice guy. He told me all about the free vacuuming and free Matt e cleaning that they will do. They have family plans for three cars, they have monthly plans. My kid love this version of a car wash because it feels kind of like a roller coaster ride. I would recommend coming here again

By far the best car wash I’ve experienced in the Lincoln and Omaha area. Great washes on the first time through, and they always remember to take the plastic wrap off of my back windshield wiper. Free vacuums, and always fast service. Highly recommend.

The two men working were incredibly helpful and polite. I drive a Nissan NV van and they came out and measured and re measured to ensure its for through the wash and was there the whole wash making sure. Van was spotless. Ill be back.

Super friendly car wash. Also you can fit up to a dually through this machine. I definitely would advise for anybody who drives trucks or large SUVs. Everybody here was very helpful I will continue going to this location.

I have only taken my car here since I bought it and every time I have a great experience! Tom is always really nice! Once I went and was vacuuming my car and he walked by and noticed I still had a couple bugs on my car and offered me to go threw again at no cost! I will keep going here and will start having my husband come here as well!

Great modern car wash. Dont have to get your wheels in a little track, has a nice conveyer belt. Cleans car nicely. The unlimited monthly washes for one price is a good deal

I used this car wash for the first time today. Previously I used the location in Havelock. I will again join the service giving as many carwashs that I want every month. My car looks like I just drove it off the lot!

My new favorite car wash! Not your typical style of wash, customer service is awesome. Has all the bells and whistles of any other car wash. Get your car clean and dry. It does not have employees hand drying your car at the end, but with multiple powerful machine dryers, hand drying isnt needed. I encourage everyone to give it a try.

Great carwash. Unlike at some of the other newer fancy washes in Lincoln this one has wheel and tire cleaning equipment that actually worked without making a greasy mess out of things. I always get one step down from the top price wise and I have been happy. The vacs work well also and the mat cleaning machine is a nice feature.

Love this car wash over any competitors! Friendly and helpful staff. Love their runway that you sit on in the car wash, you don’t have to worry about lining up with the contraption that your wheel sits in. Got “the works” for free due to a coupon, and it’s worth the $16. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone.

After driving 16 hours to Nebraska, my cars exterior was filthy from bugs and dirt. Even so, Tommys Express Car Wash cleaned it off and for an affordable price too! The water jets are super powerful, but the dryers were even more so. Also, the car docking system was much more easy to drive into than other car washes. The only bummer, its a tight turn to get into the car wash.

Very friendly staff greets me with a smile, even @ 7:00 AM! Your hours are really convenient. My wife commutes to Omaha several days a week. Opening @ 6:00 allows me to take her Tahoe through the car wash & have it back home in the garage before I go to work! Some bugs take a little more work. Perhaps a pre-wash wand would help. Vacuums and floor mat wash add a nice touch. Overall, very good.

This is one of the best car wash services offered around, especially the Lincoln location. They have hi-def cameras that capture your vehicle beforehand to ensure no damage was done by the car wash itself. Great wash, great people!

When I called to inquire on prices they went through their packages in detail and there was zero pressure to sign up for their monthly subscription. My car shines now and their free vacuum and mat washers are amazing. Sometimes you dont need a wash and just need a good vacuum and I love that they offer that!! This will be my new car wash!

Loud neightbors. It’s an ok wash but they refuse to turn off their lights at night when thay close that point into our neighborhood and light it up. Additionally all day there are now cars that leave the music and bass cranked up while vacuuming and it can be hear in our houses.

Staff are very nice along with helpful, the area is clean/kept up nicely. On one of my first trips I met the manager than again he might of been owner, very nice gentleman. I wash my car by hand, however I did try out Tommys Car wash maybe 10ish times. I started to notice the clear coat by the windows coming off. I thought maybe it was just a coincidents until I notice a friend who uses them faithfully and is having the same issue with her car on the same side. Not sure how to add pictures but I have them

New wash in town, most excellent automatic wash Ive ever been through. Even got the back center of my SUV, and under spoiler that most washes miss. All the spinning brushes looked like soft fleece unlike a lot of washes that have the harsh rubber brushes.

I tried this place for the first time today. The attendant suggested to get the full wash package to get the bugs and such off my car and so I did. It did not clean off my car very well. I went back through and talked to the attendant that was there now who said they dont usually allow people to go back through.. and hinted my car maybe too dirty.. went back through and there was zero difference. Id give it a 1 but at least they let the wash try again.

I joined the wash club, which was free the first month. Ive been through the wash a few times now. My car hadnt been washed in a while, so it took a couple of washes to get it mostly clean, but always a trail of dirty spots on the back end of the car. They put a plastic bag over your back wiper each time. My car was too close to the car in front of mine, which wouldnt be an issue, but the wash process shut down after the car in front of me left. I had to drive over the conveyor belt bumps and leave without any finish or drying function. No one is there watching or is positioned at the end to notice when there are issues. Went through another time and ended up with a basic wash as none of the upgrade sprayers turned on when I went through, which was probably because my car was too close to the one in front, again. My side view mirrors were both shoved forward, but thankfully not broken. Never has been an issue before. There was a guy standing there, but he just waved me on. They have some issues to work out.

For spending $16 as it was their best carwash. Place is not worry it. My truck is still dirty. Bug residue, dirt in the box, water spots. For being a non touch less go check out another places.

Even though I pull my rear view mirrors in, the first set of rotary strips grab hold and violently snap them back out. Concerned about damage if I keep washing my F150 here.Otherwise, a great staff and positive experience😊

First time through, truck not dried at all. A few hours later as it dried it became clear it was still very dirty. Went back for a re-wash and they gave me a hard time about it, accused me of adding the dirt spots after the first wash. Very rude. In any event, did not clean, did not dry, no prep and no hand drying after. Probably the worst car wash I have had. Pretty bummed because its right up the street from us.

The 6AM - 9PM Hours are one of the biggest pros of this place. The One of the biggest cons of their system is the lack of a manual pre rinse by a live person. At other places this person looks for the caked on dirt, bird poop, and bugs, and blasts them off before you go in. This wash is good for cars that have light dirt, but nothing truely bonded to the body. The rest of the process runs very smoothly. Although many of the scrubbers dont get very close to the car. Missing the windows. This likely affects smaller cars more than SUVs. High detail areas like around the H emblem on the back of my car are totally missed. Their scrubbers dont reach into high detail areas very well. When my car comes out its looks freshly waxed. I like the free floor mat cleaners. You feed your mats in and it injects them with water, and then sucks the dirty water out of them. Very effective. The free vacuums also work well. They are cheaper than other places, and there is no lines. Even once they build up their customer base they are likely to no suffer lines, which is nice. I was getting sick of waiting 15 minutes in line to use the car wash at other places. If they could fix the scrubbers and spinners, getting them closer to the vehicles I would give them a 5 star rating.

Went there two times and both times got damage on my SUV, first time the mud flap was broken, which the manager reimbursed me for which was good on them. The second time my grills on the front bumper got broken off. You guys need to dial in your water pressure or do something because the car comes out super clean but Im not coming back to damage my car a third time!

This will be my new go-to place for a car wash! I used to go to the other one thats all around town, but they have those metal poles that will guide your car into place as you enter the car wash. My tire hit those things off center more than once and I think it affected my wheel alignment. They dont use those things at Tommys! Thats why Ill be only going to Tommys from now on. (I do miss Texas T-Bone, which used to be there. That place was soooooo GOOD!)

I went there because I had driven from out of town and my car had bug splatters on the front end and the windshield. They don’t have a pressure washer at the beginning of the wash to spray off the bugs. The $8 wash did not get all the bugs off. The sign says talk to them if unhappy. I asked the worker about it and she said there’s not much they can do. I will go to another place next time.
