An excellent place to take your bruised ride. I originally chose them because theyre within walking distance, and Ive always been impressed with their ultra-clean shop environment. Id been rear ended, and the repair process took about five days.When I came in to pick up my car, I thought it was brand new. Not only did they match the paint, stickers, and decals perfectly, but they also detailed the car. I certainly didnt expect that!Im not hoping to have any more body work, but if I do, Ill certainly take it to Morrow (Im sure they get a lot of people making that joke)!

Great experience! I would recommend them to friends and family for the great work they did, easy to communicate with staff, and great pricing. They will work with you on a package deal to keep you on budget. I have a busy schedule so dropped off the night before my appointment and used the secure key drop box and could write all my information down on the envelope which was super convince.

We were shopping for a used car that had some repair done by the previous owner. We took the car to Morrows for a visual checkup to ensure the car repairs were done correctly and to see if there were any unwanted surprises. The staff at Morrows performed an inspection of the repairs and found some items that were not done well. The staff were very detail oriented and gave us a peace of mind about the state of the car. We were able to negotiate with the dealer to get those items repaired during the purchase of the car. I highly recommend Morrows, the inspection was free!! Thank you!

Overall great experience with the Morrow Collision Center on N. 83rd Street. The quote process was simple, and the repair on our vehicle was done very well. The vehicle wasnt complete for several days beyond what was estimated, which wasnt ideal, but overall would definitely recommend this Morrow facility!

Kelsey and Tom went above and beyond to help me through an incredibly stressful time in my life. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler and quickly noticed something wasnt quite right when driving it, felt like it was idling hard. I took it to my mechanic, who recommended Morrows look at it to confirm his finding of a bent frame. Kelsey was easy to talk to, took the time to hear my story, coordinated same day drop-off, she even came and picked me up when Tom was finished inspecting it. Tom was incredibly thorough in his initial inspection, everything was written down in detail, along with photos confirming his findings. He took me outside so he could go over each item on the report and explain the reason that particular item should be fixed. I was armed with irrefutable evidence, which I brought to the dealerships attention, confirming they had sold me a vehicle with undisclosed frame and apron damage. I was (finally!) able to return the vehicle and get a full refund.Morrows Collision Center was there for me throughout this 5-week back-and-forth with the dealership. Kelseys commitment to being there for me, no matter what I needed, gave me the confidence to keep going and fighting for what was right. She treated me better than a friend, she treated me like family. I hope Im never in an accident, but if I am, Morrows will be the only place I will take my vehicle! As always, Morrow did a fantastic job getting my car looking new! This time I had a bit of paint on it from a spray paint can left on the road, but they were able to get all the splattered yellow off the rear bumper and back panels and its looking great. Thanks again guys!

I had some light damage to my car due to a branch falling during one of our storms this year. I took it to Morrow based on a friends suggestion and was SO happy that I did. Kelsey is awesome to work with and kept me in the loop the whole time. Not only did I get my car back sooner than expected, but they went the extra mile (literally) to deliver to my house AND my car was cleaned spotless inside and out. I highly suggest going to Morrow!

We recently took our Jeep into MCC to have the winter salt, dirt, mud and grime cleaned off. Took them an hour to completely detail the vehicle inside and out and make it look as good as it did when we bought it new. They are much more than an incredibly thorough and talented body shop. They truly care about you and your vehicle and do everything with integrity. Plus, they are pretty cool people. Cant go wrong with the MCC team.

Called to schedule an estimate to be done on my truck. when I got there took 10 minutes just to find the right door to go in. A half hour later I still hadnt even seen a person to talk to about this estimate. Ended up having to leave because I couldnt wait any longer. Will not return

I had Morrow replace my driver’s side window after a break-in, as well as my cracked windshield and they kept me well informed throughout both processes and were very helpful and personable. I’ll be taking my vehicle there for any repairs I need.
