I took my black Dodge Viper here to have paint correction done. My paint was in pretty bad condition and needed some swirls/scratches repaired. I ended up getting the Ming Mirror Finish and my paint looks brand new. As an added bonus, they had it done within the next day. Always impressed with Mings work.

I took my Jeep in after accidentally leaving the top front pieces off and it rained, they were super nice to work with- were able to get my car in from the minute i brought it there and got my carpet/seats cleaned/dried within a day and my parents even thought it looked great; super nice people to work with as well highly recommend

I called four places in Lincoln about powder coating rims for my Dodge Viper. All of the other shops wouldnt have been able to fit me in for at least a month. Ming was able to have them done in under a week.In addition to quick service, all of the other places required the rims to be separated from the tires beforehand. Ming handled unmounting, remounting, and balancing the tires which was very convenient.Other shops quoted me from $80-95 per rim while Ming was nearly double that, but factoring in the cost of unmounting, remounting, and balancing tires it all adds up anyways. Plus, as always, you get what you pay for at Ming - excellent quality and timeliness. Its well worth the convenience.I take my cars here for all cosmetic work and recommend them to everyone I know. Ming does excellent work.

Great people, great job car looks beautiful again

I feel that I paid a little extra for the “Ming Finish”, so I admit to having higher expectations. But, the fast and friendly service from the owners made me feel good with my decision.However, my dissatisfaction is from their follow up service. After about 12-14 months, I started noticing water spots were getting hard to wipe away after washing the car. After review of my 36 month mirror finish guarantee, I felt the finish was no longer satisfactory. Upon my return visit, I was told that my (black) car color was the issue and they wouldn’t honor my request.Because of this, I can not recommend this business.******PLEASE NOTE******I did receive a follow up call from the owner and I’m happy to report his willingness to “make it right”. I picked up the car today and the finish looks great! Thank you Allen.

Not impressed by Cobin. I sent him pictures of the rims I was wanting restored, and I got no reply, not even a hey I’ll get back to ya.. But he did reply once I said I was going to give him a bad review.. go figure.. Not a fan of him..

I took my Chevy Cruze to Ming after a hail storm dented my car all over. They were able to remove all the dents and my car came back looking like new again! Fast and professional service. These guys are top notch!

Ming cleaned the messed out of my car!! Very professional and they were able to remove 95% of interior roof stains. Pricing is more than reasonable and I will recommend those I can to come here for their car needs.(Wish I could provide photos but I’ll be embarrassing myself with the before photos)

We have been taking our vehicles to Mings well over 10 years. They never disappoint and their customer service is excellent. Their communication is superb. In repose to the one bad review about the credit card fee, Mings does not blind side you with this fee, they tell you when you drop your vehicle off about this fee if you choose to pay with credit card. Above 5 Stars!

My wife and I have been using Ming for over 18 years and cannot say enough about their quality of product/service! For us conventional car waxes arent comparable to the Ming finish whatsoever! Alan and his staff are awesome and courteous every visit. Very much recommended! !

Even tho my car was detailed nicely, Im not happy with their customer service. I had an ipod that came up missing in my car and natalie said that she sides with her employees. This ipod meant so much to me because it had music from a friend of mine that had been murdered. I wasnt offered even another detail or replacement. Basically left under the impression of they dont care bout nothing but money. Highly disappointed.

Affordable, great work, friendly people. Fixed a couple of dents on my Tesla and I’m very happy with the work and also the customer service. I was able to get a quote the same day and get it fixed only a few business days later.

I have never taken the time to write a review but felt it necessary to share my terrible experience with Ming in hopes they can improve. The car was not cleaned well at all. They told me employees were sick which is not a good thing to tell a customer. When I complained about the terrible job they were not interested in even coming out to look to see what a terrible job it was. They told me to bring it back and they would wash it only..... I went back and shared by disgust after the office manager lady was very rude on the phone and acted like they did nothing wrong. They took a whole 10 bucks off the bill and they did not even say thank you for me coming in to pay for a terrible job. I decided not to even have them wash it again because I paid 200 for a full detail which I never received. I hope they improve but I am very displeased in the service and the attitude!

I have used Ming several times. Last time in I had a sharp dent in the front fender from a shopping cart. I was sure that it was going to have to go into a full body shop for work. But the dent masters at Ming pushed it out. Could barely tell it had been dented at all without looking really closely at the small chip in the paint. Take it in, let them have a shot at it.

If you have door dings take it here. Great job and nice people.

My Daughter took a rim in to this place to be straightened after a bad pothole bent it I later called this business to pay the bill for her and was charged a 3.99 fee to use my credit card over the phone. I have never heard of this before sounds like Mings is ripping people off I owned several businesses and never charged people fees for using a credit card SHADY business practice Mings I will spread the word about this one!!!

We have two dogs, both of whom shed pretty well, and the hair had piled up big-time in the back seat of my wifes Mercury Mariner where we usually have them sit. Attempts to vacuum or brush the hair out of the car proved to be counter-productive. Paid $180 for Ming to do a full detail and it was worth every penny! The dog smell is gone, every last bit of hair was removed, and almost every little knick and scratch was removed from the outside. Most definitely would recommend these folks to anyone. Problem now is whether or not to let the dogs ever enter the car ever again!

I took my car to Mings because I thought they have been in business for a long time they must be good. I was sadly very disappointed. From the greeting at the door with a delay and not very professional to check out without offering a walk through which I wish I would have done before leaving, my bad. My seat tracks dirty, vanity mirror, ceiling dirty, I question if seat were shampooed and french fries in seat belt fasteners. I finished detail myself with a warm wash clothe and soap and got seats and ceiling looking like new and dug out french fries with my fingers and cleaned the rest. I phoned Mings and let them know. Not terribly empathetic but offered to touch it up I could bring back in well the reason I had it detailed was for my moms arrival back and short on time getting car there getting a ride and another ride back was why I got it detailed in the first place, short on time. At that point a where are you we are coming to get it would have been a more appropriate solution. Attention to detail at this auto detail not so much. I must say big waste of time and $160. I wont return.

We have Ming undercoat all our new vehicles and gave them inspected every year. Never had any problems.

Whoever is responsible for buffing black cars at Ming is a RARE find. Ive trusted them with my cars for 10 plus year!!! Top notch all the way around!

I had Allen and the crew repair an alloy rim after I scraped it on a curb. I was sick! These guys pulled off a miricle on this $ 1,000 rum and it looks perfect. I have looked for the repair and cannot find it!

I’ve been taking every vehicle that I purchase to Ming Auto Beauty Center for 27 years. Whenever I leave the dealership my first stop is to the shop that puts the “Magic Touch” on my latest pride and joy. There’s NOTHING that compares with the magnificent Ming finish and all that’s required for maintenance is an occasional brushless car wash for it to continue to look better than new. I also have the magic wand treatment performed on the interior as well. And down the road if you experience dings and dents they also have just what the doctor ordered ( doctor dent). I have had dents removed with the paintless dent removal system and I couldn’t find where they were afterwards. I recently put new tires on my wifes vehicle and discovered that 2 of the wheels were bent. I expected to have to replace them because they were cast alloy. Corbin and Paul ( the cast wheel “magicians ) restored them to new condition saving me over a thousand dollars. Ming is “ The” place to take any vehicle that you want people to look at and admire .
