Did Valve Stem Seals on my car cheaper than I thought it would be and when it was idling rough when I first got the car back he offered to do a free diagnostic to find the problem I show up to find out that one of the techs unhooked the battery and it was just relearning the computer. No problems with staff as they were real nice and professional

My car was constantly running horrible, ever since i got the car last year. The car was blowing clouds of white smoke and was only running on 3 cylinders. Took it to Gary here at Otto Performance and he took care of me. Everybody there knows what theyre doing and got me right back on the road! my car has never ran so good! I was out of town and my wife said she was having problems with the brakes on her van. I called Gary and he got her that day. After he fixed the problem, the brakes worked better than when I bought the vehicle.

Gary is a great, honest guy! Fixed my Murano the same day I took it in. They did an excellent job in fixing my wheel bearings. Will definitely be back and recommend him to others.

I took my Monte Carlo in for a diagnosis on my alignment. They found the heart of the problem, explained the causes, and put the best solutions in front of me. They didnt overcharge me and my car has never run so smooth in the entire time Ive owned it. If you can get an appointment with them, do it!

I took my Evo 9 to him to have my headers changed it was supposed to be a 3-4 hr job but ended up taking 4 days including a Saturday, but Gary came in on his day off to have the car done for me cause i needed it for a car show later that day and he did a excellent job. He also has worked on my Mazda RX8 which has rotary engine in it and SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY. He also is doing a tune up on my dads Mercedes. HE CAN WORK ON ANY CAR AND KNOWS HIS STUFF. I would recommend him to anyone, Hes a great guy to work with and his prices are very reasonable.

He goes above and beyond to serve his customers in a timely fashion, and to do so while delivering the most cost-effective, high-quality work. He strikes a good balance of diagnosing problems, sharing what work must be done, and using parts that last. I left with a hug and kept thinking, You know youve found a good mechanic when youre worried about being under-charged. I saw how hard Gary works, and wanted to be sure he and his team were being compensated well for the amazing work they do.I met Gary when I found myself struck on the side of the freeway traveling through Lincoln, Nebraska, 21 hours into my trip from Arizona to Minnesota. Though late in the day, Gary was quick to say theyd be able to look at my vehicle. That night, he generously offered me a ride to my hotel and picked me up the next morning. When my vehicle continued to have problems, he was quick to rescue me off the freeway yet again, and continued to diagnose the cascade of issues it was having due a faulty alternator. I remained in Lincoln for 5 days as we waited on parts and discovered new issues. On my drive home, Gary called twice to make sure that the vehicle was running well and I was safely on my way home to Minnesota.During my time in Lincoln, I was able to see Garys love of cars and problem solving, though what was most obvious was his care and compassion for those who came into his shop. When they couldnt deliver a part until the next day, Gary went to get it. When we discovered that we needed a second key to program my new PCM, he jumped in the car and off we went. When a customer needed to drop off their rental, he offered to follow them and pick them up, ensuring that she didnt have to figure out another plan to get her vehicle back. When a customer needed their car on Monday, he came in at the crack of dawn on Sunday to get it done. He showed the same care and compassion for each person and each vehicle, from the many restored vintage cars that fill his shop, to the hotrods with more power than I can comprehend, to the 11 year old trucks like my own.I think the hardest part about meeting Gary is that I have a new standard for finding a mechanic close to home. Had I ended up at a different mechanic, I can only imagine how stressful those 5 days of extensive car repairs would have been. Instead I can truly say that my time in Lincoln, Nebraska was a blessing.A big thank you to Gary and Adam for the many hours of work they put into my vehicle, especially while still taking care of the other vehicles that had scheduled repairs. And thank you to their families, as I know that helping me out led to some later nights and longer weekends at the shop. Took my car in, they didnt even bother changing all my spark plugs. Went to another shop telling me only 4 were changed. Other reviews must be afmily friends stay weary. Anywhere but here.

Way over price dont fall for the for the quality price BS they give you, even then they over price that. They try to pull off trudtworthy hoping you are a fool.

Gary and Shelby work on my 07 turbocharged honda civic si. They fixed my oil leak problem from the oil pan. Gary seems very knowledgeable and Shelby tighten up all my bolts from my prl turbo kit.

I had my timing belt and water pump changed with Gary a few months ago on my 1999 Ford Contour and he did a hell of a job for a 1/3 of the price that Ford wanted! Hes worked on cars all over the world - including Greece where I was staying at the same time he was in the air force there! My only complaint is that I cant hear the engine running anymore - its too quiet!Thanks Gary!
