Very long line. But it rained the night before. Didnt take too much time though.It had been three weeks since I had the truck washed. Lots of pitch and bugs. Looked great after going through the wash.

Came by a few times with the company vehicle and got the best wash. Was really impressed that it actually washed the wheels and shine the tires. Cleaned my dads car really well, vacuumed out the dirt great. Guy named Logan was especially friendly.

First time there and I thought it was pretty cool. Easy, and simple. Im very happy with the results. Unhappy with some grumpy old man who couldnt wait for me to take my antenna off. He had to sneak by quite quickly as if I was doing something wrong. Both ended up at the vacuums together so I doubt he really made up anytime. Just beware the cityits from Sun City.

They offer a monthy price to wash your car without any limit on the amount of washes you prefer. Very easy to drive through, they guide you the entire way, and offer an area to vacuum your cars interior (self-serve). Sometimes they can be busy. Last time I went, despite the amount of cars, I was fully through the wash in 10 minutes from start to finish. The price for monthly service is not much more than paying for 1 wash. My membership is $39.00 a month.

Quick and clean. The wash missed the lower front of my car and the dryer was so so. I always bring a towel for a quick wipe down after anyway so not a big deal.

Has the best vacuums of any quick quack Ive been to. They need to step up their game and get some dog treats though..my dog was heartbroken she didnt get a treat.

For $30 a month i get unlimited washes at the highest tier. Shaded area provided for dry off and vacuuming out afterwards. This is the only car wash Ive ever seen that has an air nozzle so you can blow water out of the little nooks and crannies while youre drying your car. Air fresheners and microfiber towels are available for purchase on sight. The light show is great as you go through the wash.

I have 4 cars I get washed at the Lincoln QQ. My truck mirror was brushing up against one of the signs. I notified the young lady who checked me in, who notified another gentleman, who notified another by the name of Ashton. Ashton and the crew seemed to care about my concern and promised the issue would be fixed that day. I am extremely please with the team at QQ for caring and listening to me. What a great team and thank you Ashton for addressing my concerns. Job well done!

When I had went to this one a worker name leah was really nice and helpful. I didn’t really understand the membership she explained it it to me and told me it best to get the Unlimited membership. So I got it and I enjoy the customer service here.

Update: Quick Quack contacted me and had me come in and meet with the store manager. He was super cool. They are paying to get the scratches fix.The car wash scratched my new truck. The people there dont even apologize. They seem like they know it happens and they know I cant do anything about it.

Received great customer service! We signed up for monthly service with Leah. She was very professional and polite. The membership process was smooth and easy!

I stopped by Quick Quack for the first time today. After paying 20 bucks for the upgraded car wash being instructed to pull forward another attendant walked on to the drive to say they would be performing maintenance on the wash and there would be no more cars for a while and did not know how long it would take. I showed her I had a infant in my back seat and explained I wasnt going to be able for an indeterminate amount of time. She said she would then refund my debit card and turn the rest of the line away as well. Because I paid with debit and the refund typically takes several days to a week, I asked of she could refund me in cash so I could go elsewhere, which was apparently not possible. Why you would perform maintenance in the middle of the day or wait to close the drive until youve had customers pay is beyond me but I would have expected better service from a brand new location.

No matter which one I go to the employees have always been friendly!

Signed up 2 vehicles at the same time for the top tier wash membership in April. Should have been half price for 2nd vehicle (30+15=45). Been charged 2 separate 30 dollar transactions 5 months in a row. There’s no corporate number apparently, and I’ve filled out the online form multiple times and never received a response. The washes are great, the employees are friendly, but I’m not going to keep getting overcharged. This is my last-ditch effort to get somebody’s attention at quick-quack, because I really would rather continue to use the wash rather than block them on my credit card.

Always clean, vacuums almost always work great, they dont hassle me or anyone else about using the vacuums with out buying a wash, which i do once maybe twice a month. Im at the vacuums 3x a week

Absolutely great place. The staff are at the top of their game. Always excellent customer service. It can be 109 degrees outside and the employees greet customers with a smile and a great attitude. Each time each employee. Also the wash itself is awesome. I have a membership with five cars $90 a month and they are always spotless. Great value and zero complaints. Keep up the awesome work and the top crew. I’d hire them all in a heartbeat.

Car wash and vaccums work just fine. The only thing that holds this place up from being a five star place is that they lack anything to clean down your car mats with.

This is a pretty cool car wash club and super affordable. My only complaint is the air dryer at the end doesnt last for long at all and I have to dry the rest of my car with a cloth.

They wont let you have ANYTHING in your truck bed. Like my 4×8 sheet of plywood would blow out in the car wash but yet never on the freeway. Brilliant policy

They just put a new car wash in Lincoln, which is where I live. I havent been there yet, but I did go to the one on Stanford Ranch Road in Rocklin several times. It was easy and the people are friendly.

I just took my brand new 2020 diesel truck through Quick Quack. Afterwards I took my boys to Jamba Juice and we got out of the truck and my son pointed out that there was a lot of scratches and damage to the truck. I didn’t believe him so I got out and looked. Quick quack scratched up and down my truck on all sides and left a massive scratch on the back door. I went back to Quick Quack and explained what happened and they wrote up an incident report but they said their manager was on vacation so they couldn’t do anything about it and I would get a call in five days. I have a membership with these guys for 10+ vehicles and I pay it monthly for my business. I’m disappointed in their process of fixing issues. They should have a process to where they can automatically look at the vehicle and give a solution instead of waiting over a week to hear back from them. I expect a full resolution on this and for them to buffer my entire truck. I would highly recommend to anybody to not go through that car wash until they figure out why it scratching vehicles so badly.

I took my car to the brand new location in Lincoln, when i got out of the wash i noticed a 3” chip on my door and the clear coat was peeled off on my rear fender Panel. I Talked to the manager, he said he would check the footage and get back to me. I came back down for him to look at the damages, and said he wouldn’t be able to cover it. This is a brand a new car wash and it’s taking paint off of cars already. Would not recommend taking your car there, and will not go back
