I HIGHLY recommend Cheryl Hasson State Farm! I moved to Las Vegas from Florida last month and started calling local, nearby State Farm offices the day after I got here, as I knew I wouldnt be able to get my Nevada drivers license or register my car here (or do anything else, really) until I transferred my automobile insurance to a Nevada agent. I got voicemail at the first two offices and left messages (one never called me back, and the other didnt call me back until almost a week later). Cheryl Hasson State Farm was the third call, and they started helping me immediately! They took care of everything and followed up with me multiple times with status updates by phone and text. Jody, Jordan and other staff I spoke with are all super friendly, very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, and they had everything worked out and my temporary automobile insurance card to me in just a few days so that I was able to get my NV drivers license and register my car here just over a week after my arrival, and it was all done over the phone. I know I dont know these people, and I havent even met any of them in person yet, but I feel like I know them because of how theyve treated me and helped me so readily, effectively and efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way, and theyve made my transition to becoming a Nevada resident so much easier and less stressful than I could have ever thought possible!

I can’t say enough how pleased I am with this agency. FYI, I was a loyal Farmers customer for years and let me tell you, Farmers lost all of my business. They jacked up my rates and not to get into too many details, left me in a bind for coverage on a new property THE DAY i was supposed to close escrow. I called this State Farm office to get pricing and to see if there was anything they could do. I spoke to the Rocio Rodriguez, and the level of service she provided was absolutely wonderful. Edna is the worst! Ive literally spoken with 4 different agents about renters insurance and all of these people are too incompetent to do a single task. Theyre contradicting and rude, they want to be sassy when you get upset because you have to call 4 times and speak with multiple people about changing an error. Edna is probably the most disrespectful out of the bunch Ive had to speak with. She wanted to tell me about an email i never received to prove a point, which was completely petty. I also spoke with Marcia (or whatever) and I told her I might have spoken with her because I have spoken with a few of their agents and she instantly was like um no you didnt speak with me. Clearly they need to have a customer service meeting or hire people who set the bar instead of meeting expectations. I suggest going with a different branch!
