I would like to share my experience I hope it works as a reference for future customers, Ive been w Freeway insurance for over a year now, Melissa has been always my agent and always take care of me, and finding the best policy for me, she was previously on Decatur/Sahara now on this location, I always feel free to contact her because I know she always help me right away, and if she cant do it at the moment shell follow up as soon as she can, also her team treat me very good and my friend which of course I Refer to her and the company. Also if you need assistance in Spanish you need to reach Melissa.

Freeway insurance on Rancho is a cut above the rest. Vicky is the most amazing agent Ive ever dealt with. She really understood my needs and my financial limitations and worked tirelessly to find the perfect fit. Ive used them before and was extremely pleased with their service so naturally when it came time to insure again I returned and was delighted with the results. This place truly is the best in the business. Hands down!!

Cancelled insurance twice in 6 months from card not going through is what they said but credit card was never close to limit and use it everyday with no issue and they dont notify you until its cancelled and your driving around with no insurance. They make it extremely inconvenient to renew and set it up again and take no responsibility

Do not get insurance from this company. If you have to make ANY changes like you bought a new car and sold your other car they WILL give you the run around. Been trying for 2 days first several people said I caught do it over the phone YES SEVERAL different agents, but it have to be with local person. One person started to help that was local then NEVER came back on the phone when this person claimed to open your policy. Finally spoke to another one and this person said you have to come in EVEN THOUGH CORPORATE just said I could do it over the phone. One person from corporate pretty much told me in different words the local agents are lazy if the office has other customers they won’t help over the phone but usually they can. Single mother here I have to drag my kids in. I tell you one thing they will GLADLY open a new policy over the phone and take your money that way no issues there but their customer service is disgustingly horrible and they are rude to when you tell them your concerns. I will be canceling with them.

After a couple unfortunate incidents caused my insurance to skyrocket, I went here with not so optimistic attitude. WellI I was wrong! They worked to get me the best rate and made the process quick and efficient.

This location is my favorite it’s small but you get really great personal service from Jesse Cardenas. I went to a few different insurance companies and he has found me the best rate by far.

If you go to the office they have great customer service,but if you want to give them a call after getting insurance with them ,95% they wont answer your calls.

Did the online quote and received a call right away which is real good so I can get the info I need BUT... the Representative Jesus was very pushy and quick to get me off the phone.. I asked friendly ohhh you guys call right away I thought I’d get the quote online and he took as an insult I suppose but I was just amazed at how quick the called and attended to give me info. He apologized for nothing cause he didn’t do anything and proceeded to hang up on me... without me even saying like no thanks for your service or just anything in general.. so he asks do you need assistance give me your info... so I just told him straight up your rude and could’ve handled the phone call a little differently. Too pushy and just quick to get me off the phone and blessed him a good day. Total non sense. Bad customer service and it’s my first time trying to get a quote for this company.. 1star

I dont like how they stopped giving change. Like if you pay $96/month but you only have a $100 bill. You can either go find somewhere to break your bill or you cam consider it a donation to Freeway.Dont let them fool you like they did to my boyfriend either, he was told the the extra $4/month will go towards an extra day. So instead of being due on the 26th itd be due on the 27th if he let them keep the change. Obviously this was a lie & also very professional.

More like very poor/unfair. My coverage with them was 15/30/10 with a $500 deductible costing me $240 a month, I did a little bit of shopping around and 4 other major auto insurance companies quoted me for $120 or less a month with 15/30/25 coverage and a $500 deductible. Better coverage with half the price. Do not use them for insurance, I guarantee you can fid a better price.
