Ive been having my car insurance with Universal Insurance for over 3 years now and they are amazing!! The ladies up front are very welcoming and really nice and answer all my questions . The agents are amazing as well! Juan and Alex both make sure I have the lowest rate on my full coverage sport car (which is quite expensive). But with them I feel safe and I know I am fully covered!! They have a lot of insurance companies to choose from that are actually BIG known companies. I highly recommend Universal Insurance!!On top of that, I go to do my taxes with them every year. They have a lowest price with the biggest return! Since I am a self contractor it’s a huge hassle to do taxes but they make it super easy!! Thank you guys for all your help!!

A great insurance company until you need them. Been with them for 8 plus years of which they collected there premium religiously. When I needed them for an issue with water damage they made up every excuse in the book why they were going to deny the claim. What a disappointing and dishonest company. I know when you read this you will just say I have sour grapes because my claim was denied, but when this happens to you and IT WILL, you can remember my warning. My advise is get out while you can.

Online quotes will not process just refers you to call. On phone quotes are quick, prices higher than Allstate
