Im so sick of this company the people in the office never know anything literally every other month I have a problem with my policy they told me they were canceling me because my address wasnt verified and they got mail sent back because my mailbox was full ! I dont even have a mailbox I have a drop box so all my mail is dropped into my apartment! Then they said they were dropping me because I have a undisclosed driver and they said the driver name was my kid which is a five year old , then tried to say I stated I have another driver in my policy when Im literally the only driver of my vehicle. This is the worst company no wonder why they are cheap. I only have one star because I couldnt leave it as 0 but I highly Recommend getting your car towed everytime for not having insurance than to deal with this company. They need to be trained better or something because it seem like they just hired anybody.

There are 2 girls here that are a complete joke! I believe their names are Mariana and Jasmine. They tried to use covid as an excuse for my insurance charges going up instead of doing research as you should. To top it off instead of helping they will turn around and say if you dont understand or like what we are telling you call progressive directly thats called work avoidance! DO YOUR JOB! Im sure they dont pay you to sit and turn clients away.

The people are nice..... except this is my first insurance place where Ive gone that the insurance they changes month to month and if your insurance is $159 then you need to give them the exact amount because they will keep your change just doesnt sound right

My mother moved to Texas and after three years came back. The guy cancelled the insurance and put as if my mom lapsed in payments when she tried to re- register her vehicle she was either to pay 700$ or show receipts from who knows how many years back. And when I tried to cancel as well it was a big run around.
