Ive been a customer with State Farm Insurance for over 30 years. I have been a customer of Cody Clarks State Farm Insurance Office for over 12 years now. I have a home owners policy and three vehicle policies along with a renters policy. I have always had pleasant, reasonable, professional experiences with the entire staff during the years. I have had many questions regarding my policies and all the differences each policy can come with. My questions have been met with understandable explanations/conservations regarding the policies and coverages. For the last several years, I have been working with Tina of Cody Clarks Team. Many of my interactions with Tina are over email communications and have always resulted in my satisfaction. Even on occasions when I have had to question certain aspects of my insurance needs, Tina has always taken the time to address my needs in a professional, courteous, and most importantly a knowledgeable manor. I dont need to be over covered and certainly do not want to be under covered. Each one of my policies requires different needs and Tina has helped my family realize the proper coverage based on our needs. The entire staff, especially Tina has been a wealth of knowledge for my insurance needs. I have not had many claims, but when I have had one, Cody Clarks staff has been very responsive to my needs. When it comes to insurance needs, Tina and the entire staff have provided me with a sense of security and peace of mind in a time when in can be hard to find. This office has earned my trust. Let me count the ways. Been with this office for years 4 policies, and not 1 response ever. Looking for you cash. Removed me from the policy without asking. My wife was still on it. Never added my daughter upon request. I mean just go through the reviews and see for yourself. Years of customer neglect. It will catch up to you. Keep it up.

Been with this office going on 6 years now and they are the most unprofessional and unresponsive State Farm brokerage I’ve ever experienced. They never answer calls and never return calls when you submit an online form with them they never file it correctly. At the moment they have sent me a document to sign and I signed and emailed it back to them last week. They continue to send me the same request to sign and then return the same document this time with someone else’s information on it . I reached out to them on multiple occasions but can never get a call back . Funny enough I guarantee they will see this bad review and finally get back to me . They only work on changing their image than their quality . Will be changing brokerages.

Cody Clarks office is amazing! They have the best prices! ( I have shopped around!) They also have the best coverage. I send all my friends and family to Cody Clarks office, and will continue to do so! Thank you guys!

Heather Love makes sure I get all the discounts I apply for! Whenever I have a question, and I always have many, she takes her time to explain things to me thoroughly. Heather has always conducted herself in a personable and professional manner. Often going out of her way to handle things in a timely fashion, her accountability is always appreciated. She has been there for me time after time and really makes me feel that “like a good neighbor Heather is there!”

Very good rates on insurance for me being an 18 year old, new driver. Heather Love helped me out she was very nice, professional, Got us the best deal possible, and really made things easy for us.
