This place is great!There was something rattling under my truck.And the idle was randomly fluttering 500 rpms.I thought either I did something wrong on the ignition coil and spark plug install I had done myself a few days prior. Maybe I had to do something with the computer?Anyway, between that and the rattle, Im stressing that its gonna be expensive. So I take it into this place cuz its a block from my house.Turns out the brackets on the heat shield had broken, typical for a vehicle of this mileage. I was thinking worse case scenario someone stole my catalytic converter or the transmission was falling apart or something major! Nope! Just three brackets. 😊And the fluttering rpms? Uhhhh, I forgot to hook a small hose back up on the coil plug job!! Lolol! Oh Geez! My bad!They were honest and could have jacked up the price and added something extra on, like a lot of shady places do.So, if youre looking for an honest, fair priced shop, I recommend these guys. Ill be taking the Xterra there for any jobs I dont think I can tackle myself.Very happy with them.

They charged me 6 hours to replace a fuse. Someone tampered w/ car. The mechanic had light eyes and small pupils.6 hours is something like change a gas tank....not a fuse. Take that for what its worth

I was visiting from Illinois and had car problems. I brought it here and they charge me 85$ and said they fixed the issue. I still had the same issue when leaving and they were close by the time I went to grab my car and didn’t open the next day and I had to be back in Illinois. My mechanic said they should’ve never touch what they said they fixed because there wasn’t a engine light or code. So don’t go here they’ll rip u off.

This is a phenomenal body and parts shop! Not only is the work they perform outstanding, but the customer service and education/support is unbelievable. They wont sell you anything you dont need and theyll also walk you through step by step on the best approach to fix/maintain your vehicle. They treat you like they would their own family and I wont go anywhere else!

These guys are honest, and that is so critical when dealing with unknown problems with your car.They could have easily talked me into getting an all new coolant system, but instead replaced the fan to correct the issue and saved me $. They also let me know I still have life in the brakes of an 6 year old car with OEM brakes. That made me want to come back for future service.

Great reviews, horrible experience. Was hoping to find a nearby shop as I moved to the area recently. Came here for an oil change and brake job. Oil Change: well, noticed oil leaking from my truck onto my garage floor. Decided to clean it up to see if maybe a little oil was spilled. Nope. Oil leak increased and was all over my garage. Checked the oil filter, WAS NOT TIGHTENED! Seriously?!??Lets hope they did a better job on my breaks.

Recently I took my 2016 Honda Civic to Sun Valley Auto to have the oil changed and rotate the tires. I was very satisfied with the service, cost, and everyone I dealt with. A few days later my car wouldn’t start, seemed like it was the battery. My office is across the street from the shop, so I walked over and asked if someone could help me. Matt offered to help and we walked over to my car; it was around 5:00 p.m. and the temperature was 28 degrees. He immediately realized the cables were loosened from the battery so he tightened them and the car started right up. Then we drove over to the shop where he used a tool to tighten them even more. He explained that sometimes they aren’t tightened at the factory and will come loose over the course of time. I called the next day and talked to Jere, the owner, to let him know how much I appreciated Matt’s help. I want to thank Matt, again, for coming out in the freezing weather, for being smart enough to determine the problem was a simple fix, and for having the integrity not to charge me for unnecessary repairs.

I would have just called but i didnt want to get chewed out again. I tried to tell you your machine was not filling my propane tanks all the way. You tried to tell me it was my tanks (all 4 gauges were broke the same way). Went to uhaul. All four tanks were under-filled by 1/2 gallon. Now my tanks read full.

Im not one to usually complain but I had my car towed here in order to have service done after priorly talking to them explaining the whole entire situation and problem I was having. I was told they would work with my warranty coverage that was until I arrived everything changed needless to say I feel like they told me what I wanted to hear to get me there. I Feel very mislead.

These guys have been the familys mechanic for forever now. I trust only them to work on my car.

I ultimately had a great experience at the end of the day.The price of the alternator that they quoted me was more than twice as much as the most expensive alternator for this car at AutoZone ($190 vs $450). They mentioned that this was because of the year warranty that their part came with. However, the part at AutoZone came with a lifetime warranty.They let me bring in the alternator from AutoZone for them to install, they warned me that if it stopped working, then I would need to pay installation costs again.. I figured that would be fine since the chances of that happening were low, if they are able to install it properly.They installed the alternator and everything worked fine. They were really nice about everything afterwards.. and they even waved my diagnosis fee since I already knew what the issue was before bringing it in.Still not sure why there was such a huge markup on the parts they were buying... But if you can get past that part, they are a great shop.

My roommate bought a truck from someone that was less than honest and weve gone to them for help with all of the problems that weve experienced. My car broke down when I first moved to Denver as well and I couldnt pay for the repairs due to my terrible financial situation, so I had to leave the car there for almost 6 weeks, but the shop kept me updated and took great care of me, and was extremely patient. Theyll always have my service!(Note: We know that the truck had lots of problems from visits to various shops before we found them, theyre not up sellers or salesman here, just a genuine, caring, honest team.)

I went in cause my jeep was making noises the gentlman at the desk came outside and listen to it for a minute and knew exactly what was wrong! I am very please with my alignment. It only took an hour to fix my alignment! It was only 86$. But. One thing I am going to be honest about is that I went in for ONLY an alignment and was called an hour later. He said my car was ready. Then went on to tell me my car was dog tracking I said, kay how much will it be to fix this? He said , 700-600$.I said okay let me look into this. My cars back tire was skidding and causes me.issues so I thought maybe this is dog tracking. I went to my family member who has worked on cars for 30+ years. What was actually wrong with my car was that it was stuck in 4wd. One press of a button the problem my car was having was gone. It was not dog tracking. So before these guys tell you to give them 700+ dollars to fix an issue look Into to it. Other than that this place is awesome. I hate to give a semi bad a review but this isnt okay. I feel as if just because I was a female they felt like they could trick me. Sorry. This is the truth. I love this place other then this incident! Feel bad...

Read the reviews online so I came into the shop to make an appointment jermay made me feel like an inconvince for stepping foot onto the lot . He told me the only way to tell what was wrong with the vehicle was to do an alignment which would cost 69 then we could go from there . I told him Id rather just start with having the vehicle looked at he stated one more time the first place to start was to do an alignment this would be the only way to tell whats wrong with it . This was stated without even looking at the car . I told him I didnt want any work done just yet I wanted the car looked over then I was told it would cost 125 to look at it and the alignment would be the cheapest way to go I felt like I was being sold even Befor I had a chance to make an appointment and it did not make me feel comfortable with being told the truth of what is wrong with the car . I would not trust my car or the honesty of the shop based on my short encounter with jermay. Had my male friend call a few hours later and he was told to bring it in the next day there would be no charge to look at his vehicle .Had my male friend call a few hours later with the same issue different car and was told he could bring it the next day for an estimate no charge . Ever sense i brought my car in 2 months ago for a coolant leak my car has been having worse issues than when i brought it in in the first place , my car over heated on the freewaythe coolant was completley empty they never properly flushed the system either and a noise of water has been in my dash board ever sense
