Today was just an excellent oil change but the last time I was in it was because I needed my engine rebuilt. They did a fantastic job and she is driving better than ever.

My 2001 Saab 9-3 had very loud engine noise. They took apart the whole engine and found the loose/missing bolts. Car sounds and runs great now! Very pleased.

This is the first time Ive gone to this place, I needed to get one of the wheel studs replaced. They replaced the stud but when they did, they damaged the new lugnut. I had to tell them to replace that nut or else I wouldnt be able to remove later on if I needed to. A picture is attached below.

I got an oil change with a coupon. They wont let you stand behind the building to watch them work on your car (Outside of the actual building). They claimed it was a work area but there was nothing back there. That is fishy. I am not sure if they actually changed my oil. It only took about 12 minutes.They owner drove my car into the workbay. He changed my radio station and turned it off too. He also turned off my interior fan and ac. He only drove the car 30 feet from the front to the work area. My interior reeked of oil afterwards. The owner needs to be clean if he drives the cars.I will never go back here.

When to get smog but i remember last time they got me with a fail but i wanted to give them a second chance. They got me again.Older cars they will not pass they claim ir needs repairs and you have to pay extra for repairs. I had a intake hose to replace after doing so went to another shop to check and they said it would pass.So i went back guy connected scanner then said it would not pass repairs needed.Beware!

Worst move I made left there with an oil leak when I was getting an oil change and the Asian guy who worked inside had an attitude wouldnt recommend this location to anyone bad service and crappie work at a price 0 stars.

I went here twice. The first time I got a good deal on a oil change and decided to go back again. A few weeks later I had my car serviced somewhere else and my oil was soooo black and I was told it was never changed recently. What a scam. Beware. Make sure they actually change your oil!

NOT TRUE. ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS CALL THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND VERIFY THAT WHEN IT WAS INSTALLED IT WAS LEGAL WHICH HE FAILED TO DO OR WOULD NOT DO. IT DID NOT FAIL THE SMOG TEST, BUT HE FAILED IT BECAUSE OF A SERIAL NUMBER QUESTION WHICH COULD BE SETTLED WITH ONE SIMPLE PHONE CALL WHICH ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS HAVE. IF YOU HAVE A CATALYTIC CONVERTER INSTALLED THOSE NUMBERS ARE REPORTED TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THERE IS A TOLL FREE NUMBER TO CHECK IF THE CONVERTER IS LEGAL. AND THAT LEGAL CONVERTED IS ON YOUR CAR IT IS ACCEPTABLE TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR AS LONG AS IT WORKS.Meineke Econo Lube Lakewood and Meineke Corporation. I had a dispute for the Lakewood Meineke on Paramount and Market (Candlewood) and they would not handle the complaint. The dealer on Parmount and market said my catalytic converter on my car failed the test because it was stolen and therefore failed it. However, It was purchased by Jims Auto on Cherry Ave near Del Amo who has been in business for over 30 years and paid by my insurance company because the original one was stolen. I asked how he knew it was stolen and corporate would not answer meor help resolve the issue. Even though the California Resource Board states that when installed it is legal and it is Grandfathered in until it goes bad due to a mechanical defect. DO NOT USE MEINEKE SERVICE STATIONS BECAUSE CORPORATE WILL NOT BACK UP THE CONSUMER

They were very honest and even gave me a discount on my service fee. They replaced my master cylinder and added brake fluid and did an oil change for barely 200. I think thats a fair honest price for all that. They were very quick in getting it all done as well. My car drives like new. They did an excellent job. Will recommend them and will come back for more work when needed for sure.

Oil changes are about an average price but they work fast. They havent tried to rip me off like other mechanics with made up problems. After about 5 visits theyve memorized my face and name so it makes the encounters feel a little more personable. Overall - if youre on the area and need an oil change, stop by for 1 and give them a try. See if it works out the same for you as it has for me.

I call to ask a question. The person that pick up the phone was very rude. Said he was busy today, and to call back next week after he just hung up the phone. And when I call back they didnt answer the phone.

Needed a Smog check for my 2009 Ford Ranger, got there just after 9am was in and out in just about 15 minutes. Super easy.

This place did us ok when we got our smog...but be careful, they are a little TOO by the book. Had I not been with my Wife, they wouldve made​ our bill much much more expensive by suggesting to fix many minor things that I can and do fix myself. Try to have someone that is a bit knowledgeable about basic maintenance with you before you go stepping into this place. Take care of yourselves.👍

False advertising, set up an appointment weeks ago for an advertised free oil change, read all the fine print to make sure I knew exactly what to do. I show up for my appointment and some Asian guy comes up to me and asks what I needed, I tell him I have an appointment for an oil change, he asks if its the free one, I say yes, and then proceeds to tell me they dont do that there. What the hell do you mean you dont do that youre a meineke and it was advertised to get it done at any meineke with an appointment. So I asked well where can I go to get it done and he tells me no location is gonna do it, if theyre not going to uphold what they said they would do as a company then I wont be returning to this location or any location for that matter any time in the near future.Update:So update to my last review, Im guessing the owner or whoever responded to my last review was just trying to save face for the public without any intention of doing anything. After I had gotten the response to email them to resolve the situation, I did, and you know what happened? Nothing. Havent received a response to my email after over 2 months, Ive checked my spam but still nothing. So I guess they dont really have any intention of helping just appearing that they do, thats some great customer service for you isnt it? Wont ever be going back.

Google had their closing time on Saturday at 6 p.m. the same as a Monday through Friday hours. But clearly their sun-aged sign on their front door shows that they close at 5 p.m. on Saturday and have for quite some time. Thanks Google Maps.

Horrible customer service, and they lie. They say they dont carry a synthetic blend. Pushed me to buy a fully synthetic oil when my car has only been receiving a blend, even at the dealership. Very dishonest people.

Been having engine problems after they changed my oil. They left my drain plug loose leaving the oil to seep out and after taking it back they showed me an engine diagram from another car supposing that it was leaking from a part that my engine didnt even have.

I went there for a coolant leak. They said I needed to replace my engine. I took my car to another place, they never mentioned any engine problems. Warning, dont go there. They might rip you off.
