I have been living at one of properties that Lakeshore manages now for the last 1.5 years and I can honestly say that so far, it’s been a very pleasant experience. Anytime I’ve had any questions or a maintenance request they respond within 24 hours. Things are handled quickly around here and very professionally. The grounds on the property are in immaculate condition as we have folks out here maybe every other week or so that keep the outside grounds looking nice and we’ll landscape. The neighbors are friendly and it is a very quiet and safe place to live. Highly recommend doing business with these guys!

We called them for 3 days in a row, emailed them and left messages: nobody got back to us. Eventually I got lucky and finally talked to the person in the office instead of an answering machine/secretary. So unprofessional and absolutely indifferent. It turned out that the property which was listed as dog friendly didnt allow dogs. They simply collect application fees, then pick the highest bidder and they can get away with it because the market is so hot right now.

We have rented from Lakeshore Corporation the last 7 years. They have always been prompt in responding to concerns or work orders. We have been currently working with Jacob Weaver re: a lease extension and he has been excellent in responding promptly back to us with information regarding our new lease. I highly reccomend this property management company for both future tenants and owners wanting to rent their home.

We tried to reach out to the leasing office for one of their rentals and never heard back from them..Then the call gets picked up by their operators who will take your information, with an assurance that someone will follow-up. Well, guess what nobody ever follows up. All they have is an automated bot scheduling and cancelling tours and no actual human to address your interest..

Ive been a customer of Lakeshore Corporation for a couple of years now. They are professional, responsive and really help me out. While I am ultimately responsible for all my units, its helpful to have a team in my corner to help me with day-to-day tasks and the myriad large and small things that come up along the way. I recently added some more units and Ive asked Lakeshore to help me with those as well. They are my first choice for property managers.

I used Lakeshore as residential property management for nearly three years and will never recommend them for three reasons.1. Lakeshore will not collect all the required fees from tenants and will instead pass the costs onto the owners. Be prepared to be taken to collections and threatened with legal action.2. Lakeshore is not timely in responding to tenants or owner requests. Tenants complained about birds pecking through the house siding for 2 months. Water damage went unreported resulting in almost $20,000 worth of repairs.3. Lakeshores employees do not communicate with each other. The house had tens of thousands of water damage waiting to be repaired and the leasing office kept calling trying to arrange tours while the house wasnt safe for prospective tenants. Employees would routinely push issues to other parts of the company and as a result basic items like annual inspection reports were not filed.

I engaged Lakeshore Corp to manage my rental condo and after 5 years of working together, I am happy to report they have provided excellent service. They provided me with peace of mind and have kept me well informed, while taking care of the tenants. They are easy to work with, reasonable and competitive fees, and professional in their communication. I love the online portal and reliable monthly payments. I am on autopilot since relying on Lakeshore. Highly recommend.

Half hour open houses in the middle of nowhere. You have to give all your info up-front, before they will give the address, which caused me to miss the open house. That is a stupid way to run a company...

I currently rent from this company, if there is ever a issue with anything be it a tenant or something with maintenance they handle it fast and respectful. never had any problems at all. once had a hot water tank leak in the middle of the evening on a weekend and they sent a emergency plumber out asap no questions. even when calling to the office to talk to someone they actually Answer, unlike most places! and are very kind on the phone as well.

I have never rented through a property management company before and was concerned about the response and turn-around times for potential maintenance issues as opposed to a private landlord. We have been leasing an older property through them for the past year and a half. The staff has responded promptly to all issues and provided quick turn around times when maintenance work is needed. I had to update and change my review upon receiving a letter of our move-out statement. It is incredible for all the charges we have received given the fact that prior to moving into our home it was dirty, unpainted, and had poor upkeep with the landscape. Yet, we were charged a ridiculous amount of money just on landscape that they claim was “heavy overgrowth” and other charges that don’t seem reasonable. I am truly disappointed with the amount they claim we owe them now and do not wish to ever rent with the management again.

They do not care about their clients and are impossible to contact. Weve called, left several messages, emailed, and even drove to their office (at 3pm on a Wednesday so according to their hours, they should have been opened) but nobody was there. Avoid this company.

I moved in back in January before the everything went on lockdown/self-isolation so Ive had PLENTY of time to be in my apartment, to say the least. In that time, I have not had one thing that I have had to complain about or ask to be fixed. I moved in to a ready-to-go apartment and while I know they are supposed to be, my past experience in other apartments proves thats not always the case).If Ive ever needed anything, the main office or my building attendee has been able to help me out quickly! (Ive locked myself out a couple times, ha).Most recently I lost my job along with so many others, but I spoke Jacob and he spoke with the owner who was able to work with me to help keep me in my apartment while Im on the job hunt. Thank you!!!All-in-all, I have had a great experience living where Im at and working with this company and would definitely recommend them!

I lived in my apartment approximately 2 weeks before the roof began to leak. It took Lakeshore 5 days to fix a roof leak that was clearly a maintenance problem that pre-existed me moving in to my apartment unit. I found a hazardous amount of mold behind my bathroom mirror (evidence the roof leak had been a problem before). 15 gallons of water leaked into my apartment due to the roof leak not being fixed in a timely manner. The wall cavities were completely saturated. The maintenance worker informed me the entire apartment roof had reached the end of its life and Lakeshore addressed this by just patching the current leaks. Im sure based on the age of this roof, leaks in this apartment were a problem in the past and will continue being a problem in the future. Lakeshore/the property owner is too cheap to replace a bad roof, and as a result all of my belongings smell like mildew and have been exposed to mold spores. Lakeshore did not inform me of what remediation would occur to address the moisture or mold problem after the roof was fixed.Lakeshore let me break my lease but only refunded me 2 weeks of rent (the apartment was not habitable for at least 3 weeks). I had to talk to at least 4 different employees to negotiate my lease break, and to get refunded. I had extensive documentation of the roof leak and moisture damage. It seems like employees at Lakeshore do not talk to each other. I had to communicate with the Leasing Dept, Operations Dept, and Repairs, all individually about the issues with my unit. I was constantly informed that I was not talking to the right department about my problem. Dont move into 101 Bendigo Blvd N, North Bend WA!

During the pandemic shutdown and the hardship on business income, Lakeshore Corp worked with me and they were very understanding when I was late with the rent. I appreciate their professional response to my request for payment delay.

I have lived in my apt unit for almost 14 years and 2 years ago our building was purchased by a new owner who utilizes the service of Lakeshore Northwest and it has been a wonderful experience for me as a tenant. Lakeshore Corporation has to be one of the least professional and most disorganized property management companies in the greater Seattle area. Myself and a roommate lived in one of their homes for 2 years, and their lack of response and failure to keep adequate records on the property were astoundingly poor. I’ve only been able to reach someone once on the phone in the 2 years I was there. Any message left was unanswered.The coup de gras was when we were out of town and they showed the home to prospective tenants. They left the door wide open (likely for days) and we returned to a home that was freezing, littered with bugs, and thankfully not robbed. When we let them know, they dismissed it like it was nothing.I would not advise renting from these guys unless you want nonstop headaches and zero accountability.

Ive lived at two properties managed by Lakeshore. When I first started working with them, there was definitely some room for improvement. And improve they have! It seems like they have definitely revamped people and procedures behind the scenes, and it shows! They are quick to respond and very easy to work with. Lakeshore manages three properties for me and I have been using them since 2012. They have been excellent to work with! They respond quickly to all my questions and solve all issues in a timely manner. The team in Kirkland I am working with are Jeff, Todd, and Brittney.Jeff is very knowledgeable in the area of property management and understands the market well. Todd is very quick in his replies via phone or email while Brittney is very personable and easy to work with when issues come up.No property management is perfect and of course they have their flaws too but then again who is perfect. I believe they care about their clients and continually strive to give the best service they can whenever possible. In my experience, Lakeshore has always done whats best in the interest of their clients for both owners and tenants. Im renting an older home that has unfortunately had lots of maintenance needs ranging from small projects to major repairs.It has been a fairly frustrating experience, but Megan and her team have been responsive and helpful every step of the way. When the issues have been urgent, I have always had an immediate response and someone to the house in a timely manner. When repairs became complicated by insurance, contract companies and the homeowner, Megan intervened and moved things forward. Nobody ever wants to deal with repair problems, but Im thankful to Megan and her team ensuring our needs were met.

The people who work for this company especially who hold the contract for Ashburn Condominiums. They were so professional followed up with my requests and needs in a timely manner. I never felt unheard or unable to solve an issue. The owner I worked with was also amazing compassionate and understanding. There are times in life when your journey changes unexpectedly as mine did and I found both the employees and owner of the condo made this difficult time more manageable.
