What can I say. Living here is like a dream, coming from one of the “eco” boxes in downtown Kirkland. The units aren’t very old but also not new. Reminds me of “rich people” condos from the 90’s. Tiny issues with things like closet runners and blinds but nothing major. The wood burning fireplace is cozy, and the unit stays cool in summer. Chilly in winter but the heaters work really well. 9 foot tall ceilings with inset lighting. Huge windows. Walk in double shower. Diverse neighborhood that has in our experience been friendly and respectful. Havent had a package stolen from our doorstep, or been bothered at all.We have lived here for 3 months now. Wanted to wait to review until I got all my opinions together.For the price, you won’t find better in Kirkland.-Dustin and Claire

We have called Aspen Creek home for almost 4 years! We brought our first child home here. The management and maintenance is very responsive and care deeply for the property. The apartments are huge and weve always had wonderful neighbors. Its a great place to call home and close to great restaurants and stores! Highly recommend.

My family has lived at Aspen for about a year. It is a great community and we love living here. The staff is awesome and they put on fun events so you can get to know your neighbors. Parking is easy and free! Great floor plans.

Have been here for about 1 1/2 years. We have love the green areas ,the wild life, be it different birds to other critters . People in the office are very helpful and very friendly. Maintenance comes in a timely manner once I put a work order in. The office will help with the work orders if I cant quite figure out where they should go.

In my opinion this has been the best place to live out of all the apartments in the area. The office staff are professional, empathic, engaging, fun, and make you feel like your housing matters. The maintenance staff work hard to resolve maintenance issues and relay information to prevent future problems. Aspen Creek provides several fun mini to large size events during the year, but each one is very considerate and generous. The area is clean and the wetlands are serene to live near. The units are nicely sized and cozy, the kitchen counter space and appliances are wonderful additions. Thank you for all the hard work you folks put into the apartments / area.

I booked a tour at 2:30pm, and it was confirmed by the staff. However, when we got there 2:26pm, the sign on the door told us people were out for lunch and won’t be back until 3:00pm. At least inform us in advance so we don’t need to waste half an hour waiting in the cold winter! Not feeling happy about this!

My wife and I have been at Aspen Creek since May 2019. The primary appeal initially for us was the property. Very wooded, and with a condominium feel to it rather than the typical run-of-the-mill apartment complex. Secondly, I have never had or experienced such a personal touch from management as I have with both Zoe and Iman, the primary office personnel. Actually, quite the contrary in that I have experienced many unprofessional and not so friendly standoffish office management at various complexes over the years. I am quite personable and respectful by nature so I would never give any reason for that kind of behavior, so, with that being stated, dealing with this management team has been a breath of fresh air for me. In addition, maintenance has always been prompt, friendly, and professional as well. If you are looking for apartments, please at least give them a chance. ..

We had a great experience living here. Both with the actual apartment but also with all of the management and staff. Our move in was very smooth and the maintenance staff has always been super respectful and responsive. Iman and Zoe at the main office have been wonderful, supportive and super friendly!

Ive lived here for three years and am enjoying it. It is an older property but the advantage is more room and more storage than todays modern apartments. Office and maintenance staff are nice and responsive. Communication with the community is great.My unit is not rehabbed and starting to show its age. Rehabbed units are available at a greater cost. As standard in this area, rent increases each year can be significant. I think my average annual increase is running about 8%.

I have been living here for the past 7 months and have enjoyed my stay. The office staff is always responsive as well as the maintenance team. I have had not one complaint and enjoy the resident events that the management puts on as well.

I absolutely love it here! Zoe and Iman are absolutely amazing management staff and the maintenance staff is always ready to help. The location is gorgeous with a lot of greenery and flowers! Highly recommend!

The RESIDENT is NEVER a priority, their money making strategies are. They are nice to your face but will treat you like trash once you move in.

They are the BEST people I have every met. The place is so great. They are soo nice. They will always their for everyone to help.

Ive always wanted to move here since visiting my friend who lives in the complex a few years ago. His apartment is modern and has a lot of natural light, with plenty of greenery through out the complex. (Its right next to a wetlands area with a lot of critters!) We finally made the decision to move ourselves after talking with Zoe and Iman, the two front office employees. Theyre both so personable, helpful, and knowledgeable, which is in line with our overall experience thus far. They have more events and community than any other apartment complex that Ive been a part of, so Im very happy here. We love our townhouse, which feels like a real home. With so much carpet to run out and windows to watch birds from, our cat couldnt be happier either!

Beautiful community with a good rated elementary school. Office staff is very helpful. The manager is very co-operative. The maintainence is prompt. My kids made a lot of friends. Close to the market.Former residentsS-144

Ive been living at Aspen Creek since January and I absolutely love it. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. It is beautifully landscaped and the apartments are very spacious. Im a former home owner and just felt like apartment living better suits my lifestyle. They provide monthly events which gives us a chance to meet our neighbors. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is responsive and timely with all requests. Its a great location, and within walking distance to several businesses and parks. It is also very pet friendly which I love.The rent prices are the best in the area for the size apartment and amenities provided. Living in apartments for most of my life Ive learned how to work with the maintenance team and office staff to make sure my needs and requests are being met. The current team there (Katie, Iman, Igor, and Don) are very friendly and easy to communicate with. I have never come across anything they couldnt help me with. Overall, I couldnt be happier. So much so that even after losing my roommate, its still worth the extra money for me to stay in a much larger apartment than I need just to be in a place where Im truly happy. Thank you Aspen Creek!

I have lived here for 3 years the first two were alright but in the last year they have put a new property director in place .This person has spent the last year going out of her way to make our living experience here a nightmare.She is apparently on a power trip and loves nothing more than finding every way she can to harass us over anything she can come up with.I am not the only one here that has experienced her endless harassment. Weidner seems to have given her free reign to harass and intimidate the residents.I spoke up about this and in typical bully fashion (new property director) refused to renew my lease (and I have several young children that she would make homeless with a 20 day notice to leave - out of retribution).You should think very cafeully before deciding to live here as both weidner and (new property Director) are complete fakes and care absolutely nothing about the residents.I have contacted Weidner management and they cannot even be bothered to return a simple email. My guess is that any positive reviews here in the last year are (new property directors) friends or relatives that she put up to posting the positive reviews because there is no way those are real.This is a repost because every time I post a negative review they have some way of finding an exploiting a loophole in the Google reviews policies and having it removed I get comments back from the area director like the one I’m posting below .“Hi Jeff, we appreciate you taking the time to post. The Area Director of Aspen Creek received your email earlier this morning and will be getting on touch with you today regarding your concerns, we do...”Acting as if they are going to do something about my situation but instead they figure out a way to get the review deleted and I never hear from them they are total liarsMatter how many times you erase my review I will find a way to repost it

Great staff at this wonderful townhome community makes it a great place to live. Cant beat the location either.

The management makes every effort to keep things running smoothly even with heavy snow and power outages.
